This is quite big question to all affiliates here and some of them are facing this kind of problem and this can make them feel down. So, what you should DO at this time to make it working. You can use Thousand difference way in idea, tips or styles in how you motivate  or handle your downline and not to make them feel 50/50 and why not try the other way to offer something new as per below.

1: Training and personal development.
- Training and personal development is important as it stimulates new affiliates by making them learn new skills, and keeping them interested over a longer term.

2: Motivation.
-Contrary to popular belief, pay is not a contributory factor in your downline motivation. Of course it is an important factor for the affiliates when deciding to accept offer at a online marketing, but other than that it is not hugely important. Incentives are a great way to motivate your downline to achieve goals, and it becomes a reward for great achievements. 

3: Social contact is important for all of us!.
- People in open plan offices always perform better than people enclosed in their separate cubicles. Extracurricular activities such as in your team contest activities are a great way for your downline to interact outside the work environment, giving the chance to get to know each other better. This creates a better understanding between you and your downline, and can help prevent disagreements and conflicts. 

4: Affiliates participation and responsibility is hugely important!.
- If a person does not feel valued they may quickly lose interest, and the performance levels will drop! People like to feel that they are making a difference. This does not mean you have to adopt every idea they come forward with, but at least consider any suggestions put forward. Delegate responsibility to your downline, and they will feel a vital part of the organisation! Tell them what needs to be done, not tell them what to do! Empowering your downline to take decisions and carry some responsibility has a huge impact on job satisfaction!

5: Personal Challenge has been answered in point 4. 

6: A non pay incentive such as an extra day off, your downline or your affiliates of the month contest, etc is a great way to motivate a team without costing much money!.

7: Promotion is key!.
- Tell your downline that SFI and TripleClick promotes from within have a much higher Affiliates retention rate than companies who overlook their own affiliates and outsources candidates for supervisory/managerial position. Promotions also help build your downline loyalty, and are a great way to motivate a team to do better!.

8: Last but not the least, your downline appraisal and evaluation! Another very important thing for motivating and monitoring your team! This should be done every 6 months, or at least yearly, though some companies give mini-appraisals on a monthly basis. This gives your downline a chance to review their performance, praise good work, and address any shortcomings. Regular targets for improvement areas should be made and agreed upon. It is a vital tool for your downline to feel included in your team or your organisation. (This is what i am doing now)

You have some wonderful ideas already and I can add. One of the most rewarding incentives is "praise". Too often affiliates are criticized for something done wrong. Good affiliates that show on time do their job, don't complain need "encouragement" knowing their work and presence is appreciated. "Praise" three times more often than criticizing each week.

First of all, congratulation to you has been with SFI for one year. I am sure you have a lot of experience since you join SFI.

Why no Success?
1. Might be you are still don’t know yet how to run SFI Business.
2. Time not consistent – login daily to your SFI Home page is not consistent.
3. Up set down Rank – For example from EA to EA2, BTL, EA2, EA2, EA2, AFF, EA2, EA2, BTL, EA2 and EA2. If you are in this situation during 1 year with SFI, i can say that this is not really consistent. Being an Ea2 is good to maintain your status as an Executive Affiliate in SFI but very slow to build up your downline since you received 2 CSAs every Month and yet you don’t have a standing order of S-Builder. That means you don’t even 1 PSA under you and how you earn direct commission?
4. Not active in Sponsoring
5. Not active with Marketing Method
6. Might be you are not taking SFI as your real business.
7. Communication between you and your downline not good enough
8. Vary week in teamwork and not support other team or your downline

What should you do now?
I suggest below directions to improve.
1. Review SFI Basic , Compensation Plan, Launchpad, Marketing Index and do some action
2. Willing to do – Login daily for daily to do list. Keep maintain Daily Versa Point streak and do action accordingly
3. Increase Time Mangement and Money Investment – Invest for your future and do some actions
4. Increase Sales, double your earning and do action
5. Keep Sponsoring. – Throughout method of marketing and do action with term and condition apply.
6. Keep advertise your SFI Business and do action accordingly. Must try S-Builder and set up for your standing order and try to purchase PSA TO GO.
7. Set you goal target, consistent toward your rank and do action to up your level (try to go for team leader for the following month. Continuously.)
8. Make Planning and do action to make it real for you to success in SFI
9. Motivation – Nobody can change yourself accept you. Must have 100% commitment and must keep moving forward
10. Improve your Communication Skill – without communication, you might be lose your way to success
11. Positive Attitude and Persistent toward your SFI Business.
12. Lead by Example to your downline
13. Keep increasing in Knowledge and info about SFI – Keep reading SFI article such as ‘Rules of Success’. Try to active at forum side to brainstorming yourself. Readers are Leader
14. Never give up and don’t be scared to lose, keep trying to win. Don’t quit and if you stop the money stop.

First of all, you have to think of this....No author without a trial can conceive of difficulty of writing a romance about a country where there is no shadow, no mystery, no picturesque and commonplace prosperity, in broad and simple daylight, as is happily the case with my dear native land. In Ask SC, try to participate always to answer, knows the theory and practical of basic assay will guarantee you to get maximum ASK SC votes.  
 
The best tips that I used for answering ASK SC question is as per below;
1. Think and plan – Stay focus with question given, make a simple note for main answer – try to make 10 to 12 differences answer toward the question and make sure the main factor of you answer is 100% answer for the question. Always choose difference answer with difference explanations so that reader found something new in your answer and they will vote YES for you.
 
2. Describes – Once you got the main factor, you have to describe the main factor to make it real answer and it seem that you are explained your main factor answer and this is to show you that you are acknowledgeable about SFI. To described things means that you are really understand the question and totally know the answer.
 
3. Characters - Always use 200 - 300 characters to describe each main factor answer so it is not too long and not too short. Even if you have the corrected answer and if the answer is too short, for sure I will not vote YES for the answer because I need great answer with correct explanations which is up to my needs.
 
4. A4 Paper – I always submit my answer which is full of A4 paper if possible. The answer with one page of A4 Paper is really something for me. Your Boss asking you with one question, you have to answer the question with various answer, strong explanations and evidence so you are safe and secure.  Think of it.
 
5. Paragraphs – Always divided your main factor answer with correct paragraph arrangement follow by numbers and this is to ensure that easy for readers to understand the answer toward ASK SC question.
 
6. ASK SC and Top Author List Review – to review their ASK SC answer and to analyse how they answer the ASK SC and how they being SFI Top Author. 
 
7. Read article regarding ASK SC Rules and Regulation - You have to remember 2 things before submit your ASK SC answer which is DO and DON`T.
 
8. Beginner - Never give up with your own answer, keep on moving, keep writing and don`t have to worry about bad grammar. Keep on practise and refer back to your SFI Homepage and read more SFI article to acknowledgeable as a writer to author. Nobody will change yourself unless you do it until you get it. Set your goal target to improve and be ready for next.
 
9. Did you know? – did you know that how you get a maximum vote? Votes are weighted by SFI rank which is in category Affiliate with 1vote, EA with 2 votes, EA2 with 3 votes and all Team Leader rank with 4 votes. In this case, make sure you think twice before submit your ASK SC answer, double check your answer and edit if possible to make your answer more professional for all SFI affiliates rank and get maximum number of votes.
 
10. ASK SC and Time Zone– Once you completed your answer, you can choose the best time to submit such as 11.30 PM USA time or between 11.30 AM to 1.30 PM Asia Pacific time before and after the deadline of Daily TO-DO List.
 
Lastly, with all the entire tips and ideas given above, i get the most votes with average of 6900 votes each ASK SC answer and with just 29 ASK SC answer submit, i currently have 159637 ASK SC votes.

Of course this is wise to bribe your dowline with gift certificates, TCredits and other incentives.  You know what, as a team leader these tools are very effective to support downline but you have to make sure that you have a very active downline in daily task or to do list and then you issue those great SFI Tools to them.

 Sometimes, there is an affiliate or your dowline out there are active with daily to do list but the NO Standing order or their points not reach to 1500vp.  At the same time, this is the best time for you to attend them with your great incentive, send them email, if they online, just chat with them and make them response with your offer to help them. These affiliates need help from you as you are their sponsor or co-sponsor.  So, as their sponsor or co-sponsor you have to be ready to do this as your practice to motivate yourself. Remember, `PRACTISE MAKE PERFECT’ or ‘LEAD BY EXAMPLE’. Once you complete with those practical, it will bring you a lot of benefits such as

1.       IF THEY REMAIN ACTIVE as you sees here – you will earn from them:

This is very important to all affiliates here and I am sure all of us want our csa to be active like us. A lot of affiliates here is struggling on how to make their csa active and active again. So in my experience, opinion and suggestion here is just to “never to give up”.  Below are the step of mine to follow up with my csa and I made them back and active again like what we have done.
 
Second Home CSA – I think all of us know that once we received our second home csa on that day, we have to be ready to send them team mail or even having chat with them if they are online status and this is the most important things too. As their Co-sponsor, we have to respond to them regularly
 
Make use of your Motivation and Inspirations.
 
 
Make use of your duplication way.
 
Let them know you are a great co-sponsor…Lead by example.
 
Positive Attitude of Active Affiliate – shows them your great teamwork and be open minded as “Help Me to Help You”. Meaning to say you are willing to help your CSAs (or even PSA) too in many ways such as offer them using transfer TCredit, Gift Certificate(not a bribe) and many more and this is just to let them thinking of you why you are doing this and for sure they will ask you for more questions for their action.
 
Communications – of course everybody knows that the communication is Huge ….that’s mean even how far between you and your csa and don’t forget nowadays you can use a lot of great media out there such as Face book, twitter, Skype, Google Translator and many more. Use those tools to communicate with them.
 
Open their mind – try to send them more important tips, updated news of your activity to make them realize what is going on with SFI and this will make them refresh back their mindset to start to do SFI again. Inform them the most important factor in how to do SFI in simple way and not to confuse them. If possible, try to make them excited for the first time since they join SFI but we need to guide and support them to keep moving forward and follow our step.
 
 
Use these 7 steps whenever you contact each of your CSAs and please do not repeat the same as this will make them feel bored to do SFI again. Hopefully you all find the answer toward the above question.

To join and to successful in SFI we must maintain 1,500VP for EA Status every Month. The easiest ways to become an EA every month is to do daily task or take action accordingly. Below is my simple step that i have done for many months ago and I will keep it as simple and easiest way to do.
 
Active Standing Order of 1,500VP.
Just activate your Standing Order for 1,500VP with 125TCredits – is more than enough for EA every Month without doing your to do list.
 
Another Way of Low Budget.
1. Action Point from TO DO LIST is 11VP x 30 days = 330 Points. To do list is the Red tab which is content with below detail (Detail for newbie).
-          From TO DO LIST tab you earn 1VP
-          From TIPS tab you earn 1VP
-          From STREAM tab you earn 1VP
-          From TRIPLECLICK you earn 1VP
-          At TRIPLECLICK, click at “view Product added in the last 72 hours” you earn 1VP
-          From SCOREBOARD you earn 1VP
-          From A2A you earn – 1VP
-          From MOVERS you earn 1VP
-          From GROWTH you earn 1VP
-          From GOAL you earn 1VP
-          From ASK SC you earn 1VP
Note: Make sure you login daily to your SFI Homepage to earn the above points.
 
2. Point from WEEKLY ACTION is 30vp x 4 weeks = 120VP.

- Post at Stream 3 times a Week – 3vp x 4 Weeks = 12VP.
All together point from Weekly Action is 152VP.
From TO DO LIST and WEEKLY ACTION is 330vp + 152vp = 482VP.
 
3. Set up Standing order or purchase for 1,200 VP /100 TCredit. By this way you already have 1,200VP + 482VP = 1,682 VP and now you are already an Executive Affiliate. This is just a simple Basic to EA every month and you still have 100 TCredit in hand.

This is a reasonable question, and how these things can happened when you are a reliable leader in conducting the work of SFI. Votes conferred by PSAs or CSAs is probably right too because they may not know who you are actually in the business of SFI and might be also be caused by several major factors that can cause them to vote for you to vote unreasonable.

So to tackle this problem, we as leaders should not give up hope when they make the appearance of such a ballot and instead we will strive to continue to move forward. As we move forward with the best results, I would believe they would hold long that they have a leader who is confident caliber or motivation to be successful in SFI business.

Since a few weeks ago i have 1 active CSA and although he is not a PSA, we must treat red head their favorite appear even once that they were impressed with what you do to them until succeed in life as you are experiencing now.

Do you know, anyone who voted for it is their right to vote and their right also to comment on ourselves? When they think we are not as good for them, so they will start to make a comment that is unpredictable and that is probably a good idea too because this is the time for you to improve yourself as a leader or to keep in touch with them regularly until they know you are a great leader and i am sure they will vote for you for good reason next month or may be for years to come.

I think this is simple,
1. Deal with them and let them know who you are.
2. Keep in touch with them by send team mail, Facebook, twitter or what so ever until they keep in touch with you too.
3. Introduce yourself from the beginning until they know you better or know each other
4. Be Creative, Positive toward Attitude, Realistic and make them believe to yourself.
5. Be present such as give them something to make them remember of you...gift certificate, TCredit, send them your best tips and many more
6. Invest more time and never give up.

It is best to answer your question. Rather, you are full of encouragement to them for as long as they are able to do more and still active in SFI business .. However, we must continue our efforts as we went through before. We must continue to encourage full so that they continue to move forward to success in SFI or succeed in life. Incentives are full, accurate and easy to understand will make keen to continue with you as long as you are still in SFI.

I think you are a lucky person because they are still active in SFI and, then, since you encourage the best for them. 1. Encourage the Positive and Reasonable
2. Encourage a fun and easy to be understood by every individual.
3. Give encouragement to always serve the SFI, fellow colleagues in SFI, for the sake of the country and the dignity of self.
4. Encourage Motivation perfect until they succeed and when they succeed, you succeed too well.
5. Encourage appropriate so that they are enthusiastic and hard without despair.
6. Always give positive support to business SFI despite repeated told ..

It is best to answer your question. Rather, you are full of encouragement to them for as long as they are able to do more and still active in SFI business .. However, we must continue our efforts as we went through before. We must continue to encourage full so that they continue to move forward to success in SFI or succeed in life.
