Your movers tab will be the bird's eye view of the people on your team that are actually working the business. The best way to find more workers on your team is to increase the size of your team. The people who are serious will get busy and build. I have found that on my team about 3% of the people are serious. Don't give up on anyone. Sometimes a person will do nothing for a while, then suddenly they come back and get to work again. You are looking for the few who want to succeed. Don't let the

You ask how you can be the best Affiliate possible. I would think you are referring to your relationship with the SFI company. Your are your best when you are promoting the SFI Opportunity, creating sales of TripleClicks products, supporting the members of your team, and basically doing these activities every day.

However, another way to look at your question is from the aspect of you as a Sponsor. While you want to have a great relationship with SFI, you have a more important job to

I am always excited to hear from someone on my team. I will always respond with the information they need. There is never a time when it is a bother. I know how it feels when one is trying to understand something or cannot locate the information they need.

I find most of the time there is an issue with advertising and promoting online. Where to place ads, what to say in the ads, etc.

Bottom line any sponsor should be motivated by requests for help because that tells them someone

One thing I have noticed about new people is that they fly through the LaunchPad lessons in a matter
of hours, maybe even in just a few minutes, just to get the VP. When they are done they have no idea how to proceed. I like to suggest in the very beginning that new PSAs take the time to follow all the links in the LaunchPad lessons to gain a good view of what SFI is all about.

When they understand what is going on here, and when they have sponsored some PSAs, then they should begin

How can we determine beforehand what are good spots to advertise?

One good indicator that a place a good advertising spot is to see how many others are using that
source. I use Safelists a lot, and one thing I look for is how many Solo ads are sent to my contact
email. When only a few Solo Ads are sent to my inbox I determine that this Safelist is not very
active and may not be the best place to advertise. On the other hand, when I get a lot of Solo Ads
and there is a lot of advetising I view this Safelist a good place to advertise.

I use as much free advertising as I can. I do a little paid ads. I also use S-builder coop and have it on a standing order which provides new PSA members and VP.

Free places that I like are:
Craigslist - (http://craigslist.org)
BackPage - (http://www.backpage.com/)
Blast For Traffic - Send Emails - (http://www.blast4traffic.com/)
Free Classified Ads - (http://www.freeads.org/)

These free places also offer ways to boost your ads by paying
a small fee. Joining

There are several categories of people who join SFI. Some are very serious about making money online. Some join because it's free. Some are curious and just want to see what SFI is all about.

I like to find the people who have been online for a while, bought into the idea that there has to be a way to make money quickly with an internet business, found out there is no such thing as "getting rich quick". But they are hungry and they have a real need to make money. These are the

I would highly recommend that you sign up for IAHBE in Triple Clicks (http://www.iahbe.org/) if there is any way you can afford it. This will give you 1500VP every month to keep you in Executive Affiliate (EA) rank and also provide a wealth of training on various aspects of Marketing online. Also, there are lots of free downloads and monthly free books etc. This is just a great wealth of information and will give you ideas where and how to advertise.

I make contact with all my team, PSAs, CSAs, whether active or not. I send team mails to everyone on my Genealogy list because I never know when one of them may decide to take their business seriously and really go to work. Or a need may arise in their life that motivates them to get going in their business. I view everyone as a potential success,
and if they succeed I know I will succeed also.

If SFI taught me anything, it is this: There is a difference between a "Real Business Opportunity" and one of those "Get Rich Quick Schemes".

There is so much all over the internet that is giving people the idea that if they join, place a few ads, the money will come rolling into your bank. We have all seen them.

What SFI teaches "Open - Minded" individuals is that this is a real business, and that this is for the long term. All business building
