Well IAHBE is a pool of resources that you can refer in anytime anywhere because it is online. Its contents range from books, write-ups, and free softwares that you can use in tweaking your computers and website pages designs. The books and write-ups are great sources of bright ideas how you will establish your business here in SFI and how you must mold yourself to become persisting in attending your objectives for your set time of meeting your goals.
How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

You cannot expect them to regularly message you unless they really need help. However, you can engage then in the FORUM to participate in conversation and by pointing them the essence of engagement in Forum. That is to develop or train their own selves to become an awesome sponsor of SFI because the more they share ideas in about SFI the more they become conversant about the systems of SFI. I suggest to let them realize the benefits of frequently discussing ideas about. In that way you are trigerring them to become more active and consultative with you as their leader or sponsor here in SFI.

How do you explain to prospects what SFI is about in a simple way?

Here's what I do to eliminate complicating way of understanding by a prospect. I tell a prospect that SFI is like a management site of online stores selling different products. The more products you promote from these different stores and the more you could invite to participate in promoting and opening their online store, the more income you will have, which you can transfer directly to your local bank account from your SFI account. With this simple way of explanation, most of my prospects are convinced of the beauty of the concepts of SFI in offering opportunities to earn online.

Duplication by synonyms is multiplication. Make your streams of income multiply by itself and that will become your sustained source of income for a lifetime. Duplication is the most efficient way to establish a compounding income that it grows as the time goes by as long as the members within your structure remains active. So it is important to nourish them to stay alive and for them to do the same to their downlines.

You can simply use TCredits to reward your active affiliates to achieve higher goals. It can be used also as motivating tool for those your affiliates to get active daily in attending their TripleClicks account and become attentive in reviewing their affiliate center by showing to them the use of TCredits around TripleClicks like in participating in pribenders auctions, listing products, and other games. You cannot force the horses to drink even when you already took them to the river. The best thing that you can do is to make such running contest of yours attractive as much as possible to your team mates by discussing what it can give or how it will benefit them so that they will not feel that you are forcing them. You can sent such informative type of messaging through the SFI-provided team mail messaging or regular mail. If you can do such thing, for sure your active affiliates will voluntarily engage and participate in your contest.

The more the better, and the most is the best. Of course, ensure relevance of your topic in connection with your concerns regarding SFI-TripleClicks. Or else they will just leave you hanging. You need to show your interest in furthering your SFI-TripleClicks business in order that your sponsor / co-sponsor will get back to you as often as they can.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Definitely, it will help especially when you are encountering language barrier in assisting such affiliate of yours who are newbies. But of course you need to ensure that the recipient of such affiliate who you are transferring is also conversant and active affiliate or else your transferred affiliate will just get frustrated.

You just have to follow the guidelines prescribed by SFI on how to become an awesome sponsor. Foremost, let them feel that you are real person always reachable and ready to help your PSA anytime they need so. Welcome them right after you noticed that they are your PSA, let them know of the best thing to do first like completing the "Getting Started Actions". Point out to them that patience is the key to knowing every important aspects developing an income stream. Wishing you all the best.
