This is very interesting and i must say that at a time, i was in a similar situation like you and i was able to overcome the fears of such individuals.

Being that the individual is new to the internet and willing to learn, one can first of all assist her/him in getting familar with some common terms and sites people regularly visit. If individual resides in your country of residence, its alot easier as you can decide to meet such individual one on one with your laptop or he can bring his so that you can assist and teach him some basis things on the internet, help him/her know about SFI basic and the online shop Tripleclicks.

Once individual is conversant with Triple Clicks, Pricebenders Auctions, T credits and Eager Zebra Games, you can now introduce the Wave 3 programme to him highlighting such points:-

This indeed is a nice question and in my own opinion quite easy based on my call centre experience.

With active listening or good listening skills, you can easily pin point:-
1. What your customer wants.
2. What the issue or problem is and how you can resolve such issues
3. Be in an environment that has less noise and distractions to listen to what the customer is complaining about.

To listen actively and thoroughly takes concentration, hardwork , patience the ability to interpret other people ’s ideas and summarize them , as well as the ability to identify nonverbal communication such as body language.
Listening is a both complex process and a learned skill; it requires a conscious intellectual and emotional effort.

The Price of Poor Listening
Listening well improves the quality of the relationships you have with clients, friends , co- workers , or family members. Ineffective listening can damage relationships and deteriorate the trust that you have with your clients. Also, the price of poor listening is many lost selling opportunities. It ’s said that more than 60 percent of all problems existing between people and within businesses is a result of faulty communication . A failure to actively listen can result in mistakes and misunderstandings .

Applying good listening skills to online marketing, brings about good and healthy relationships, better delivery of products ordered by the customer without errors and better resolutions of issues that might arise.

With the hype of information technology, quite a number of people have computers in their homes.

With the Internet and google, it has made it easier for people to get information within he shortest possible time (Dependent on internet speed).

Now with the use of Social Media, it has made communication to friends, family members, business partners and prospects alot easier. Some of the social media websites we have are:-

1. LinkedIn.
2. Myspace.
3. Photobucket.
4. Flickr.
5. Youtube.
6. Tumblr.
7. Spotify.
8. Foursquare.
9. Pinterest.
10. Facebook
11. Twitter.

The beauty about Social Media is that it allows cross-posting. By this, it creates an environment where users can reach the maximum number of people without sacrificing the intimacy of person-to-person communication.

That said, when communicating with our team members via our weekly team mail, we need to know from them which of the social media sites they are conversant with and how they can promote their SFI business.

The most common Social Media sites people use are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube. But with SFI clouded on Facebook, usually a blog would be required to promote SFI.

Tripleclicks being our online shop and with SFI innovations, it has incorporated and made it easier for us to promote SFI via social media with the use of the Share It button.

Also most of these sites allow you to create a group (Facebook) or page. With creating a page on facebook, we can attract both our prospects and existing customers/PSAs and discuss via Facebook messenger. Twitter on the otherhand, permits or allows short links to be posted. Such posts should be eye catching to attract your prospects.

Another way of training my team on the use of Social media to promote their SFI business is for me to encourage them to have their personal websites and blogs where they can link up any information or articles they have on their blog or website and use the share it button on Facebook, Twitter etc. The advantage of this is that, you can upload a video with llustrations not only to your team members but to prospects as well. Also with a form for prospects to fill on your site, you can get more sign ups thereby growing your team.

Also, with the use of Social Media sites for both our existing customers/PSAs and prospects, an avenue for Questions and Answers should be entertained as this indeed can act as an interactive training session.

Making your Personal SFI website effective to sign up all depends on how attractive you have advertised on your website for the visitor to click and sign up.

But i would suggest that one should also have a blog that can be linked from the Personal Website to the blog to enable more traffic on both sites.

Also, i suggest that ads on the website should have attractive, fresh and unique words that can lure people.

Remember that your website on SFI or tripleclicks should cut across the young, the youth and adult so no restrictions.

Also, pay for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so that your website should be listed amongst the first page when people search.

Also, on our Personal Website, we need to be Honest and Authentic as your Website is a representation of who you are as a business person, your business-like photo must be displayed so as people would see the person behind such business concern, what your business is all about, your contact information, the products you market, your achievements, How long you have been in the business, the ECAs you connect with, your favorite products and the products your recommend.

Offline marketing can be easy, if you possess the skills that can engage a prospective client or customer. Likewise, communication is very key as one on one communication involves body language, facial expression, eye contact etc.

Before we approach a CEO or VIP of a Multinational company, we need to prepare ourselves with:-

1. SFI letter headed papers.
2. ECA flyers with your referral links and contact details.
3. ECA forms.
4. SFI x cards.
5. Your business proposals or ideas.
6. A short video presentation about the ECA programme.
7. A magazine, journal or article that has the history of SFI and Tripleclicks online store.

Once we have prepared ourselves with the above items, we need to map out the places we intend going and strategize.

Its a well know fact that CEOs or VIP are very busy set of people, as such we need to book an appointment with them and try as much as possible to make your presentation as brief as possible to prevent them from getting infuriated and working you out of their office.

Also, we can be referred to a CEO of a company. Such referral can break the ice and create a rapport between you and your prospective ECA. That said, when we have booked an appointment we should be well dressed, keep to the appointment and be well prepared for any questions that might arise.

Once we approach our prospective ECAs, we tell them:-
1. The histrory about the company you represent and products they have.
2. Inform them about the benefits they would derive being an ECA.
3. How they are getting global exposure.
4. How their Sales would increase due to global exposure.

Once we can convience our prospects to be ECAS, we can then give them our referral link for them to register and enjoy the benefits of being an ECA.

This indeed is an interesting question, and I do hope I would be able to help you.

First and foremost, i would make them understand what The Leadership Challenge is all about.

The Leadership Challenge is a quarterly contest for all SFI affiliates interested in developing a strong, active group of personally sponsored affiliates working on both sponsoring and duplication platforms which generate income through EA2s. Leadership Challenge is divided into 5 levels with different requirement at each level . The winning affiliate is awarded with different prices.  

Criteria to participate are as follows:-

Level 1
Develop just 4 new EA2s to earn the Leadership badge for your SFI homepage; an exclusive SFI Team Leader "I lead by example" wrist band; and 100 TCredits.

Level 2
Develop just 6 new EA2s to earn the badge; the SFI wrist band; 200 TCredits; and our new TripleClicks tote bag , plus a handy slip pocket and two pen holders.

Level 3
Develop just 3 new Team Leaders* to earn the badge; the SFI wrist band; TripleClicks tote bag; 300 TCredits; and our brand new BPA-free SFI sports bottle.

Level 4
Develop just 6 new Team Leaders* to earn the badge; the SFI wrist band; TripleClicks tote bag; SFI sports bottle; 400 TCredits; and our 3rd Quarter 2015 “conversation-starter” T-Shirt.

Having known the qualifications to participate, I will:-
1) Invite my team members who have 4 EA2s to participate in 1st Level (That can be seen in one's Genealogy).  
2) Explain the benefits and imploring them to recruit more PSAS to become EA2s. These EA2s will form the production line to generate sales and matching vps.
3) Also help EAs that cannot make it to EA2, to encourage them so that they dont loose forcus in participating in the contest (Done by checking activities on their Vp ledger and knowing areas they can get their action points as well as assisting them with Gift Certificate and T credits).
4) Also ensure that the EA2 would maintain his/her rank.  
5) I will intensify my advertising platform to recruit more PSAs and in the 3rd month will become EA2
6) Continue to send out group mails to set their targets for EA2 within the 3 months while the contest is on.
7) Organize contest to attract lukewarm and inactive affiliates to start working in SFI and become EA/EA2.

From my experience as I have invested in both, I would advice you go for the T credits.

Why?

With the T credits, you can build your business gradually. In this regards, T credits can be used for:-
1. T credit welcome for new affiliates that join SFI (Affiliates see it as a positive vibe or incentives when they join).

2. Also used to reward hardworking affiliates that have achieved certain milestone.

3. Used to list unwanted item in the home via your t connect page. This implies more money.(maximum of 50 VersaPoints in a month).

4. Used to play Eager Zebra Games where each T credit spent, gives you 1AVP and 5 mrp. This action versa points would help you in building your ranks from affiliate to Team Leader (maximum of 200 VersaPoints in a month) and Mrps that can be used in purchasing T credits.

5. Used to pay for items on TripleClicks which is like the shop's t currency e.g PSA 2 Go, S builder Co op etc.

6. Used at the auctions to get items at ridiculous prices. The advantage is some auctions are double mrps for each t credit spent. The mrps can be used to purchase single t credits (maximum 500 VersaPoints in a month)

7. Used to bid for PSAs, CSAs and s builder Co op.

Looking at the above, the use of t credits have varied purposes and thus a win/win situation. As you bid, you are not only having 1AVP, but also between 5-10mrp which accumulated MRPs can be used to purchase items on tripleclicks as well as purchase of single t credits. Also, you can decide to build your team by either using t credits to buy PSAs to go or bidding at auctions for PSAs/CSAs.

In regards s builder co op, you can purchase them if you do not have the time to advertise, do not know where to advertise or don't know how to convience people to join.

S builder is a very useful tool as it helps in team building. With s builders, your link is advertised and sign ups start coming a month after. Sign ups could be PRMs or PSAs.

PSAs are assigned directly to your team and you get 45% CV made by them on each purchase. You can also communicate with them, give tips and ideas. On the other hand, PRMs are customers to Tripleclicks only.You also get 45% CV and their Sales VersaPoints (SVP). The only disadvantage is that you can't communicate with them directly.

Purchasing of the s builder, you might be fortunate to get active affiliates or no active affiliates. Cases like this especially if new to marketing, I would advice purchase of 2 units s Builder Co op every month for the next 6 months (Long Term Plan). You might be fortunate to receive some active affiliates. Remember, just 5 active affiliates is all it takes to be successful. If its expensive, then I would advice the warm market approach/word of mouth.

In summary, s builder is indeed a game of numbers and we must be ready to take certain risks to build up a crop of active affiliates. With that, its faster to rise to the rank of a Team Leader. On the other hand, t credits encomprises of both team building when you bid in the auctions for PSAs/CSAs as well as building ranks for Team Leader. So I would say, if you have enough funds, go for both. If not, go for the t credits as the advantages are enormous.

Breaking communication to the nitty gritty, we need to be good communicators for our downlines to understand our method of communication and duplicate our actions. Simply put, we need to let them know that communication is the act of transferring information from one place to another, whether this be vocally (using voice), written (using printed or digital media such as books, magazines, websites or emails), visually (using logos, maps, charts or graphs) or non-verbally (using body language,
gestures and the tone and pitch of voice).

Once they understand what communication is, what factors affects communication, then it would be easier for them to understand the importance of communication.

SFI has been very innovative when it comes to communication. With such, there are variois ways in which we can communicate with our downlines either through:-

1. Weekly Team Mails.
2. Through their personal emails.
3. Through SFIchat if they are online.
4. Through stream posts.
5. Through Social Media like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Yahoo messenger, etc.

These are some of SFI tools of communication which we can and should encourage our downlines to use to communicate with their own downlines.

Using such tools for communication, we can pass vital information, tips to our downlines on how to grow their SFI business, Answer any questions they may have and solve any problem they might have (problem solving skills) and training.

Building a team where everyone knows that they are valued members and part of something special is a very important aspect as "Communication" pays a key role.

Like any other businesses be it online or offline, prospects and existing customers love to be pampered as such, we need to provide them with the best products and service for continued patronage. Likewise, when we treat our PSAs, PRMs with utmost importance, they feel appreciated and loved. For instance, your PSA won in the Daily Grand or became EA/EA2, when we Praise them, they feel motivated to do more.

Communication to a new prospect is key as it puts the individual on the right path to his/her business . When you have a new PSA,/CSA, we send them a welcome message, ecard thanking them for joining SFI and your team. We then help them start with ease by telling them about the 200 versa point bonus if they make 500 versa points within the next 24 hrs of joining. With that, they would be excited to continue by logging on everyday.

Also, sharing tips on how to be successful in their business would encourage and motivate them.

In summary, when we start having PSAs, we lead by example by ensuring that we:-
1. Send them a welcome letter.
2. Share ideas on how they can be successful.
3. Praise them when they achieve certain milestone.
4. Tell them the importance of logging on to do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
5. Let them know the importance of reading and learnig frrom the forums, ASKSC so as to assist their own team.
6. Involve them actively in team competitions, auctions and games.
