How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

The first step to getting duplication in network marketing is actually being duplicable. We should never ask or expect someone to do something we have not done ourselves. Don't encourage someone to get a 1500 VP Standing order if you yourself don't have one. Don't encourage someone to complete their daily, weekly and monthly "To Do" tasks if you don't. Setting the right example is the best way to teach the importance of duplication to your downline.
How do you set proper goals for yourself in SFI?

Setting goals is important for success in any endeavor, success with SFI being no different. Setting proper goals is a chore for many persons but the SFI System make goal setting easier. If you just follow the SFI System the proper goals will be set. Gery Carson, the SFI Founder knows the importance of goal setting for success and he has incorporated goal setting all through out the SFI System. Just follow Gery's lead.
How do you make SFI not be overwhelming for yourself and team members?

New members need to understand that SFI is the affiliate program for TripleClicks. TripleClicks is the bread and butter, the heart and soul of SFI. Use and promote TripleClicks using the training SFI provides. SFI pays members to learn, use and market TripleClicks. Get the SFI "Big Picture" and new members won't be overwhelmed.
