There is a lot of fraud on the Internet. How do we convince skeptical prospects that SFI is legit and real?

The easiest way I've found to convince people is to tell them that they'll never have to give SFI a credit card number if they don't want to. Most online scams require you to purchase something to join, like a membership level or some software. And, once you've signed up, they tell you that in order to make any real money you need to buy this and that and one of these too!
With SFI, there's nothing to buy, ever. Sure, you can make it easier on yourself by setting up a standing order or purchasing products from TripleClicks, but it's not required to make money with SFI. This is truly one of the most unique online marketing opportunities I've ever found.

Which is better...doing two separate blogs about SFI and TripleClicks...or a single blog about BOTH?

From a pure management position, I think it would be easier with just one. Also from an SEO position, one will be much easier. If you have two, you'll have to do double the promotion, double the linking, etc.
With one blog, you can just create separate pages for SFI and TC if you want. Post related articles under each heading.
Create multiple categories for each and post under them. You can link your posts to one another as well to try and lower your bounce rate. Make sure whatever you post is original and adds value to your readers. Keep them wanting more from you and you'll have a successful blog in no time!

What's the best way to get new affiliates signed up without having to answer a lot of questions first?

The best way would be having your own website that explains most of the newbie type questions. You can have a FAQ section on your website that lists out the top questions and answers. You can drive traffic to your website and use your gateways to link back to SFI.
This way, by the time a prospect actually signs up, they have passed through your FAQ and should have most of their questions answered.
As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

I believe in rewarding active PSA's by rewarding them with at a minimum 25% of my PSA's. Not only does this show your PSA's that you are an active sponsor, but it shows you are genuinely interested in their success. We all have PSA's who've logged in once and never come back.
I try to mix up the PSA's I reassign with active and non-active PSA's. By reassigning active ones you give your PSA a chance to work on their leadership skills with an active member. By giving them non-active PSA's you give your PSA a chance to work on changing how they feel about SFI.
Both of these are very important skills to develop in order to be successful.

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

I think I'd take more time to read and go through the training. I think a lot of us get so excited when first starting out and it's easy to overlook things. I would try to slow down and not do everything as fast as I could.
I wouldn't be so eager to start prospecting as I really did not know enough about SFI to become a sponsor. It's important to have a good understanding of each component of SFI in order to provide the best support for a team. It leaves a negative impression on new folks if their sponsor does not know what they're doing. ;)
So, if I could start over again, I would take my time reading and taking the LaunchPad lessons and remember this is a marathon, not a sprint.

What is the benefit of receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) from your upline?

There are many benefits to receiving non-active PSAs.
• It lets you know your sponsor is actively involved with his/her team. Any sponsor who takes the time to re-assign an affiliate of their own is certainly trying to help their downline become more involved in their SFI business.
• For affiliates who do not yet have any PSAs or CSAs, receiving re-assigned affiliates opens the door for sending weekly emails using the PSA/CSA mailer and collecting an additional 120 VeraPoints each month.
• Affiliates will now be able to work on their Team Leadership skills by creating incentives for their new PSAs. For example, they could create contests or start a coop for their team.
• This also may motivate them to keep their leadership page current and updated.
• Last, but certainly not least, you should never give up on any affiliate. They obviously were somewhat interested in SFI at one time and you never know when they may come back. If you do nothing, that’s exactly what you should expect to receive in return.

How does participating in Ask SC help you become a more successful SFI affiliate?

Ask SC should be looked at as a giant knowledge base. The questions that are asked are most likely being asked by a number of people. By reading all of the answers, you gain not only answers to your questions, but also the invaluable perspective of your SFI peers.
Receiving answers from your peers is extremely valuable since they are actively involved in SFI and working on their own business. You're getting first hand experience from people doing the exact thing you are. Imagine asking a question and receiving hundreds of answers every day. That's exactly what you're getting with the Ask SC program within SFI.

I would spend less time recruiting affiliates and more time recruiting ECA's and advertising TripleClicks (TC). While I agree recruiting affiliates is important, so is making money. You're more likely to make money faster by recruiting ECA's than affiliates. I did not realize how important this was and sort of treated TC as an after thought. I wish now I had focused primarily on TC.
