Definitely... Moving up your personal rank in SFI helps to gain more trust from your downline members and helps fuel further growth. Apart from creating a trend for them to try and always catch up with you, there is also the aspect of leading by example. When you enjoin upon them to do, remember it's not only a mere talk but a walk as well. Always strive to lead by example. Actions speak louder than words.

Best thing to do is to first of all convey the message from your welcome to the new affiliates. The welcoming message should contain in a nutshell all the achievements that are there for grabs. Once the achievements are highlighted, the next move is to always highlight the importance of the E365 competition in the weekly address.

There are tasks which are considered to be routine ones. In my opinion, these won't be as important as advancing in knowledge because knowledge is power. Refer to the term that we use most here at SFI ie Power Rank which arises from the accumulation of Versapoints (VP). This results from the constant motivation that things are gonna work and they can only be achieved through knowledge.
Acquisition of knowledge can be singled out as the most important daily activity that SFI Leaders should engage in. Acquiring it everyday helps one to change the perspective with which to face different challenges that one continues to face here at SFI.

Do you reward your active CSAs the same as you reward your active PSAs? If not, how do you reward them?

Yes I do.When it comes to performance, I don't differentiate between a CSA and a PSA. It's not the title that matters, but the drive that an individual has which at the end of the day adds to the EXECUTIVE POOL where we all earn commissions. Whoever endeavors to add to the EXECUTIVE POOL is so important to not only me, but the entire fraternity at SFI.

The art of advertising is very tricky. Getting attention of others and keeping it cool yourself at the same time. First you start by trying all the banners available periodically ( you can try may be for a whole week) with tracking of course to see which one/s is at its best. Once identified, get down to business by using the right banner/s. Don't use them for too long lest your audience get used to seeing the same thing time and again. Alternate them, once you strike always make sure that you keep them holed up on the screen trying to see what is next... Wishing you luck in your advertising endeavors...

Money, money, money is the in thing here nevertheless that is not the ultimate goal here. We are coming from the unknown darkness heading towards the known light. Well, let's start with knowledge. It is power and you see knowledge written all over the face of SFI, from tip of the day to the forums to the sequential training... all this in one site. Bravo SFI.
Perhaps the most striking future of SFI is the fact you are taught to build your business from humble beginning. Earn few VP from to-do tasks on a daily basis and VP as a matter of fact are the bloodline of SFI business. You are taught to think big, but achieve small daily while heading there.
A2A is more than a social network in that it has real, motivating folks who are very willing to share worthless tips towards success.
Well well well, the list of goodies from SFI continues... It takes time to appreciate them all and that is why we are here, not for a season but for a reason.

Hey, hey, hey, very tricky question. It's normally out of the ordinary to find one rating himself /herself. When it comes to rating, let others give you the credit where it is due and have a positive criticism on you. Dealing with PSAs is a tricky situation because it's not what you think you're doing right that matters to them, but what they think you're doing right which sometimes might be wrong for you. The right approach to have is be flexible and everything will fall into its position. I would rate myself as average if need be.
