Before initiating an online chat with a new PSA it is a good idea to review the PSA's VP Ledger. Take note as to what the PSA has or has not started.

Then when you begin talking with the PSA you can give compliments and advice based on their current activity. It is a good idea to let the PSA lead the conversation so you will be helping them with what they need.

When is the best time to upgrade your rank from EA to Team Leader?

The best time to upgrade your rank from EA to Team Leader is when, by your earning of Action and Sales VP, you reach 3000. It is important to know that the maximum Sales VP for Bronze Team Leader is 2000.

Some will earn this by earning sales VP for TCredits or PSAs to Go or SBuilder, and then earning enough Action VP to reach BTL. If they can do that every month, they will be building their team and earning the benefits of Team Leader.

Some say that is not worth it to be Team

Which is the more potentially profitable activity...referring PRMs or ECAs?

A sale is a sale is a sale. We will earn commission and VP if a PRM makes a purchase or an ECA makes a sale. PRMs can be big or small spenders, and ECAs can sell a lot or a little with high or low commission volume. So the potential profitability is based on which generates the most sales.

Truely it can be either PRM or ECA or both, potentially. Your success will come from the one you are able to develop the most. The group to focus on first will be the one you either feel more comfortable

If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

If you consider training to be in a teaching or instructor mode, and your PSA is advancing faster than you, then you and SFI have provided excellent training, and you probably do not need to focus on that any more.

However, support is a very different thing. We can be supportive and encouraging at all stages of someone's journey with SFI. Even fast learners and movers like to be supported. When we have happy and motivated team members, it is good for everybody!

How do you explain to prospects how income is earned from the TripleClicks Executive Pool in a simple, clear way that they can understand?

The TripleClicks Executive Pool is simply the profit that is generated from all TripleClicks sales.

VersaPoints are shares of the Executive pool. When we earn VersaPoints, we will be paid based on the value of each VersaPoint we earn as long as we are eligible. Each month the value will be determined by the amount of profit from all Affiliate and PRM sales divided by the number of all VersaPoints earned by sales or actions.

If we understand this simple information, we will do

Why or why not should I promote Fast-Track 2.0 in my welcome letters to new affiliates? If yes, what wording should I add?

Since I know that SFI sends several communications to new Affiliates including information about Fast Track, I keep my welcome message simple, and I don't try to tell them everything they need to know in my first email.

I do invite them to look for information about the Fast Track opportunity from SFI because it will have some great benefits that are available only for the next 10 days. Then I invite them to contact me any time if they are confused or have questions about what they are

What is the best strategy to win the E365 Championship for my class?

Your SFI Class is all the people who join SFI on the same day you joined. One year from that day, there will be an E365 Champion for your Class. Who will be the winner? The one with the most VP on the first anniversary date.

If you are the only one left after one year, then maybe 1500 VP would be enough. But that would not be realistic. Since the contest started, many more people are eager to learn the business and become the E365 Champion for their Class.

So if you want to

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

The Movers tab is the best indication for me of the PSAs and CSAs that are serious about building a successful SFI business. They show up in the Movers List because they are actively logging in and earning VP.

At the beginning of the month, the newest active Affiliates often show up first, and it gives me a chance to see who are the ones to watch and encourage as needed.

As the month goes on, I can see if the Affiliates who have been active for awhile are still growing or if

What's the best way to get more VersaPoints?

The best way to get more VersaPoints is to study your VP Ledger.

Earning 2000 Sales VP each month will keep your EA2 status and then you will only need 1000 Action VP to reach the first Team Leader level (BTL). Action VP are all listed in the To-Do List and the VP Ledger. The best thing to do to earn them is to read up on how and then follow through.

How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

You can let new Affiliates know there is so much available to us in the Affiliate Center that unless we log in every day we will miss so many things.

The Home Page provides options for earning VP, all of which provide up to date information for the day. There is also the fun part of entering to win great prizes in the Daily Grand.

The there is a long black bar on the Affiliate Page too. No need to describe everything here, but each tab has great information, all of which is
