When we come to S-builder Co-op, firstly one has to become a member of Co-op by registering himself/herself. Then he/she has to invest funds for each unit and wait for it to produce the desired result. It generally takes two to three years to yield the desired result and the results are not guaranteed, moreover once invested it cannot be reclaimed or converted for any other purpose. Usually, one should not straight-away go forward and criticize anybody. Initially one has to provide advice or suggestion and wait for the person to enact or follow it. Then there should be a mild direction for the person's response and action. For both the above, some time has to be allocated and hence one has to wait for the person's reaction for some time. If still the concerned person is timid and inactive or improper in his response or if their is some lacuna in his response then only one has to adopt mild constructive criticism.

Most of the times, the people who are placed in top positions in hierarchy of any organisation would not like to receive suggestions, advice or even hints. The reason behind is personal ego which they derive from their organisational status, standing or position. For such people we have to be indirect and seek suggestion/advice from them. For Eg. Sir, Is it right to do such and such thing like this? When we deal with such people we have to think twice or thrice before we take the liberty to provide a constructive criticism.

In general, criticism of any kind would result in a positive or negative direction. Hence one has to guess, think from all the directions for the possible result then only one has to venture into criticizing another person. That mean, it entirely depends on the psychological make-up of the person who is receiving the constructive criticism.

Hence, there is an ancient saying: NEVER EXTEND ADVICE OR SUGGESTION WHEN IT IS NOT ASKED.

There may be umpteen number of reasons for becoming inactive for affiliates to become inactive shortly after registering themselves freely with the SFI. I would like to quote some of them for your information ::-

(a) An affiliate may not like the architecture or the business model itself of SFI hence de-activates himself.

(b) An affiliate may not have received timely guidance or support from any external source.

(c) An affiliate might not have fully and correctly grasped the business plan and functioning of the SFI.

(d) An individual may not have the required time to spare i.e., months and years for his success in this SFI venture.

(e) The communication received from his Sponsor or Co-sponsor may not be entirely clear and easy to grasp, that is to say there may exist a communication gap in between two individuals.

(f) There may be language or time barrier in between the Sponsor or Co-sponsor and the affiliate.

(g) There may be some rigidity exhibited by the company itself in certain areas of operations which may not be easy or conducive to the affiliate concerned and may be posing him lots of problems in his operations example Payments and Receipts option.
(h) An affiliate may have a natural disability to Sponsoring or duplicating and advertising, marketing and selling.

(i) An affiliate may receive the valuable support from his TL in the first two months during which he procures some SO items, spends considerable amount of money which the sponsor/Co-sponsor get profited according to their allocated percentages and later on abandon the affiliate.

(j) The entire operations of SFI is carried in English Language and an individual may not be so good in that particular language, he might use the translator which does not always conveys the correct meaning.

(k) There may be frequent delay or non-response either from the TL or from the company itself, most of the times the response may prove to be useless and not up to the point.

Fear of failure plays a vital and direct role for most people in their decision making, whoxe impact can be absolutely devastating in most of the cases. If one goes a little deep inside the psyche of an individual, the fear or lack of courage cripples or paralysizes the decision-making ability, serenity and equanimity of the mind, thereby there is a direct deficit or drawback in the decision taken by that individual.

Whenever one is unable to get an access into the SFI Affiliate Center, that means that he has got free time or leisure to do something conventional with respect of SFI. Here, what I mean by the word conventional in the sense that one can always go to nearby places where most of colleagues, acquaintances, friends, neighbors, warm relatives, community members, classmates or college-mates etcetera are available and try to advertise by utilizing the conventional method of advertising - word of mouth.

The word of mouth is one of the most powerful tool and technique of advertising which has got a success rate of about 96-99%., one can only tell confidently about anything who is close enough to share his views and thoughts to other. Hence the influence of word of mouth carries enormous intensity.

One thing one can engage into is to distribute and advertise various SFI or Tripleclicks marketing tools such as SFI banners, fliers, X cards, Gift Cards, and other items which has got its own importance in the areas of advertising and marketing.

In case, one has got the prior knowledge of various queries or questions posed in ASK SC column, one can beforehand prepare the replies and check it a couple of times. Else one can prepare notes and reading of various PSAs and CSAs who are active enough to compel the leader to make notes of them.

As a team leader I would try to maintain and use simple and direct language in entire communications with all the up-line and down-line members, thereby resulting in an easy grasp or understanding of the intended meaning or message possible for all of them. Such usage of language does not ever creates or poses a difference in the culture of people worldwide. Apart from that I would try not to bring in the differences that may exist in between the entire tam members like religion, culture, custom and tradition, social and income status, sex, educational background, any physical or mental superiority or inferiority, racial supremacy or other demographic differences.

Now if always keep the existing differences in my mind and try to communicate taking the stand of neutrality then all the differences would simply vanish thereby creating a serene, conducive and congenial atmosphere for easy and free communication.

Now coming to the second aspect that is various time-zones to navigate, it becomes necessary for me to be on the vigil almost 24 hours by week, month and year. For this issue, since it is humanly impossible to do that I would take hourly rest after 6 hours of alertness, compensating and allocating time for the rest/sleep and taking care of natural requisites like bath, food, dressing etc.

By adopting the above means I would try to successfully overcome the natural cultural and time-zone barriers that exists among my team members who belong to different countries, continents, races, religions, cultures, customs and traditions.

Let's analyse the question in a detailed manner. Suppose one is just engaged in sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs - then who is going to take the responsibility of providing them the much required training of how to go around with the SFI business. Without proper and timely training, guidance, support and encouragement, I do not think almost 97-99% would carry on for a long duration and survive to remain as a member affiliate in SFI. The net result would be that it is a gross waste of time, money and labor of sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs who would eventually drop out within a month or so.

Now, let's come the Ultra Simple three step formula - Sponsor five affiliates - train them fully, make each of them an excellent professional - then again direct all of them to sponsor five affiliates by providing full training and guidance.
