Skillful members in the team is what everyone hope to have and dream of.It is very important (almost crucial) to recognize those members on time and pay more attention to them (as said,"work with workers").

What are the skills that such person should have?
In my opinion,it's these abilities:
- to learn new things
- to focus on work
- to have positive view on oneself,as well on the job and the company
- to communicate with others
- to listen and follow what is being told
- to start,keep going and not to stop
- to successfully solve problems on the way
And other abilities,beside these ones.


How to identify those skills in someone?

I would advise you to watch these parameters and criteria:
1. First and foremost - logging every day and performing at least daily actions.Doing so will:
- start process of duplication (even that person's might still not be aware of that)
- building reputation (earning badges,advancing in E365 contest,increasing power rank,etc.)
- building "business" mindset (creating attitude to treat this opportunity as a real job)
Just to name few major advantages of doing minimum from "To do" list.

2. Completing all (or almost all) other getting-started actions (and later weekly,monthly,intermediate actions and Launchpad).Among which these are most important (for a new member):
- confirming your registration
- whitelisting [email protected]
- completing your Affiliate Profile
- sending your SFI Commitment Message to your sponsor
- uploading your photo to the Affiliate Center
Because those are the preconditions for becoming "Fast Track" member.

3. Advancing in each and every way.I'll just list couple of things:
- becoming Fast Track member (e.g. ordering New Member's Pack),becoming W3 member,putting a standing order,S-Builder Co-op
- earning different badges
- passing the rounds ("green line") in E365 contest
- winning Pricebender's auction(s),playing and winning Eager Zebra games
- opening ECA store
- building his own/her own team
- advertising and marketing SFI and/or Tripleclicks,by marketing aids and methods from SFI web-site (Gift Cards distribution and the rest)
All in all,following your plan of success or even creating their own plan (under your supervision).

4. Active in communication.Which,for example,means:
- asking questions on various topics (how SFI works,how to earn here,develop business,open ECA store...etc.) and eagerly waiting for an answer
- answering your e-mails,team messages,chat sessions,joining your Facebook group (if you have such),attending webinars

5. Being present in the community:
- showing each day on your "movers" list
- making and enhancing number of "a2a" friends
- taking part in posting in the SFI Forum (and also getting "likes" for posting)

6. Not stopping after first failure.Even that our affiliate may face with some kind of failure at some point of time,he/she will not stop (and cry like a baby,refusing to start again),but will have strength to overcome the problem and continue to grow his/her business.


The more of above said one has,just keep on expanding his/her abilities and the more likely is that he or she will become "a star" (future Diamond).

PPA (Pay Per Action) program may look as an "easy money" scheme,and I admit when you read it that it looks tempting.

But...let's see how PPA works.
And what it brings you and what it takes you away.


Definition from glossary:
"SFIPPA is an optional, supplemental income program available to all SFI affiliates. Income is earned by getting others to take actions–such as filling out forms.
Each time you generate a qualified SFIPPA action, you'll earn a bounty. The amount of the bounty varies depending on the action."

In short,when someone signs up via your referral link,then such person is compared to other (non-PPA) affiliates,through Versa Points (average points scored).
Now,if your (PPA) affiliate has nearly same average score of VPs as the non-PPA affiliates,you will earn something from that.But if your affiliate is way far away from the average score,you earn nothing.

What it tells you?
It tells us that only if you secure QUALITY affiliate to SFI,you will get some reward for it (which is absolutely logical,in terms of business).


Now,think a bit further.
You have enabled (via PPA program) SFI to have a quality affiliate.Such affiliate,left all alone and with no human guidance (those members never even make a contact with someone from SFI),made somehow to reach average score of other affiliates,that had someone to teach them (their sponsors-human beings).

Does it comes to your mind now:how much "your" affiliate could have achieved if someone was there to guide him/her?Don't you wonder that?
But,instead of it,you have decided to just take some bonus out of it and to leave him/her to somehow find own way out alive.And even when you receive that bonus for your PSA,you should not be happy,but instead you should be sad:it means that someone else is getting all the benefits for having a successful PSA,and it won't be you!


All in all,I heard from many Team Leaders advice - it's better not to start such program,but save your PSA for yourself.

Well,you'll never know 100%,but here are some indicators that may help you about that.

You'll know that your PSA is serious about this business,if he or she:

1. Log in daily and work (earn VP) daily.This is the basic condition.You see your PSA or CSA everyday on "mover's tab".
2. Becomes registered on Trippleclicks.
3. Become fast track member and has a standing order.
4. Listen what you say and follow your instructions.You can check that easily (by results).
5. Ask lots of good and constructive questions.Not the ones like "Can you do [something] instead of me?".
6. Take part in different aspects of SFI and Trippleclicks.For example:in Forum,in auctions,in W3 program,in playing games,in a2a networking....
7. Is ready to learn and adopts new knowledge fast.Here is vital to understand "compensation plan".
8. Puts the new knowledge fast in the practice.Which means forming his/hers own team (process of duplication) and bringing new ECA to Trippleclicks.
9. enter different contests here.The most important one is E365 (in which he or she is always above green line and eventually end up as a finalist).
10. Receives always new bonuses.Bonuses are given (by company or sponsor) only for something extra done.
11. Badges on his or her profile keep multiplying.Which are result of work done.
12. Is not demoralized or disappointed after first month's payment.

That is the problem some of us are facing with,when going to a place with no internet coverage (somewhere deep in the mountains or on isolated island).


The best way to maintain our SFI position is to have standing order set before you leave.Is should be at least standing oder that brings you 1500 VP.


When you have that set,you should think of what will happen with your team while you're away.If you have many well trained individuals then you're lucky,since they will have their business done even without you.But for those that are still not very experienced in SFI,you may need still to support them.


First of all,let everyone know when and how long you will be absent.That means your downline,as well as your upline.Inform them,so they are not surprised when they see you're gone.

Tell your downline to continue with their everyday duties here.If they have some difficulties or problems then to contact certain person from upline (that you will specify who is it) about.The good idea is to exchange number of telephones,so you can hear over the phone (or via SMS) about some emergency cases.Or,another good idea,is to get some of your downline signed up to a mailing list (with a auto-responder set) - for those of them who will need everyday guidance.In that way you will get them informed about what to do each day.


Also,tell your upline if they are able to pay little bit more attention on your team,if they're able.Try to find one person from upline that will be your "deputy" - to answer daily needs of your team while you're away.After all,it's that persons' team (downline) too.


If there's a chance to find somewhere internet coverage on the way - use it to the maximum ;)

I allocate my time all over the day.Piece by piece.


I would say that % of certain activities depends on status you are at the moment.If you look by percentage,in my case it would be communications 20%,marketing 30%,training 50%.And I am EA2.

But while I was EA and AFF main focus was on training:communications 10%,marketing 10% and training 80%.

While I believe when you are team leader (e.g. BTL or higher),then it gets different:communications 50% (including training others to follow your steps - process of duplication),marketing 40%,training 10%.


Like I said,I divide my allocated time for SFI and Trippleclicks all over the day.At the beginning of day communications has it most,together with marketing.Answering questions of my downline,helping them overcome problems plus doing marketing.

During the day I also do some marketing and at the evening training (reading,reading,reading) plus little chatting online with team members and setting plans for the next day or next week.


If you do smart division of activities on SFI along the day you'll feel relaxed doing this job and you will do it with love.

MRP (Member Reward Points) are what SFI gives us as a kind of reward for,generally speaking,spending money or T-credits within Tripleclicks web-site.

From this (knowing how you can spend money or T-credits on TC) you can make conclusion how can you generate MRPs.It's when we:
- shop in TC store (next to each item is description how many MRP we will receive)
- download music from TC store (it's also shopping;gets you 5 MRP + 1 action VP)

There is a simple way,and there is,so to say,harder way.

Simple way is - simple.Just ask that person (say,a prospect) "In what kind of products are you interested in?".When you get the feedback,then:
1. if you have your own store (ECA) and you do have those products that person told you,then offer him or her to take a look at what you got.Before that,you can prepare some special offer (like:free shipping,discounts on multiply purchases,etc.) and then invite the person(s).
2. if you don't have it (whether the ECA or the products),but you know some other ECA (say,friends of your) that have - hey,direct prospect there.Be sure that the owner of the directed ECA knows that you sent prospect to his/her store.Today you sent him/her prospect,tomorrow he/she will send you a prospect...that's how it goes.

And there is a harder way.That is without (directly) asking.But more observing what that person orders.If you can see/find out does someone has a Standing order of something,or if he/she is bidding on some auctions for certain product and trying to win it,or to find out (if possible) of the past orders in Triplecliks (people may share those kind of news via social networks,so check it there) - that might get you some kind of idea of interests of that person.


All in all,"harder way" is harder because it is based on following or observing one specific person and habits he/she has.And it takes a lot more time and efforts then the "easy approach".
