Is it wise to offer non-SFI related incentives to my CSAs and PSAs? For example, create a standing order and get a free DVD?

It is totally unwise and unethical to offer non-SFI related incentives to CSAs and PSAs such as Standing Orders and to give a free DVD.
SFI is a long standing marketing and Business entity where honesty, patience and persistence should be considered as human virtues. Those who join SFI should read and digest the storehouse of knowledge available and work on it professionally.
Giving such incentives referred to above is akin to bribing your own team members to a route for their own future disaster.
Many who join SFI operate on standing orders with difficulty, managing their own expenses and budgets with difficulty.
Such incentives will only cast doubt on responsible persons to stick on to SFI.

What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?

This is a very important question which will receive a vital reply.
To go on a vacation within or outside your country, it is very important to carry with you the laptop. Internet availability is available in this highly developed technological age in almost any hotel, e-cafes and communication centers. Even at residences the Wi-Fi facility is available. So going on a vacation should not be regarded as an obstacle to anybody who is keen in maintaining his or her SFI position and to continue support to the Team.
If a person does not support the Team on vital matters such as when Fast Track-2.0 was introduced on 7th October then the Team members will question the Sponsor or Co-sponsor for withholding the news during the 10 day period. This will naturally result in displeasure among the Team members towards the Co-sponsor or Sponsor. So going on a vacation should not prevent anyone of internet connectivity in this highly technological era.

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

This is indeed a very opportune question which needs careful study. I have been in SFI for 4 months and regrettably have one active PSA out of 16 and one active CSA out of 15.Some of them when they register become Fast Tracks in one day and then become inactive. Some question on the 1,500 VPs they need to obtain in the second month and become inactive.
The advertisements inviting them to be investors operating from Home needs more details regarding the operational methods at SFI. Merely saying it is free poses a problem when they join especially to purchase items and have a SO. So SFI should give more details so that those who are really interested in SFI On Line Marketing will join. Most of them do not login at all.
Further the Second Home CSAs assigned are posing problems for their Sponsors and Co sponsors who only waste their time sending welcome and encouraging letters , e cards as they are simply not interested.
So let us provide valid information before they register and then we will be able to reap a rich harvest from PSAs and CSAs who are keen to build a successful SFI business.

How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

I spend at least 1 1/2hours daily at SFI on clicking the red tabs ,viewing the Forum items of interest and rating ASK SC questions. Then I spend once in 2 days also check on Movers Page to see how my Team members are faring and send chat messages and e cards. I also go to the Genealogy consisting of 4 pages to see whether any non active affiliates have commenced login including the new CSAs assigned to me each month. Depending on the results obtained ,e cards are sent to some inactive affiliates in order to recreate awareness.
Regarding Triple Clicks I normally spend at least 1/2 an hour with Games. auctions .
As far as training is concerned the Team messages and e cards sent contain vital details on the subjects gathered from Launchpad and marketing aids. So that partly covers communication.

Why or why not should I promote Fast-Track 2.0 in my welcome letters to new affiliates? If yes, what wording should I add?

Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

I do not consider using a local telephone directory for cold calling a suitable method for attracting PSAs due to the following reasons:-
1)It is a nuisance to a receiver of such a call from someone unknown to him or her .
2)I consider it an unjust travesty to the independence of a person having a telephone purely to seek the assistance of becoming a PSA for which the person is not at all interested.
3) Telephone calls are expensive. Why should one waste money on an unnecessary call?
4) It is very much anti social.

A very pertinent question needing much thought and understanding.
You can take a horse to water but cannot make it drink!
But our downline are human beings who will definitely stand up to reason.
So one should patiently and carefully analyse the mind of the downline affiliates and explain to them in our messages that in any business that we undertake it is necessary not to be in haste to get an income at SFI.They should be told to read the Rules for success. Read and inwardly digest SFI Basics, Getting Started and the 30 lessons in Launchpad which are a storehouse of knowledge that is freely available, and for them to play numerous games available in Eager Zebra to have fun and relaxation.
Finally to contact their Sponsor or the Co sponsor for help and to answer any queries that need replies.

The MOVERS TAB is essentially a ready reckoner on the progress shown by PSAs and CSAs in my TEAM, which is viewed daily by me. It gives an indication on how the affiliates are performing daily. With a view of their Home Page the sponsor is able to see the Ledger and witness the performance of the Team members.
With this information received the sponsor is in a position to advice the affiliates in the areas that they lack so that the SFI business could be maximized. However one has to weigh the pros and cons of the exercise and give them the necessary help.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

This question needs a refined answer. PSAs are considered to be an asset. However once they are registered some of them find that the opportunities before them is a daunting task even to obtain 1,500VPs from the second month after been Fast Track.. Some of them question the sponsor on the difficulty to retain their Executive Affiliate level from the second month. So while the Sponsor gives encouraging ways to become an Executive Affiliate some of them who have this mentality should be discouraged to become a Team Leader as they will not be able to reach the initial Bronze Team Leader Level dependent on their financial ability to purchase items and to place a Standing Order. Further if there are no EA2s in the Team, becoming a Team Leader will not at all be beneficial to them.
