Ever since I became part of this great company that I pose this question. In SFI I found the simplicity of things, starting with the training, which is very intuitive and makes you grow up fast. I always wanted to work with, and reach a good level, relying on my own strength, trying to give my best. It is pleasing to reach the goals by working with passion. My perseverance in continuing with this task, depends on the goals that I have set myself, and climb the peaks that I want to achieve. I realized that with SFI you can climb the peaks that I always thought unattainable, but now I see very close. I know very well that there will be much to sweat, and I'll have to give my best, but I'm sure we can do it. My perseverance, and my desire to do, bring me up, because I believe in SFI.

The essential ingredient for the attainment of the objectives is without a doubt the motivation. Each of us has one, and life is the path of time that will allow us to reach it.
