Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

I think that there are such a thing as helping you affiliates TOO much. This is situation where you as sponsor, try to do things instead of your affiliates and by that action you make a mistake. Sponsor is here to help by learning and by his example, not by doing things instead of affiliates. In that case, they will never learn and they will always wait for you. The target is to learn them to be sponsors and this will be possible if they are confident in their actions.
How do you ensure that the TCards you send out are used...and what do you do when they are not?

When gift cards are activated about that you have the information visible to the affiliate center, so that you have infromation which cards are used. In my opinion, you sholud share them to the people which you see more often in the neighborhood, around you at least once a week.Those people you can remind to activate the card. My experience says that we should share gift cards to the people who recognize the ideas and work with computer.
What are the best ways to track my ads to know which are providing the best results?

I think that the best ways to track your ads is by Key Codes. You can see about them on menu Power Tools/Key Codes. I use one of them for twitter, second for pinterest, third for ads on sites and so on. You can find out which of your ads is the best and sometimes in which special time you should to promote.

I think the best way to win PICK THE PRICE is to be lucky. It is still a crucial factor. Be sure to perform the analysis, follow past history of a particular product, compare the time the auction was held, the type of auction, observe the very beginning of auction but still need luck because too many unpredictable factors is included in the auction.

I think this is up to them, you can not do much about that.
You can learn them about SFI and be there always for them but this change: EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality - is personal thing.
Unfortunately many people don't have a job now, they loose a job, they are not an employed any more and they must to take an action and turn to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality-they don't have another choice.
They must to try something-some of them will try here your job is to teach them "HOW" and they will work. Others have a choice.

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

I think the only way to motivate members to become leaders isjust specific personal example by yourself that this probably makes more money or perform tasks easier. I think it's a turning point in this business, you choose to invest more, work more, but is expected to be worth it much more. Some are willing to do and some do not, and they need an example to convince them that it is a good decision to become a leader.

The most effective way to communicate with your team is personally, "face to face" if there are possibilities for that. If this is not possible, try with skype. It is in human nature to wish to see the face of other people if he want to cooperate with them in some business. Then , if this is not possible, we can use emails, facebook etc... and we can always use team mail.

The best way to attract younger people to work in the SFI program is the presentation of security and the future of this business. Young people should be emphasized here that the payments for 17 years are secure and that over time more and more you build your network - earning will be bigger and bigger. Also you will known so many people through this business, have fun during Eager Zebra games etc.

First of all they must to be EA every month, so 125 TC SO is first investment. Second investment could be in products from TripleClicks which they already use in everyday life.
