Different people may have different reasons for having a Standing Order. Some will have it to reach 1500VP easily each month to maintain their EA status, others to support their own shop TripleClicks and others to get some TCredits, for example, to use to bid in auctions, download music, play games or place member listings and gather the necessary VP for maintaining EA status at the same time.

If you don’t have a lot of money to spend the best option for you would be to support your own shop TripleClicks by changing your shopping habits by purchasing goods you use at home or in business and would have bought elsewhere in any event. That way you don’t have to spend extra money to maintain EA status every month. You can buy cleaning, beauty or health products, electronic appliances like laptops, tablets and cellphones, computer software, e-books, business supplies and many other things that you would have had to buy in any event. By getting it on SO makes it just better because you get discount if it’s on SO and also gather qualifying VP.

You can even combine different products as well as gathering Action VP by logging in everyday and doing your monthly (15VP/mth), weekly (152VP/mth) and daily (330VP/mth) actions. There are various options for TCredits as a SO, of which 100 ($29), 125 ($36.25) and 200 ($64-9% on SO) is the best options.

For the 100 TCredits you get 1200 SVP, for the 125 TCredits you get 1500 SVP and for the 200 TCredits you get 1661 SVP.

With the 100 pack you still short 300 VP to become EA. Combine it with something else for example 3 single TCredits (102VP for $1.99 each) giving you a total of 1506VP. With both 125 and 200 pack you become EA every month instantly and for having a SO with 1500VP or more you get an extra 100 AVP.. With the 200 pack you are now even 261 VP closer to becoming Team Leader. The cheapest option, but with the least value is to get 15 single TCredits on SO. It will cost you only $29.85 and will give you 1530VP.

TCredits SO is good when you want to bid in auctions or participate in other actions where you might need it. Did you know that as an EA or above, you get free TCredits every month you maintain 1500VP or above.

We have dealt with many other questions concerning this subject like “Why do so many PSA’s become inactive?”, etc. There are many reasons for that, but I think mostly because the prospects don’t get what they expect. To get MORE (impossible to rule out all the tire kickers completely) serious prospects to enroll you’ll have to have a way of screening them before enrolling them.

One way to do that is by telling the whole truth about the business in your ads with a link to one of your gateways. Don’t hold back any crucial information. You will still get some tire kickers, but surely less. When advertising or promoting in any other way, mention the following:
• That this is a real and serious business that requires an investment in the form of time (like any other real business). You have to unlock the front door of your “shop” everyday so that you can manage it properly. You do this by logging in everyday and do your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions. This is how you manage your business.
• It also requires a certain level of knowledge which is going to need a time investment. You learn how the business work by logging in everyday, because there are News, Tips, Forum Posts, ASK SC questions and answers and Training Materials on the SFI site, for the taking. Read it and use it.
• It requires an investment in the form of money to become really successful. Although SFI is free to join and you can earn without investing any money (many sources of income in SFI, like selling TripleClicks products or your own unwanted stuff, etc.), you can only really tap onto the best source of income in SFI, namely the Executive Pool, by investing some money in advertising (advertising to get PSA’s, ECA’s and PRM’s is what this business is actually about), buying from TripleClicks yourself (especially business building products and services like shares in SBuilder Co-op or PSA’s or promotional material), setting up a Standing Order for 1500VP or more (to qualify as EA at least every month) and although SFI have extensive training materials also in other sources of training as on-line courses for Internet Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.
• This is not a Get Rich Quick Scheme. It takes hard work and dedication to make it work. It’s not for the faint at heart and it’s definitely not for people who want to make a quick buck.

Another way to screen your prospects before you enroll them is to place a link to your website on the add where you can ask for them to fill in their email if they are interested. After receiving their details send them further info about the business and start communicating with them. Find out what their interests are and only after satisfying yourself that they might stick it out, send them the link to enroll. Another way is to ask them to send their email directly to you in exchange for more info and start chatting to them. Do the same as above.

Yet another way (maybe the best) is to do in person presentations one on one or for groups and in that presentation don’t beat about the bush. You want real prospects, so tell them the real truth, as above and then sign up only the ones that are still really interested.

First of all, most answers suggested that you already have the 5 PTL’s, but your question suggests that you only identified future PTL’s. Actually it doesn't make that much of a difference. Whether you have them already or not, you must still keep on developing more first-level stars as any of them can fall out at any stage.

My only suggestion is, work with a plan. Identify the stars in your team and work intensively with them first to build their first-level as well, without neglecting your other affiliates completely.And keep on advertising in the meantime to enroll more PSA’s under you. You may need them to help build your movers’ teams. Motivate them by reassigning some PSA’s to them when they reach certain levels like ranks or give them shares in your co-op. Work with them until the reach PTL or even DTL if possible. By that time they will be self reliant.

Then start the process all over again until you have another 5 PTL’s in your first-level, and so on and so on. Why stop when you have 5 PTL’s. It is just a figure that SFI suggests can work to give a nice income if everyone in your down-line has 5 active PSA’s under them, and it’s a manageable amount of active PSA’s to sponsor well.

I always say that anyone who wants to be successful in SFI (or any serious business for that matter), must log in daily and do their Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions, but that alone won’t mean success in this business. There are many reasons why you must log in daily, but the most important is to stay abreast of all the news and new developments. The SFI site or your home page is the best source of knowledge you can find. You have to learn and keep on learning everything about SFI, on-line marketing, social media marketing and this is where you’ll find the most comprehensive source of knowledge. This is about personal development and to be able to help your Team Members.

The next step in this whole process, but just as important, is to grow your business by growing your team of PSA’s, CSA’s, ECA’s and PRM’s. To achieve this you have to promote your business and store aggressively.

In the meantime you must teach your team to do the same.

This whole process can be summed up in 3 words, namely: Learn, Build, Duplicate. The only way you can do this is by way of example and mentoring. Show them AND teach them. To show them is to do everything you want them to do, FIRST. Be that example. To teach them is to be an awesome sponsor. Tell them what you are doing, how you are doing it and what the results of every effort for you were.

Although being EA is key to success and earning in SFI, there are many free ways for you to earn the qualifying 1500 VP to become EA in the first 2 months while still learning the system.

In your first 10 days become Fast Track member by doing the 5 FastTrack Actions and buying only the New Member Pack (NMP) for $20. By doing that alone you earn 500 SVP (for NMP) and 660 AVP. From day 1 do all your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions for another 517 AVP and you have 177 more than your qualifying 1500 VP for EA.

While doing all of this use the opportunity to learn as much as possible from your Home Page (Alerts, News, Forum, Stream Posts, ASK SC questions and answers, etc.) as well as from the Launchpad Lessons ( review your Launchpad Lessons everyday for at least the first 2 months, but only answer the questions in your second month to get the AVP for that then). That leaves you with another 1717 AVP.

By doing the rest of your Getting Started and all your Intermediate Actions and answering the Launchpad Lessons’ questions in your second month, you gather enough to qualify again, completely for free this time. Therefore, to reach EA2, only cost you $20 of monetary investment an some investment in time.

During all this time, if you have the knowledge, you should promote your business as much as possible to start building your team in the meantime. If, like me, you have little knowledge of advertising and marketing, you could enroll in some Internet Marketing and Social Media Marketing Courses to broaden your knowledge and at the same time purchase some shares of SBuilder or PSA’s at TripleClicks to help build your team.

So, according to me, it’s not necessary to invest in an EA qualifying purchase so soon, but if you can afford to and want to move faster and become EA2 sooner, you can become Gold FastTracker in your first 10 days by having a Standing Order of 1500 VP or more and become EA2 immediately. Then you can go on and become BTL in your first and second month easily by doing some of the Actions in your To-do-list and VP Ledger. It all depends on your personal circumstances.

Firstly, notify your team members in time that you are going on vacation and ask them to send you any requests before you leave, if they have any. Give them ample time to get their thoughts together. Also inform them to leave you any messages on-line for in case you may be able to find an active internet connection somewhere and be able to log on. If SFI is the reason for you to be able to take vacations, let your team know about it. It’ll motivate them more to do more to also be able to do that.

Secondly, notify your up-line and ask if they will be prepared to stand in for you during the time you’ll be out of circulation and assist your team. If they agree to give personal help to your team, let your team know who they can contact during your absence.

Thirdly, let your friends at a2a know of your vacation as well. It’ll help to promote SFI with existing members outside your team as well.

Fourthly, set up a StandingOrder for at least 1500VP to automatically qualify for EA or TeamLeader and do all your Daily, Weekly and Monthly actions that you can finish before leaving on vacation, to gather as many as possible VP towards EA or TeamLeader status.

Finally, activate your VP Streak Vacation mode to make sure you maintain your VP Streak.

Duplication is the process where you teach your downline to do what you do to reach success. To make sure that duplication takes place you must do the things that other people would want to duplicate, you must be successful and it must show. You must have the badges to show for it. Be an axample.

But that is not enough. You still must transfer everything you know to your downline. That is done with communication. And constant communication is necessary to keep your team active and motivated. In SFI there are many ways of communicating with your team members. You can communicate with them as a team or individually.

To communicate with the team as a whole you can use the Team Mailer or a Newsletter or your Leadership Page. This is used to transfer general information about SFI or TripleClicks or for teambuilding or to teach them to do what you do, etc. To teach them can also be done through webinars and auto responders.

To communicate with a specific group you can use PSA- or CSA- mailer. You use this to transfer any information regarding that specific group.

To communicate with any member personally you can send a personal email or e-card or you can speak to them via Skype, Telephone, sms, Facebook, etc. Use this methods to motivate or congratulate someone or to just get to know them better. You must build a relationship with each individual to make sure that duplication takes place.

Fact remains, communication must take place and it must be constant to ensure good results. First you must build a relationship with someone and then you must teach them to do what you do.

Both Individual mails and Group mails have it's own special place. By sending out both, your PSA’s will realize that you try to get to know and help them on a more personal level as well as guiding the team as a whole.

A. INDIVIDUAL MAIL:

-Individual welcome letters to each new PSA have the purpose of letting them feel real special and welcome in a new and unfamiliar place (All of us have been there). Your downline is like a family and you should make them feel like that by calling them on their name and showing real interest. In this first mail you can advise them on what to do to get started and what they must do in their first 24 hours as a SFI affiliate. Don’t refer too much to the technical stuff. It would just overwhelm them. Just get them started with the basics and inform them that you are always only a message or call away if they ever need help.

-During the next few days check their VP Ledger and follow up with messages to assist them to understand the basics of SFI. Keep it personal and relevant by referring to their VP’s earned so far and what they can do further to earn more by mentioning the actions outstanding in their personal VP Ledger. By doing this your PSA's will see that you are taking the time to get to know them on an individual basis.

-In the weeks and months to come keep communicating with your PSA’s on a personal level, especially to congratulate them on achieving certain levels and winning prizes. That shows them that you are really interested in their well being and are following their progress and that will ultimately boost their confidence.

I know when you enroll a lot of affiliates per day it will be impossible, but what is important here is quality rather than quantity. You can rather enroll a few affiliates and sponsor them properly than enroll 100 and get 1 active because you don't guide them properly.

B. TEAM MAIL:

-Team mail or Group mail must also be used. It’s very useful when you want to share general information regarding SFI, TripleClicks, Wave3, a2a, etc.
-For any information that’s of a less personal nature you can use the Genealogy Mailer or Group Mailer. By doing that weekly will also earn you a weekly 30VP.
-To send quick messages to your whole team about any topic that is not considered as promoting a product or service, but for the purpose of motivating, etc. send out a Stream Post. You can earn another 3VP per week by sending at least 3 Stream Posts per week.
