How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

"How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?"
They have to realize that they need to learn the business first. They can earn in their first month providing they are fast learners, or experienced and motivated to work hard.
By this I mean you have to start with the Launchpad lessons and apply them immediately and follow everything that SFI recommends us to do. Then they will be committed to stay with SFI as it does work, believe me I know.

What are the benefits of organizing a contest for your downline?

I think the benefits of organizing a contest for your Down-line would be as follows
1) Gives them the chance to win prizes, points, memberships, etc
2) Great way to reward your down-line team
3) Shows them you care about their success
4) Allows you to be in contact with your members in a giving way
5) As well as gives them an idea for having one for their own business, in other words it is displaying duplication, its working for your Leader so why not do it yourself
This is my opinion anyway, I love hearing yours as well, it gives me more brain thoughts on my business.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

No I feel that everyone has a different learning curve and that if they want to become a Team Leader faster, then in my opinion they see what we see in SFI or else they would not be reading as much.
They are the ones we should focus on, as the ambition is clearly showing and let them know we are there to answer any questions if they should need it as well as make sure to recognize their efforts.
This will let them know you see their efforts and are there for them.

It most certainly is, when they fill out their Affiliate Profile we can get an idea of their background to effectively analyze what kind of assistance that they will need to be successful with SFI.
Their skillset and level of experience will show us what we need to teach them and understand them better.
I have a customized letter created that I feel outlines all of the necessary steps for all new affiliates to get started. The will reach out to us if need be and we can certainly see their progress each day to follow them.

You obviously are doing something wrong, I have made money since my first month. I would recommend that you do your Launchpad Lessons over and apply as you go, they are teaching you the steps you need to put in place.
I also used the same lessons to earn money elsewhere other than my SFI business, I am very impressed and those lessons teach you all that you need to know to earn online.

How can we determine beforehand what are good spots to advertise?

Good spots to advertise are all over the internet, only by trial and error as well as monitoring our ads can we know this.
I would recommend following your Upline's efforts and by reading all of SFI great marketing resources, they will assist you properly. They have done great so far we are earning money.

I would have to say that you can show them you are making money with SFI and offer them a Gift Certificate to check it out, with no commitments. Tell them you will be glad to help them make money online here as well and teach them.

I have created a blog for all the games and google takes care of the advertising for me, all I have to do is update it and make sure it is presented well to get someone to stay on my page otherwise it is a waste of time.
I also use my free advertising links as well to promote them, it is working for me, this is all I use.
Just my thought on it
