How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

Sorry to say that unless you have personal contact with your Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA) so that you can physically twist their arms to assure that they get out there and recruit someone else, there is no way to "assure" that duplication occurs.

The best that you can do via email is use sweet reason to persuade them to do someting. If you offer the proper education and encouragement to them, you

The beginner to SFI should go through the Launchpad Lessons, then decide how fast they want to grow their business, and how much money they have to put towards it.

Using Free methods of advertising, is a lot of work, will yield results and may give you an active PSA.

Purchasing PSA via S-Builder or from one of the vendors, is not much work and will get you a lot more PSAs and improve your chances of getting an active PSA.

In my opinion, it is a numbers game. SFI

Your first priority should be to attract or acquire new Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA). How you do that will depend on your personal finances.

Every affiliate should use free advertising: safelists and clicksurf sites. There are many of them out there.

If you have the money, I consider S-Builder shares to be a good investment. In my experience, they deliver a few PSA a month, over time. There are vendors who sell PSA and deliver them fast. 1 active PSA from every

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

If you want to set up your SFI business to run on "auto-Pilot" you will need to hire someone to do the work for you.

Very few affiliates are savvy enough to take the bull by the horns and do what is needed to reach EA2 status month after month without some help, guidance and encouragement that must come from a living human being, be it you or the person you hire.

You need people below you that are duplicating so that you can get the VP that are the bread and butter

As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

The simple answer is: DUPLICATION.

The complex answer involves how you became a BTL+ as there are several ways to get to that level of Team Leadership.

Way #1 is to gain the sales VP and the action VP via tripleclicks and buying stuff with no EA2s in your Genealogy. Becoming BTL+ in this manner is a hollow victory, though it does get you a share of second home CSAs and EA2 CSAs can generate decent amounts of commissions and VP, but you get no second or greater VP matching

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

Your question is a lot like: "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?"

To get an EA you first have to sponsor a PSA. Only a few of those PSA's will put forth the effort that it takes to become an EA, let alone an EA2.

When you get a PSA from any source, you should welcome them and try to motivate them to put forth the effort to become an EA so that you can work with them.

To get those EA's you have to filter through a lot of PSA's, so your focus needs

To overcome this problem you can become an actress.

Actors speak the words that another puts into their mouths. They memorize the words then say them over and over again until they come out naturally.

If you come up with some "scripts" and then practice them in front of a mirror, you will get the "script" right. Then when put in a situation, you will be able to recite back the "script" that you have prepared and practiced.

There are a lot of programs out there that promise riches, for only a couple of hundred dollars of investment. I have tried many of them, and have yet to make back my investment.

SFI costs nothing to get started. If you are serious about building a business, you can do so for well under $100 a month, or even less if all you want is Executive Affiliate status each month.

Point both of these facts out to those people, and let them know that you will be there for them when they

You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink.

SFI is a good program. It is just a tad complex. The majority of the people out there are looking for something for nothing. They do not understand that it takes a small investment each month to make a greater return in the long term. This is a business where you are going to have to make an investment each month, either in money or time, or both, to find business minded individuals that understand that there is no such thing

You are one person. You can only help one person at a time. If you teach 5 people to do what you do, then you can help 6 people at a time. If they each teach 5 people to do what you do, then... I think you can see my point. Leadership is a thing that you must teach to your recruits, as most of society seems to be about following. Seek for the 5 that you can teach to lead, and then use them to help you build your business.
