Through blogs, you can promote SFI and TripleClicks. You can use a blog to advertise our online business.
You can put up an SFI banner there and your followers or readers would know that you are an affiliate. You can also post some text ad which you can find in the marketing aids. Most of the marketing aids available can be placed in your blog site. And who knows, you might just have a new PSA signing up under your link
For TripleClicks, you can promote various products and activities in your blogs. Pricebender Auction is actually very enticing and we all know that it is exciting. Through your blogs, more people will be aware of the activities and products available in TripleClicks. Any purchases under your link will definitely be an additional commission to you.

How can I create business cards that will be effective in promoting SFI and TripleClicks?

We have available x-cards for SFI, W3 and Tripleclicks that are available in our TC store which are authentic SFI and TC business cards. If you want it bigger, there are post cards available as well.
In that card, you can write your ID number connecting to the link. What is good about the ready-made business cards that are in the TripleClicks, we are sure that the information written there are accurate coming from the SFI team.
If you want to make it a bit more personalize, maybe you can enclose the card in a letter from you where you share your experiences with SFI affiliate with a picture of you.

You can only give what you have....
You can make your team understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks if you yourself believe and have experienced the potential of SFI and Tripleclicks.
I think the best way to make others understand is to share based on your personal experiences your own successes in SFI and TripleClicks - the LEARNING and the EARNINGS. We become living testimonies being an active affiliate for we can only succeed here in SFI and TripleClicks if we have fully understood and applied the hows, the whys and the whats that we have learned.

How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?

Recognizing the milestones of our team mates can be very motivating.
Appreciating them with their daily log in can inspire them to continuously log in everyday.
For inactive ones, asking them how you can support them can be a start of a conversation and motivation that you care. Not necessarily telling them what to do but rather implying that you are here to support them. Their reply to you will gauge your next response if it is a tip or not.
Sometimes, giving informal sharing on team mails about your progresses, successes and lessons learned and experiences in SFI can inspire them as well to duplicate you.
Telling them what to do and forcing them to do some things to be active affiliates sometimes do not help. It is indeed a turn off to some.
Leadership is a relationship between the team leader and the team mates. Relationship also involves not only the greatness of mind but the bigness of heart as well.

How do you benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs?

There are so many benefits one can get from your PSAs.
One being an opportunity to prove to ourselves that we can be a good team leader.
Going back to your question,
financially, we can benefit much from our PSAs.
- Through their VersaPoints, we gain a matching VP for it which equals to additional income for us. And if we have a higher team leader status, we gain up to 6 or more levels of matching VPs.
- All their purchases, we get a direct commission. I quote from the compensation plan index "Each time an SFI affiliate that you have personally sponsored–OR a TC member that you have personally referred–places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 45% of the CV."
Just imagine if all your PSA's have standing orders! Wow! That is a great deal of financial benefit. And if they are all active with their own team of downline PSAs, then you have more VP matching and greater share of the Executive Pool!
We could be swimming in a pool of financial security with the team effort of you as team leader and your active PSAs!
Keep on....not just dreaming bigger but more so, AIMING HIGHER...

What's the best way to get more VersaPoints?

I am an affiliate with low personal budget being a homemaker.
Well what I do is I do all what is in the TO DO LIST and setup a standing order of 125 T-credits monthly to earn instant 1500 sales VP.
Then I always participate in T-time to have a chance for extra T-credits.
I use these T-credits in playing Knockout Trivia. I find this as better way of earning MRPs which I use to buy single Tcredits to complete my sales VP and in playing I also get to earn a maximum of 2 action VP per game.
I also participate in Ask SC for a chance to be selected as one of the top authors. I enjoy sharing of ideas with a possibility of earning extra Action VPs.
Continuous support of your PSAs and making them reach at least EA2 status earns action VP as well.
Sales VPs are easy to complete but the Action VPs are not that easy to complete especially if there is limited budget for starting affiliates like me. It takes time, patience and perseverance with big DETERMINATION to complete the action VPs.

If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

If I am new in SFI, I will be reading and reading and reading a lot of materials on marketing and SFI. And if reading is not enough, I will ask my team leaders, the SFI community through Forum and Ask SC of what my personal and specific questions on things I do not understand yet completely.
We can not teach what we do not have.
But we should also be humble to accept that we do not know everything that is why we can also ask them.
For SFI - SFI basics and Launchpad materials are very helpful
For marketing - the marketing index have so many ways on how to promote and advertise SFI for beginners.
If we have enough answers to provide to our new PSAs, then we are ready to answer their questions.
But it should start from us - the initiative to learn the SFI business so the success will be initialize within us, and we can share what we have and know with confidence to other newbies.

I usually offer help and support first on how to get started.
Then eventually, if the new PSA will ask, I will start sharing how I make SFI my daily habit and share as well the benefits of learning and earning at the same time.
Sharing how SFI changed me to a better me not only financially but also as a person who has more learning and more direction with the goals I set each month.
It is not only on the business level, but somehow investing a part of myself is what I do so that the PSA may feel welcomed, at home, a team mate and a friend.

Affiliate E-cards are very easy to use. In a click, you can relay the message that you want to express with an add on personal message as well. They are very catchy, cool and innovative. E-cards rock!
You can use E-cards in various ways:
1. Welcome - new PSA and CSA assigned will feel the warmth and sense of belonging.
2. Congratulation E-cards will give affirmations and boost the interest and motivation of the affiliate.
3. Support - this allows the affiliate to feel that there is someone whom they could rely on for assistance and guidance
4. For inactive affiliates, sending E-cards can bring back enthusiasm and interest on SFI and Tripleclicks
5. Tips can be shared to the affiliate with E-cards. It can be a personalized one or with link attachments. Sometimes links become questionable to receivers, but if there is an E-card that presents that the links provided are tips for the reader, it becomes user friendly and interesting. Then the reader becomes aware of what is on that link.
I hope this helps as the e-cards have been very useful to me and have been using it since it has started.
A cool way to welcome, to affirm, to appreciate, to congratulate and to bring back the interests of not so active affiliates.
