We all are on our way for looking to gain attention of Second Home CSAs and get them active again!
I am not able to tell you what is the best way!
I will tell you what I am doing !
I send them weekly team mail .
I send them SFI news.
I send them e-cards ( short ,more friendly message).
I send them from time to time Rules of Success.
Always, there will be someone to answer some time I hope.
Just think positive and believe in yourself .
Be patient but do not forget that people are different.
Time should be given to people who are active.
You should remind inactive CSA-s about that they miss something great.

Don’t use too many hand gestures; just do a few, gently, like this. When you get into a whirlwind of passion on stage, remember to keep the emotion moderate and smooth. I hate it when I hear a blustery actor in a wig tear a passion to shreds, bursting everyone’s eardrums so as to impress the audience on the lower levels of the playhouse, who for the most part can only appreciate loud noises and pantomime shows. Like in our lives!
When I started I knew nothing about SFI!
I was as lost in space!
In the first place I should have read all there are!
The most important thing I did not do at the beginning, I did not read enough!
Should be read from the beginning rather than the middle!!!
Two days later I started to read carefully.
I overlooked the fast track and lost the green line!
Invest a little money is not a problem but did not know how- again reading!
From the first day was supposed to be on the SFI forum.
All the answers I could find on the SFI forum!
I would use FB more carefully but it is not so important as a reading for me!
I got a good lesson!
About my sponsor I do not want to write !
Another lesson!
I am for my PSA and CSA always here and ready for all cooperation and communication.
Every day a read! I always found some new information!

In SFI everything is a challenge for going on!
Something new, different then other things around me!
People are positive !
Success is not just a lot of money !
Success is every VP, TC, MRP, PSA, help somebody, write a letters, mails...etc.
Everything you do is success!
Every mail you receive is success!
It is great!
How do I overcame ?
I read every day, talk with people, write my friends !
I do not care if somebody is not fond of that what I am doing !

I have two answers professional and personal!
About SFI advantages compared to other on-line business already has been written.
I just want to add that is an organized system that works and where everything is clear.
I found myself in SFI.
For me personally, SFI is a continuation of work that I was doing 25 years ago!
I was very fond of my job and every day was a different and challenging.
My company is closed and now I work in bankruptcy but it is not creative job.
SFI is a gift for me.
I am pleased and this is most important!

What is it enough?
It is no good a bit of information because no one will attract.
It is no good a lot of information because no one want to read.
Information should be brief, clear, attractive, accurate and attractive.
That is enough.
With a couple of words you need to tell the story.

It should be moderate and simple.

What I can suggest is kindness, truthfulness, commitment, respect and dissemination of knowledge.
You're just going to conclude who wants to work and who does not.
You can not know in advance what a new member is expected of the SFI.
