What can/should I do differently in 2016 to see that my affiliates become active in SFI?

As for your question, I think first you should increase the communication with your affiliates, both PSA and CSA. You should be eager to ask whether your affiliates have questions and try your best to answer their questions. Second, I advice you to re-read the SFI lessons, launchpads in order to get more insight into SFI. Third, be more consistent and dedicated !

Good question.Here in SFI, a strong team guarantees success. But what are the definitions? Here some of my tips to this respect.
#1, demonstrates reliability. A team leader can count on a reliable team members who gets work done and does his fair share to work hard and meet commitments. Consistency is key. You can count on him or her to deliver good performance all the time, not just some of the time.
#2, communicates constructively. Team members need to share their thoughts and ideas clearly, directly, honestly in a positive, confident, and respectful manner.
#3, functions as an active participation. A good team members are those who fully engaged in the work of the team and do not sit passively on the sidelines.
Hope this three tips can contribute the success of your team.

How important is it that your family embrace your SFI business...and what if they don't?

I think it depends on you. If you think you could achieve and acquire what you desire to obtain from SFI, then be persistence, and stick to it.
Nevertheless, the role of family is also important, they could give you encouragement and will make you feel even more confident.
But, all in all, you yourself is the "helmsman" of the steer of your career.
How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential...and not just a hobby?

This is a good question. Yes, when new affiliates signed up to SFI, most of them would not treat SFI seriously. Thus, it seems to be an obligation for their sponsors to change their viewpoints little by little. If I recommended a new affiliates, I would mail them immediately to encourage them to start studying SFI from now on. I would tell them the first thing they need to do is completing Daily to-do tasks right now and adhere to it every day. Then I would direct them, besides doing daily tasks, to read and study "Start", "SFI Basics" and "Launchpad" right away.
By reading and studying, the new affiliates would initially concrete a kind of image of SFI that imparts the seriousness of SFI business. Then, I will tell them that they can sell their unneeded things in SFI to global potential prospects and begin their own businesses at once, that they can bid on auctions available at SFI, that they can play EagerZebra game and refer their friends via W3 in order to group their own teams.
As time goes on, they will gradually realize that SFI is a serious business and will treat it seriously.

First, I think the resolution of becoming a successful online entrepreneur is without doubt necessary.
Second, if setting the goal then the one, who resolves to be successful, should have a plan and done it on a daily basis in order to realize them. Be consistent, insistent and perseverance.

What would be a good invitation letter to send to my PSAs about the new Fast-Track Extensions program?

An invitation letter serves the purpose of inviting referrals to participate SFI while conveying more information than webpages or banners. It serves two purposes; one, to invite the individual to join SFI and two, to ensure that the person receiving the letter is going to join SFI.
So when writing an invitation letter, there are two tenses used within the invitation letter, the present and the future. The present tense conveys information about the SFI and the future tense ensures the guest is going to join SFI. Generally speaking, a professional invitation letter should be written in a formal tone. The introduction allows the senders to introduce themselves, as well as SFI in which they have chose to represent, like uplines or sponsors, etc. A simple background of individual or SFI will suffice.
Next, in the body of the letter it is important to outline all of the information about the things need to be done in SFI. Be sure to mention any specifications that need to be noticed. Next, the appreciation for any CSA or PSA to join SFI. This can be completed with a formal note, stating that you look forward to seeing the individuals' success. Remember, this needs to keep in tone with the rest of the letter.
The conclusion should contain a line that ties the complete letter together, drawing the end of the invitation, with a saluation!

I think, the sponsor should inform the affiliates that SFI is a serious business and should advice the affiliates to read the launchpad, basics step by step, bit by bit. By doing so the affiliates would understand that the SFI is a serious business, for which they should be patient and persistent.
Then the affiliates will gradually get themselves recognized with TripleClicks and other functions in SFI. As time goes on, the affiliates will discover their interested products, books, musics at TripleClicks and they will become potential customers of it.

In 2016, I will keep doing what I have been doing in 2015, like Daily to-do actions. Nevertheless, I will do something smartly, I might have concentrated on some marketing skills and developed them efficiently. I would also be smart at my budgets and allocate them rationally, like I will invest in S-Builder to go, and some other functions, say, PSAs to go,etc.
