How you can be an SFI team leader if you're not a born leader...
If one person has determination in anything he want to achieve in his life there is a higher possibility that he will succeed in his endeavor.
Much more SFI provides almost all the power tools that we can read and put it into action,and by doing it you can be a successful team leader.
Have time to communicate with your downline, members for better understanding of any plan you wish in order to succeed.

What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?

To qualify easily for the rank of Team Leader, you should have a Standing Order (SO) with 1500VP. In that way you will only need a portion of the VP to become a Team Leader.
Join in Auctions of PSA or CSA. and if you are lucky enough to win, you will have a good downline and you can teach them to duplicate what you are doing, giving you some vp and commissions.
But also devote your time and effort to maintain your SFI business, by reading all the Power Tools, have time to understand it so that you will be ready if one of your downline needs your support if time comes.
Have your Patience and Perseverance always. Don't QUIT is the key.

Best product for a 1500 vp Standing Order to maintain EA status..
There is our S builder Co op, 125 T Credit, and almost all the product that are sold in our Tripleclick Store. If you have extra money you can purchase everything you need here, and the best result is there is an equivalent versapoint for every product you buy, adding all the vp attached to it will exceed perhaps more on our 1500vp.
Since I placed my SO, I choose 125 TCredit... I can used it to join Auctions and in all the games that need T Credit as payment. I am so delighted with this, because besides maintaining my EA status I can play all the games I wish to join to, most especially the Auctions where I am interested to the product on bid. lucky if I wins, and still thank you if not, much more now that there is A Bid and Build, were for every 50 bids you are awarded 1 PSA.

With your proper guidance and having good communication with all your downline teaching all the possible ways how each one can do what you are doing can definetely assure proper duplication to all you sponsor.
Give enough time for all your members to disscuss everything with regards to your business and for dure you will not encounter problems in assuring duplication to all you sponsor.

Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

Dear affiliate,
Both have advantages on our SFI business.
Both have disadvantages too. What ever we do wether it is our CSA or PSA , we cannot control each of them. As to my experience both CSA and PSA remain in active whatever encouragement we give to them , email, team mail and any support if they are not interested.
But, if you have both active CSA and PSA, PSA will bring you more income because in every purchases he or she makes you will get 45 percent of the product price while in CSA, only 15 percent will be yours.
If you have both numbers and seems both ability PSAs are better to pursue, in my personal opinion.

As your PSA you can direct him/her to your SFI homepage and show all the badges you have, your Tripleclicks Member SO, must be existing. Nice , isn't it?
Then explain one by one what benefit he/she will get by having such a Standing Order, like: he will be an Executive Affiliates monthly if he maintains an SO with 1500vp, he will not order the same product every month, on this way he saves his time in placing an order of the same product.
Being an EA monthly he is guaranteed for the Executive Pool allotted by SFI. If he runs out of time to do his daily, weekly, and monthly action he is sure that he will not missed his EA rank.
More power to all your PSA and may Standing Order be part of their SFI business.

Now a days people are somewhat aware on how they will earn in the internet as their online jobs because as you've said there is a lot of FRAUD. But we can convince our skeptical prospects that SFI is legit and real in some ways:
With your own effort, you can lead him/her to your SFI homepage to acknowledged all the badges that you've earned since you became an SFI member. Then explain to your prospect what SFI is offering like FREE membership and all the tools needed to have them start their new business for free. Have time to guide them that they only needs a little of their time to read all the Basics and Launchpad lessons and from their readings they will know that SFI is a legit and real business.
You can also tell them to read Testimoials of SFI members, ahead of us who enjoys their SUCCESS in joining their SFI business and by doing so, they will know that SFI is one of the best site.

If you have offered your unconditional support to your PSAs but still rated you poorly, take a pause, just relax and be calm, and just think that WE CAN NOT PLEASE EVERY ONE.
And if you have the patience, and understanding don't STOP to send them your weekly mailer, with your encouragement to make them SUCCEED, and by doing so, they might change their mind for the second time to rate you almost perfect or EXCELLENT.
Let them realize that you are doing your unconditional support for their own GOOD and SUCCESS.

Challenging question...since I join SFI, I only win once.
For me winning is by chance, the best thing is, if joining be sure to have enough T Credits in your possession, and if you are interested on a certain product open for bidding you can join.
Through observation, if there are few bidders you have more chance to win, but still it is a game of chance. Up to this time when I place my bet, I wait to see the word.. Going once..going twice, but due to my laptap latency due to internet connection, I most landed the second bidder.
Try your best, no harm in trying. Winning will come your way, if you have patience in everything you like to achieve.
