If you have active PSAs and CSAs in your movers tab, how come you don’t know they are serious about building a successful SFI business? As a team leader, we must know their reaction to SFI on how they do and what they have done. If you lead them by examples, I am sure you know that your PSAs and CSAs are serious in building their SFI business which is they are active in all SFI both TripleClicks aspect as per below;

1. Find out their activities at VersaPoints Ledger - If they completed 80% to 100% the task as per VersaPoints Ledger every month, that's mean they are active.

2. They are active with Standing Order of 1500VPs
3. They have varieties of Badges
4. They are active with duplication – see how many downline they have in their record as per their activity at affiliate manager.

5. Proactive and motivated – They are active in stream post to inspire their downline, active post at SFI forum

6. They are active in answering ASK SC – They have a top author badge, always participate in ASK SC. That is mean that they really know more about SFI.

7. New Fast-Track Gold Badge – they have updated their new Fast-Track Gold Badge.

8. DistribuStar Leaderboard – They are active in spreading their business throughout TripleClicks gift card with maximum numbers of card and good rank in the Gift Card DistribuStar Leaderboard.

9. Daily VersaPoints Streak Leaderboard - They never miss event 1 day for their Daily To Do list. – Very good in daily VersaPoints Streak.
10. S-Builder – They put S-Builder as a standing order with maximum of 1 or 5 units.

11. Top Enroller – They are active in sponsoring and every month becomes Top Enroller.
12. Their name or detail always in your top 10 or top 50 movers every month with 1500 VP minimum.

13. Their power ranks are going upwards and not break downward.
14. Good in communication between upline and downline. -  They always ask many questions throughout SFIIM, Team Mail or asking many tips and ideas directly to your personal email.

Altogether the entire above are the sign of active PSAs and CSAs who are serious in building SFI business.

MY MOVERS tab is one of the most SFI tabs that I always visit every 3 hours or every day. This is because I always monitor my active downline which is in my Top 50 Movers. Through my movers tab you can describe your most active affiliates so far for the current month.
 
It's just a tool to help you find these folks quick and see who is active right now.  But if you don’t have your downline in your MOVERS tab, that means they are in your genealogy. Then you have to motivate, to inspire your downline or your people which are in your genealogy. Once they are active login to SFI Homepage they will appear in Movers tab.
 
The more people or downline in your Movers tab, the more strategy for your SFI business to grow. The best way to use MY MOVERS tab to maximize your SFI business is;
 
1).To communicates.
 – We are happy when we see there are a lot of our downline in MOVERS tab and they are online. This is the best time to use your best communication skill to communicate and to be friend with them. Good communication between two is the best thing here to improve your people or downline to stay follow your step next to maximize your SFI business.
 
2). To duplicate.
 – Your question is about duplication. If you are perfect leaders, why not you duplicate your steps and sell your ideas to your downline which is active at your MOVERS tab.
 
3). To monitor. – MOVERS tab is like a Security screen for me. That is like what I have said above. I always keep an eye on them to look for the solution to monitor them. To monitor your downline from all over the world is not easy. We have to know how to deal with those people in your Movers. Crack their record to perfections.
 
4). To view your downline`s activity. – That is why I like more about the system here in SFI. It is very easy to find our active downline which is in our MOVERS tab. Easy means, easy to view their activity, see their goal target and this is to ensure that is easy for us to do our planning for them. Why not? As a team Leader we have to do some planning for them, variety of activities to make them keep staying on your movers list.
 
5). To contacts your downline.
 - Because active affiliates in your Movers are extremely valuable, you should make sure you check your list of Movers and provide support to each of these persons. You can view your Movers by clicking the My Movers tab on your Affiliate Center.
 
There are many other things you can do with your downline in MY MOVERS tab.  I like to...Move it my Movers. I like to DO something when they are not in my movers lists. If they have in my movers list, I like to DO something too. Does something with your business.
 
Movers are the people who bring you to move in forward and you have to be a MOVER to your upline. In this case, together we grow to maximize our success in SFI.

Why should I remain focused on my SFI business? I have been around the industry a number of years, I could see in SFI what I did not see in most other opportunities...SFI now owns a business that reaches every corner of the globe and  SFI has the answer as per below;

SFI has complete information that all affiliate needs. When you log in to SFI Homepage, it is very easy for their affiliates do their job with easy direction to follow up. I can say that SFI is very far different and much better than other Affiliate Program. Below is my view toward SFI;

If you are becoming a team leader, this is the things that you have to make sure that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages. Your question is all about duplication. Be single focused.  Does one thing at a time. If you want to write, write. If you want to read, read. If you want to study, study.  If you need to research, research. Give your full attention to the task at hand
The best action to focus on is to enjoy the journey of SFI. As long as you stay with SFI for years to add up with commitment, continuity and motivation and then you can find your question as per above. There are a lot of things in SFI to focus, but we cannot focus on day one, otherwise you get overwhelmed.
 
I can visit the road to Success in SFI by analysis the concept of SFI BASIC and transfer buying which is separated into many categories that you would not know about and how to behave the best action to focus on and this was I found in the journey of SFI and not the destination. Try to take action on your target focus separately by day after day, week by week, month after month and year by year. Below are my directions of focus that I have done in the past through my journey with SFI both TripleClicks
 
1. Focus with what you are trying to do before login to your SFI Homepage.-Viewed today’s difficult situations from a broader and more realistic perspective by considering what they mean relative to the overall scheme of things. Ask yourself questions about, “How will I look back on these circumstances in a week, month, or year?”

2. Focus on sponsoring others around the Globe - needs and consider how your words and actions will impact others before you speak or act. Approach each interaction with respect, regardless of whether you believe that the other person’s behaviors “earn” or even elicit that respect.

3. Focus on duplication - is intentional in your communications between duplication processes. Plan to listen to the other person without interruption and practice effective listening skills. Develop an awareness of the respect that you display in all areas of your communications, including what you say, how you say it, your voice tone, and the body language that you demonstrate into your team leaders or your downline.

4. Stay to focus on how to motivate, inspire, be persistence to your team members - Become a bridge builder and act in a manner that creates an inclusive SFI work environment. Look for various ways to have diversity of work team leaders or your downline as well as in individual associations. Be aware of the downsides caused by labeling and stereotyping others. Replace these behaviors with respect to individual differences in your SFI team.

5. Stay focus on the Scoreboard – there is many things to focus on your scoreboard such as Daily Grand, Monthly VersaPoints Leaderboard, VersaPoints Streak, Rank Qualification, my earning, Power Rank, Top Sponsor and E365. If you wanted to be one of those categories, you have to focus and go for it with 100% action to archive your goal target. Understand that conflicts will occur to the workplace and take responsibility for your actions, regardless of the situation. Take time to understand your triggers or “hot buttons.” Practice self-restraint and focus on your overall objectives in responding to potential conflicts. A positive and solution-driven approach will facilitate your ability to reach resolution in SFI.

6. Focus on your downline in My Movers tab - Guarded against acting impulsively based on negative assumptions of another’s intent, as that can lead to damaged relationships in your movers. Take time to analyze relevant facts and to reconsider your assumptions. Focus on how to manage them to become an awesome sponsor and this is interrupting your step to duplication's. Without people in your movers meaning to say doing business without the time and money investment. Remember, YOU succeed only if THEY succeed.

7. Stay focused on TripleClicks – Everybody knows that TripleClicks is our store in SFI and there are many things to do folks here to earn, Play more Games, ECA and many live Auctions. For example, if you want to win at auction, make sure you read the tips of winning and stay focused in one auction. If you stay focused on one by one category at TripleClicks, you will know there are a lot of benefit and perks.

8. Stay focus on ASK SC and be supportive of your organization in your communications both inside and outside of your SFI business.- Paid attention to how respectful you are in your communications and other actions on an ongoing basis. Rate yourself (for instance, on a scale of 1-10) periodically after interactions to measure your success and to identify opportunities for improvement. Recognize that it does not equate to agreement if you listen, clarify what was said, and ask questions to gain an understanding of others’ opinions. In situations where disagreement results, learn to “agree to disagree” respectfully. ASK SC corner is good at inspired yourself both your downline with thousand of questions and answers during your journey in SFI. So why not you stay to focus a bit on it?

9. Focus to Centering on the positive. - Make a mental movie of your desired result. Imagine yourself in the scene. Create a feeling of success and add it to the movie. Dwell on the scene and feelings for a few minutes. Does this anytime you find yourself in a negative state.

10. Focus in Track your success. - Keep a daily active log. Use it to see what’s working and what’s not. At the end of every week, reward yourself for your progress.

Attempt to focus to one side and achieve your goal target one by one.

Well...this good idea for those who want to create their blog. First of all, this is simply the best answer toward your question. You can make many different post at your blog regarding what you do daily at SFI such as your experience since you joined SFI and describe the main title of your blog.

1. Describe you daily to do list - the most important SFI daily to do list will bring sfi affiliates to other part of sfi such as daily task, weekly action, stream, launchpad, SFI Basic, 3 step plan and etc. Write in your blog and explain every single task how to do and earn some points.

2. Describe the launchpad - write and explain in your blog that SFI have a great training tools at launchpad and every single meaning of launchpad day 1 to day 30.

3. Describe TripleClick megastore - this part is great part write in your blog post. You can share your experience how to share triple click product, how to participate in Auction, have a great deal with win it, zebra game, Zack port and many more. Install banner of triple click and so on.

You see and read here please...I can tell you to tell to your Prospect. There is a lot of good incentive offers for Prospect to encourage people to join your SFI team. Always keep in mind; you have been a salesman or promoter in this case to encourage people to join you. You see and read here please...I can tell you to tell to your Prospect. There is a lot of good incentive offers for Prospect to encourage people to join your SFI team. Always keep in mind; you have been a salesman or promoter in this case to encourage people to join you. For me, I always use below direction apply when I offer good incentive about SFI to my Prospect and what you have to do is just “Tell Your Prospect” like you “Tell A Friend”.. Make it simple and easy
