When you say contest, can I assume there is a prize of sorts at the end of it?
If so, how do you know if it is a prize that motivates your team to get involved in the first place? Have you asked them?

I would write a team-mail out asking your team what THEY would like as a prize. If they tell you its TCredits or gift cards etc then you know that there should be sufficient interest from them to be involved in the contest!

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

It depends. If the language barrier is a problem then yes, I would re-assign them.
There is nothing worse than wasted potential and if a team member can't get on because they don't properly understand you then it is up to you to give them the best possible chance of success! Remember, you will still get a benefit from this (matching VP etc)

What do I need to do to make myself the best SFI affiliate possible?

Look at every badge available on SFI. Every day put in some work to either get a new badge or increase your ranking on a badge. If you do this you will have a good idea of the different ways you can help yourself and your team.

The biggest thing you can do is support your team and be there to help when they need you. That makes a BIG difference to people, believe me!

The exact same way someone in Europe, the States or the Far East would become successful.

SFI does not discriminate, there is equal opportunity for ALL.

Any online business doesn't have geographical barriers, thats the great thing about it!

If you think your location will affect your chance of success, then it will.
If you don't, it won't!

When I am fully self-employed with SFI, and someone asks what I do for a living, what do I tell them?

The answer is in your question!

Tell them you are a marketing affiliate with one of the biggest online marketing programs out there!

By the time you are fully self employed, I think it will be much more obvious what you say so worry about it when you get there.

Like I say, I think you already know what you will tell them!

What is the best way to convince someone who is over 50 that they should get started with SFI?

Id honestly never thought age had much to do it...

Having worked in investments for many years, I can tell you one thing. Once someone retires, obviously their income drops off. This can be a very difficult time for a lot of people if they don't have sufficient pension income (or any particular pension at all!)

SFI can help them boost and supplement any income they DO have, and it will cost them nothing to get started.

What's the best way to introduce S-builder Co-op to your affiliates?

Perhaps through an advertising co-op. Once they see how cost effective it is against other methods of building their team, I'm pretty sure they'd be happy to make it part of their standing order, if they can afford it.

Alternatively, give them a 'case study' of your own experience with Sbuilder. If it was positive then I'm sure you can convince them of its benefits.

You won't ever be able to accurately predict who will be good. What that means is that someone might start strongly then drop off a bit OR if they were like me, they take a week or so before they really see the potential.
They KEY is to be their supporting them.
The main things I look out for however are:

Them featuring on My Movers i.e. daily activity
reaching EA status THEN maintaining it the next month.
Being RESPONSIVE to the emails you send them

Since SFI has been around for many years, is the playing field fair for someone who have just started in SFI like me?

YES! Absolutely!

Despite the amount of time SFI has been around and despite how many affiliates there are, it doesn't mean that all of those affiliates work hard at it or are even active at all.

I worked very hard in my first few months and was ranked above some people who had been with SFI for many years.

Ive seen a handful of people who started within the last year who are now in the top ranks for their class, country and power rank.

My initial answer is paid, however there is more to it than that.

Its more about speed. IF you have budget to pay for adverts it generally works much more quickly, with less effort on your part.

Free methods CAN be just as effective, however they are generally slower to show results and will require more effort on your part.
