You will have to make your affiliate to log daily and do their "DAILY SFI HOME WORK".
Teach them the importance of reading well about sfi basics ,launchpad and getting started. Rules of success is another portion affiliate should read.When they are well versed with this with the understanding they got from this will move them to next phase that is duplication and from there move on.

What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?

Affiliate sign up because they get the link. They also sign up as fun and they also sign up because being told to do so.These are the affiliates they remain dormant. They are dormant because they are not told about the earning potential In SFI.
1.Clearly make them understand that the time they spend here will be monetarily rewarded.
2 make them understand that SFI is prompt in settling
3 make them understand that SFI is the place to learn a lot
4 Always keep in touch with them and encourage them

Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

When you call prospective affiliates over you want phone, just inform them in a short way what to tell them.Here in SFI have two or three points in a crisp way so that the prospective have created an interest in what you want to say. After a day or two call them again for a personal discussion. and discuss all about SFI until affiliate is completely convinced.
What is the best way to greet new affiliates, that will get them excited and active with SFI?

New affiliates must be welcomed with mailers either personal or through SFI. you van also include the benefits that the new affiliate will get by completing the fast track.
inform them the importance of getting started, basics and the launch pad. Ask the to finish the simple task of their profile completion.
If you do all these the new affiliates will feel that there is somebody to care for them in their progress.when once they get full confidence in their up line they become more excited.

You Qualify because you have learned from some body that is from your sponsor
You learned because you communicated with your sponsor.
You communicated with your sponsor because you wanted a person to guide you in to SFI.
Now it is simple.
you qualify and make your team member to qualify.
This can be done only when your are in regular contact with your down line.
If you are in regular contact with your down line it means you are guiding them in the correct direction.
Work with your team, guide them by doing this your leadership qualities will come out and shape you.

How many hours a week do I need to devote to SFI to become successful?

This is a good question.
It is not the time matter here But it is the quality,smartness of work and commitment on work matters.
You can work for a long hours which may yield no result, but you may with commitment and smartness the work can be done in shorter period and bring the desired results.
Rather than spending a longer hours work smart with dedicated commitment.
This kind of work will bring better results
aim for a result oriented work than time bound work.
How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

A s a sponsor I will guide and support my affiliate by all means. I cannot lay an conditions for supporting them. In spite of my best efforts in supporting them affiliates may rate us poorly. This is because
1. The guidance I am giving them is not effective
2 My affiliates may not have understood what I say.
3 My standard of guiding them may be higher to them
4 I may not be crisp to the point
5.Above all some affiliates do not follow us. they do not read our mails.
6.They may take rating the sponsor in a casual way and being not serious on it

What is the most important goal you've set for your SFI business and why?

The first goal I have set for myself is to become at least a gold team leader and this is because I need to earn some money out of SFI
I got this SFI opportunity from an unexpected arena,and having learned a lot in the past 2.1/2 years from SFI I want to pass on this my knowledge to more and more people by recruiting them as affiliates. This is my second important goal.
