Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

If they are part of your genealogy, then they are members of your team and you should support them in every way you can! You are their Upline Support Team Leader and the reason you are provided with such information as their Title, Monthly and Total VersaPoints, last Login date etc, is so you can provide appropriate support to them using the Genealogy Group Mailer and Team Mail.
You may not make Direct Commissions from their purchases like you do from your PSAs, but you can make matching VP off them if they become EA2 down to the 12th generation! So you benefit from their success and should help them by regularly sending out Genealogy group mails and Team mails. You should also use the Stream posts to motivate and celebrate them. They have your contact details as a member of their Upline Support Team. Never fail to respond to their mails to you. Their sponsors may not be there or lack the knowledge to guide them, and so you may be all they have.

Will moving up my personal rank in SFI help to gain more trust from my downline members and help fuel further growth?

Yes it can, but not necessarily. As a Team Leader, it's important you have a team leader rank, not just for the title sake, but also so you can make matching VP off your EA2 and enjoy other team leader benefits. But beyond these, the difference between a BTL and a PTL is mainly the levels to which you make matching VP in you downline. So it doesn't make sense for you to keep pushing your rank up when you don't really enjoy any benefits form it. I'm of the opinion that your rank should increase as your team grows and you shouldn't go out of your way to unnecessarily increase it for the sake of it.
I do believe you should be ahead of the pack because you are the leader. I'm a STL because I have BTLs in my team, but beyond this, there really isn't any benefit I enjoy from it. My team isn't large enough for me to enjoy matching VP up till 8 levels. So if for any reason I can't meet up maintaining my STL rank, I won't lose sleep over it!

I've only been on SFI a few months, but I must let you know that the experience has been awesome! Well, success is a continuous process ans we'll all agree we aren't were we desire to be. But for me, I'm achieving success with SFI because I'm making some income and it's been growing month after month! Nothing gets you as excited as that! You see the prospects ahead of you and you're motivated to keep pressing on!
So what was the turning point? It was the moment I discovered SFI works! SFI delivers on what it promises and it's the reason why thousands on people have stuck with it over the years. Many online business are all hype but no substance! For SFI, it's different. It have a proven system and I can say that from my experience and not because the records say so. Of course my 1st commission was ridiculous! But I quickly found out why, and after making the necessary adjustment in my approach, it became a different story! And here is the best part: It keeps getting better and better! When I picture where I'd be in the next 2 years at this pace, why wouldn't I give my best to this business?

As a Team Leader, you most important daily activity is doing just what you are - leading your team! Here in SFI, you lead by example - showing your team members exactly what they should be doing and how to do them. You must daily support and motivate them to excel in their business. You must do this bearing in mind that you succeed only if they succeed!

I think I'm doing great as a sponsor, though I can always do better! Why do I rate myself highly? Here is why and I certainly know my PSAs will agree:
1. I do what I tell my PSAs to do - I lead by example.
2. I'm always there for my PSAs, always in touch with them. I go out of my way to meet their needs and sole their problems.
3. I study always, striving to know all I should so I'll have an answer when they come to me with their questions.
4. I always motivate them and encourage them to persist irrespective of their current challenges.
I'm a survival! Where I am today is a testimony of how hard I've worked. I'm constantly thinking about how to get better and improve. My PSAs see these and It's been a constant source of inspiration for them to press on!

What do you say to a prospect who's big question is how much have you earned so far?

Well, I'll let them know that I haven't been in it long enough to make much. I must make them understand that SFI is not a one hit business or some quick money scheme but a real business and like every real business, grows with them.
I'll let them know that I didn't make some significant income in my first month and they shouldn't expect to either because nobody does in a genuine business that early. At this period, you are still learning the ropes of the business and are spending your time and resources to lay a good foundation for your business. So they must see SFI from the medium and long time view; that if they remain committed and continue to apply the SFI Rules of Success, their income will continuously increase and form a ceaseless, ever-growing stream of residual income.

How do you install an SFI or TripleClicks banner on your blog?

You may want to check if your blog supports advertising especially if it is a free blog.
Get banners for sponsoring affiliates at https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/OppBanners and those for generating TC sales at https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/RefBanners. If you are logged in, then the banners are already customized with your SFI ID. Make your choice based on your desired content and the space on your blog where you want to install the banner. Copy the HTML code below the banner picture (not the picture itself) and visit the administrator end of your blog to install it.
Where to install the banner at the admin panel of your blog differs for different blog providers. You could easily Google for specific help for your blog provider.
