1.) There is no pre-determined no. of affiliates that are required to be considered successful in SFI.
2.) As a rule of thumb, as per SFI, five (5) active downlines is sufficient enough to sustain your leadership status and earning status. But in general, the more affiliates you are able to recruit, the better is your chance of success in SFI.
3.) Don’t limit yourself in acquiring your prospective affiliates. Even if you have 5 active affiliates at the moment, please don’t stop recruiting,

Goals setting serves as yardstick in accomplishing our goals in life and in particular, our goals in SFI. Goals setting provides us numerous benefits which are as follows:
1.) Provides us focus and direction in achieving our objectives in joining SFI.
2.) Serves as motivation in aligning our efforts towards achieving results.
3.) It gets rid of procrastination, particularly when you set a time frame in achieving your goals.
4.) It helps us develop serious commitments in dealing

I understand that getting downline members to understand SFI seems to be a simple task but actually difficult to tackle. But here are what I think are possible solutions:
1.) First of all, tell your downline members that SFI is not a rich-quick scheme, hence, they don’t expect to earn much overnight.
2.) In order to be successful in SFI, they need to invest time, efforts, patience and perseverance to say the least.
3.) Tell them that communication is a key element in SFI. But before

Not necessarily in the order of their importance, the following are the kind of rewards that will move inactive affiliates to active status:
1.) Issuing gift certificates. This could be done by holding contest among your PSAs and CSAs. Whoever makes it first to attain EA status will get, say $10 to $20 gift certificate within, say, 2 weeks after the start of the contest.
2.) Issuing TCredits. These virtual cash could be used to join the Pricebender auction sales, could be used to sell

What is your experience or your opinion about running contests (and providing prizes) to motivate your PSAs?

Running contests serve as incentives to PSAs. They are the driving force that push them to do quick actions and they discourage procrastination.

However, the rules of the contest should be achievable, that is, they are within your PSAs means to achieve. Contests will determine who among your PSAs are candidates for duplication of your efforts. They are the ones to be provided more support and assistance to ensure your work duplication. The value of rewards should be just right, not too

Success can be achieved in so many ways with SFI but ranking them according to importance, I would consider the following factors:
1.) Treat your business like a business. Success in business is like success in your personal life. You treat it the way it should be treated, that is, spend time to make it grow and adopt innovative sales and marketing strategies to expand your business. Spend time to achieve results and spend money to earn money. Don’t ignore modern use of internet features

Besides money, I have gained many things from being an SFI affiliate which are as follows:
1.) Self-discipline: By commiting myself to do my daily “to-do list” tasks imposes self-discipline on me.
2.) Knowledge: Learning the various aspects of internet marketing boosts my initiative to learn more and discover what else I can do to increase my sales by following various SFI’s sales techniques and marketing methods.
3.) Develops attention to details: In order to implement those

What is the most important daily activity that SFI Team Leaders should engage in?

For me, visiting my Genealogy Report on a daily basis should be my utmost important daily activity prior to reviewing my own SFI homepage. The Genealogy Report will provide me, at a glance, who among my PSAs and CSAs are visiting their respective SFI homepage on a regular basis.

Based on their respective login dates, I could determine who are serious in their SFI business and those who are not. For those logging in regularly, I would still send them email and letting them know that

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

In my opinion, there are no definite count of times that you need to impose to give up emailing or contacting those PSAs/CSAs that are inactive.

You can send follow-up emails to inactive PSAs/CSAs, say twice a month. I think this is not too many nor too scarce. Don’t give them up on your own volition. SFI would normally provide enough time before they are given notice for non-active members. Try to exhaust all means of communications, that is, thru email, thru their phones if they

How do I encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order?

In the first place, to encourage your affiliates/downline to set up a standing order is to have one placed by yourself on a monthly basis. Inform them about the benefits as follows:
1.) Tell them it’s economical to order for products as a standing order due to reduced prices than when you order them on a regular sale basis.
2.) Having a standing order will ensure them in maintaining either EA status or team leader status (BTL, STL, GTL & PTL) since they would know ahead of time of
