To be the best affiliate you can, stay in contact with your sponsor and follow their recommendation. Loyalty pays in more ways than one. When your sponsor sees that you value their opinion by following their recommendations then doubtless you will get more help from that sponsor/mentor.

Nothing is more disheartening as sending out your messages to deaf ears. Affiliates should know - you reap what you sow. So take the time to build rapport with your sponsor if you want your affiliates to build rapport with you. It funny how affiliates flood the inboxes of leaders. If you offer your talent and services to others then some of them will respond back positively for mutual progression.

Therefore to be the best affiliate, you need to communicate with your upline and down line. It's a give and take. You sponsor gains as much from you when you ask support and you do when you get it. The reciprocate the same to your downline. This way everyone wins. But if you think your it then you will find that you will never have much. See yourself a part of the team and contribute to it and the team will give back to you.

Being fully self-employed with SFI is a matter of your mindset. I am fully employed with SFI. I am doing whatever I need to do to grow my business. So that is what you tell them. Good question. The power of focus is phenomenal. Not only does it afford you the opportunity to be excellent at your craft but it also helps you to maximize your resources for the maximum benefit. Advertising can be a very costly venture. It is something that you must commit to for the long haul in order to saturate your target audience with your message. This message should be consistent and frequent enough so that it gives your target prospect certainty and solve their problem within a reasonable period of time.

Without focus, your message is mixed and the prospect loses there certainty that what you have a solution that will help them reach their goals. This is what happens when you try to promote more than one business opportunity. You strain your resources. Therefore, you can not saturate your market with the right message that gives your prospect certainty. Depleted resources mean that your efforts are not frequent enough to gain momentum needed for consistency. Trying to be a jack-of-all-trades usually will make you ineffective and a master of none.

If you don't, they your account will be limited or frozen. Furthermore your posts will be blocked. So it is more appropriate to ask how do you build your social presence on social networks to build your business.

Businesses need to understand that social networking sites are intend just for that - being sociable. Many businesses don't understand that social marketing is more about liking and branding than selling in the first stages. So a good approach to follow on Linkedin is to complete your profile as thoroughly and honestly as possible; then, connect with people who are from your hometown or your vocation. Then you have to start with base conversations relevant to the topic at hand. Remember why you connected with them in the first place - e.g. your hometown. So much of the conversation in the beginning is going to be about events, people, and places in your hometown. Or if it's your family, then the base conversation is going to be about family happenings and updates. People like people who are like them! The more people that you involve in the conversation then the greater your following. Once you have a following, all you have to do then is to interject a viral idea about a common theme and watch it spread like wildfire!

That's the power of social media and that's how it works. Just yelling at the top of your lungs about your new toy is not going to impress anyone because they are not on the social network to learn about that unless you have set the stage and they see value in it for them. Yes, I do telephone consultations. Did one yesterday as a matter of fact. The affiliate was very eager to learn and I was very eager to teach and this is what I recommend. One on one communication by any means necessary. Always work with the workers and those who are trying! ;)

EA can be achieve with very little if any investment of money and/or greater investment of time. Everyone should understand the importance of maintain EA2. Everyone's goals are different. Sponsors and their networks should have a very good relationship so that they understand the process of duplication. When you have numerous badges, psychologically it sends the message that you are serious about your business. So you don't have to worry about convincing the serious affiliates. The rest will be eliminated anyway and some will just opt-out. In the end, it boils down to a combination of factors. Consider the reasons; then, address your team member about why they are not logging in on a regular basis.

I know the feeling all to well of wanting to quit. Then I remind myself of why I started in the first place. Why? Why did I even begin the journey with SFI? What did I hope to gain? What were my expectation? Then I asked myself, if I quit now have I or will I achieve what I set out to achieve by any other way? What alternative do I have?

Then I decided that rather than quit, I would persevere. I would keep pushing forward. My resources are limited but God's resources are not! My understanding is limited. But God's understanding is not. With prayer, I put action to my prayers. God provides the resources. I am not ashamed to tell you that you must believe in God.

In addition you have to believe in yourself. If you don't want to do it then quit now and go do what you want to do. But if you want it then ask God to help you get it and then go for it! Don't doubt your own ability. If your sponsor quits so what. If your down line quits so what. If SFI goes into bankruptcy so what! You have a dream. Go fulfill that dream!

If you are trying to maintain some of the higher milestones then I'm sure you have a standing order in place. Then you send out a communication to inform your team that you will be taking some time off. Give them opportunity to ask any questions and answer them. Set your account to vacation mode and go on vacation. Enjoy!

When you return back to your business, be prepared to focus on the ideas that came to you over the vacation and continue growing your business. Vacation time is a time of renewal. You should not worry about 1 single thing pertaining to logging in. Use the times when you do reflect, to get ideas and to review past success. Take notes and that will take the business off of your mind will you are on vacation. Enjoy!

The best advice I can give on answering Ask SC questions is to be straight to the point. Much of what you read in Ask SC rambles. So when I vote Ask SC questions I rank them accordingly.

1. Relevance. Answer the question clearly that is asked.

2. Use numbered bullets when you are giving multiple tips.

3. Use white space. This can be tricky. You don't want to draw out text for the sake of white space but use white space to make the text more appealing to the eye. If answers are just a long blob of text, it will not be read closely.

4. Be confident in your answer. Post like, "I hope this will help . . " usually don't because if you don't know what you are talking about how do you expect someone to learn from you?

5. Brevity or the lack thereof. Answers should be long enough to answer the question. Not to short however; give enough details to solidify the answer and being useful to the ready. Likewise, just a bunch of useless text does not serves the reader at all.

If you follow all of the above, you will certainly get a fair number of votes and be a contributing member to Ask SC.
