Having a fair playing field is not really the issue.

Those who have been around for years have had to work hard to get to where they are today. It was not handed to them on a plate, they did not inherit it and they did not obtain what they have by just pure luck. There is no such thing. Its through having the wisdom to recognize opportunities, the drive, the determination and willingness to work hard and make sacrifices that they are where they are today.

Those who have just started have to do exactly the same. There are no shortcuts here.

This is not a 'get rich quick' or 'get rich by doing little' business as many online businesses are often promoted. I often include in my Ads a statement that "If you are after quick and easy money then this is not for you.")

If anything, those who have recently started with SFI have more than a slight advantage. This is because of the well developed systems in place and the tools that are readily available both in and outside SFI to help them grow their businesses.

I suspect that the question should really be is the current playing field fair to those who have been around SFI for a while.

An effective Team Leader in SFI is an Awesome Sponsor.

A 'Leader' is in reality a servant of the people he/she leads. It’s a service position. A politician is looked upon as a leader but his role is to serve the people of his constituent/country. SFI Team Leaders are the same.

We do not have to be born leaders, we just need the will to serve others, to help others be successful in the business.

We may not have the abilities to make long speeches and stir up people emotionally to do what we want. We don't have to do those things anyway. We all joined SFI because we want financial success. We therefore need to bear in mind the fact that if our team members are successful we ourselves achieve financial success. Let this be a motivating factor for us to be good team leaders.

As SFI Team Leaders we should focus on their success.

How do we go about doing this?

SFI has provided a lot of tools to be good leaders. My standing order is the 125 TCredit pack. This is at a special price for SO and with 1500 VP, it qualifies me automatically for EA status every month. I believe this to be the best.

I use the TCredits for bidding at the auctions and playing the games in order to win more TCredits for the purpose of bidding at the auctions on those items that help grow my business. This is why I prefer TCredits.

You can try combinations of TCredit packs to collect 1500 VP or more but I still find the 125 TC pack the cheapest.

If you have a generous budget, you can also have combinations of Marketing products, S-Builders, PSA to Go, etc.. They are all worth investigating.

A tip:

If you are keen on putting TCredit on your SO and you can afford it, consider ordering 2 x 100 TC packs. If you order 1 x 200 TC pack it will give you 1661 VP for $64.00. If you order 2 x 100 TC packs, this will give you 2400 VP for $58.00. You can obviously see which is better!

You can also put other items on your SO such as health products that will give you 1500 VP but they are personal and not for the benefit of your business.

The short answer to the question is that you are expected to lead your team. You already know this and I suspect that the question really is - "How are you expected to lead a team?"

Any person that is in a legitimate leadership role is in effect in a service role. Presidents and kings and politicians etc all have one role in common and that is to serve their subjects, citizens and country.

You as a team leader, like it or not, but your role is to serve your team. You will only succeed if your team succeeds, therefore it is to your benefit that you serve them well.

How? Help them grow their business. Think about your own sponsor. How did he or she help you grow your business? It is most likely through training, encouragement, being supportive, being a role model and lead by example - these are all service roles. These are probably what you yourself expected from your sponsor!

Had your sponsor threatened you or waved a big stick over your head telling you to work, I doubt very much that you would have stayed at SFI this long. You would have bolted long time ago.

Don't left this happen to your team. Don't let them bolt. Serve them well and be a good leader using the strategies of 'Being an Awesome Sponsor' and more. They will in turn reward you well. Lead them as how your own sponsor would have or should have led you.

This is an international business and I would recommend against restricting yourself building a team with only those who speak your language. English is the language that SFI uses and this is an international language that is used and taught throughout the world. It is a second language for a lot of people.
I would say that at the begining while you are building your team, recruit far and wide throughout the world. As your team grows and leaders emerge, have a look at where those leaders are located/language they speak and reassign and group your team members around those leaders. If you do not speak Spanish and one or more of your leaders speak Spanish, reassign Spanish speaking affiliates to those leaders. You can also reassign affilates by geographical locations.

When you receive your assignment of CSAs, have a look at the date they joined SFI. You will notice that overall there are two types of inactive CSAs – those who have just joined and those who have been forfeited from other affiliates and reassigned to you.

I would suggest that you treat those who have just joined SFI in a manner similar to the way you treat your new PSAs. They are valuable, they need help and support and you will reap the fruits of your labour with them in due course. Contact them immediately introducing yourself, your role and offering your help and support. That should be your focus with them at this stage. Stay in regular contact with them. If they have active sponsors, they will be receiving training from them, they will also be receiving messages from SFI, so be careful that you don’t overload them. If they contact you for assistance then of course you will become much more involved with them, especially if their sponsor is inactive.

The other type of CSAs, those who have been with SFI for a while and have been reassigned to you is a bit more difficult to deal with. Contact them as with the new affiliates and make yourself known to them but you should also have a look at their VP Ledgers. If they have never started then perhaps they were never seriously interested in the first place – but again don’t write them off, just keep in contact. If they have started but have then stopped then you may consider doing more work with them. You should also have a look at their profile, if one is available. These often reveal a bit more about the members concerned.

While these inactive CSAs may later on become active, and that is why you should stay in regular contact with them, do not spend inappropriate amounts of time on them. Remember we need to ‘work with the workers.’ While it is great to be concerned with the inactive members, at the end of the day, this is a business not a charitable organisation. We need to capitalize on our strengths – our active workers.

Auctions are really a competition. You are competing with others and those who have the stamina, the more robust strategy and enough TCredits to back it up win.

Here are my suggestions:

- I would suggest that you start off with 1WA auctions – those restricted only to those who have never won a Pricebenders auction before. In this way you are competing with those who are more or less of the same experience as yourself. Stay away from the more advanced auctions until you are an experienced bidder.
- Select the item/auction that you are going to bid on and decide on the price that you are prepared to pay for it. Remember after you had won the auction you then have to pay for the item. You can find out in advance what’s coming up for auction.
- To help you determine what the likely final auction price of what you are going to bid on, have a look at the results of the previous auctions when the item was last up for auction.
- Make sure you have enough TCredits available for bidding. I would suggest at least 100 TCredits.
- Now that you know what your maximum bid is going to be & how many TCredits you are going to spend, work out how you are going to bid. Are you going to manually bid or are you going to use the auto bidder? If you are using the auto bidder plan properly. You don’t have to use it from the beginning. You can come in at the higher end of the bidding depending on your set price.
- When the bidding starts, don’t get over excited but stick to your plan.

The first reaction to this question is simply say that we participate in order to win those TCredits. That answer would be correct up to a certain point.

You see, it is good to participate because not only do you have the chance to win big on TCs but it also satisfies the urge to respond to a challenge. Many of us have this urge and some are very competitive. We only have to watch how some people behave and bid on the Pricebender auctions.

While entry to the game is cheap, by 1 TC, TCs have to be earned or purchased from TripleClicks and that income.

The games also promotes participation among the affiliates.

I would recommend the Payoneer TripleClicks MasterCard over all the other methods of receiving your commission.

The main reason for this is convenience. There is no need to wait for days or weeks to receive in the mail your commission cheques. Your money is loaded directly onto your card and you can use your card worldwide wherever MasterCards are accepted. There will be an initial one-time fee but it is far less costly than all the other methods of receiving payment.

You can withdraw money from ATM using your car and you can also use it to pay for purchases including those from TripleClicks.

On top of that you can also use your car for promotional purposes. Imaging your friends and families interest when they see you pull out your card. Its really a matter of preference.

If you are going to link your ads to your webpage/blog make sure the landing page is where your prospects can fill out the form for them to join SFI. You dont want them to do another action to fill the form out. Chances are that they would not and you would loose the prospects if they have to go elsewhere to fill the forms out.

Linking your ads to the SFI Gateways is a great way of minimising the risk of loosing prospective affiliates beause they can fill out the joing forms straight away.

I believe that the best approach if you are able to is to link to both.
