Right from the start, when you 1st make contact with your new PSA you want to make a good impression.

For you to be able to sponsor that PSA successfully and for him/her to flourish in SFI there must be trust between the two of you. You need that PSA to know that you are real, that you care and that you are genuine in your desire t for him/her to be successful. If these come across in your welcome letter and if throughout your communications with the PSA these are re enforced, the chances are that you will have an active and serious affiliate on your team. You, both of you, will be winners.

Your welcome letter is therefore very important. Put a lot of thought and effort in your letter and make it as warm and friendly as possible but professional. It must be balanced.

Use their first names in your letter and if possible personalised it even further by including appropriate information they have included in their profile. I would advise against saying “Dear Affiliate...” at the beginning. That’s cold. It says that you are just going through the motion and that you are not genuine. It’s not a warm welcoming letter at all!

When new people join SFI, I tell them that the most important things for them to do are as follows:

1. Read. There will be a lot of new information and I encourage them to read and learn about the business. At the same time I also caution them about the fact that they should not allow these to overwhelm them. They are in charge and they can set their own pace regarding how fast or how much they read at any one time, but they must read and understand the SFI and related information. I also encourage them to continue reading and learning even after they had done the Launchpad lessons etc..
Never stop reading, never stop learning.


2. Ask for help. Never stop asking for help. Never be too proud to ask for help. Ask their sponsor, co-sponsor, other upline members, The Forum, A2A etc...Always ask for help if you need it.

The expectations however are that the affiliates need to try and find out the answers or the solutions themselves first before asking. Asking questions about matters for which information are readily available in the Launchpad tells me that the person asking the question has not read the relevant Launchpad lesson.


3. Be active & Be committed. I tell them that if they do nothing, their businesses will not grow and they will not make any money. They are the owners of their own SFI businesses and it is up to them to make them grow. That means being active and being committed to the business. Treat it like a hobby and it will get nowhere. Do nothing and it will die.

4. Log in Daily. It’s important especially in their early days in SFI to log in daily and complete the ‘to-do-lists.’ Not only will they collect the VersaPoints associated with the activities, but doing these is the quickest way to get to know SFI and the systems we use. I also encourage them to take part in The Forum, games and draws, auctions, ASK SC etc...

There are many other important things they must do in their early days in SFI but the ones I have listed above are the ones I consider the most important.

Some of the uses are:

Use them to reward those hard working affiliates who will help make you a rich person in the future. So whats a few TCredits now compared to what you will get in return? Look upon your gift as an investment for the future.

Use them as prize for a team competition.

If you see a team member bidding on an auction and is running out of TCredits and you can help - gift them some TCredits immediately. Hopefully he/she will win the auction but the main thing is that your team member will be appreciative of your gesture and will always remember that.

To create robust duplication communication needs to be a lot more than just the odd email from you to your team.

As the team leader, the responsibility is yours to form a tight team that works together, helping and supporting each other, trusting each other. If you are able to do this and also with the great example that you set, robust duplication will naturally follow.

And how do you go about developing your team? This is a long process and its hard work but the benefits will be amazing and rewarding.

Constantly communicate with your team especially the active members. Be regular and constant in your communication with them using whatever means are available to you – your email, team mail, Twitter, FaceBook, Skype, phone calls etc..

Don’t be disheartened if you are not getting responses to your messages. Keep on keeping on. Persevere. They will eventually get to know you and will respond to your messages and your encouragements. If your messages are friendly, caring and provide good, useful and helpful information they will respond.

Reply to their messages promptly and accurately. If they ask for help and advice - give it to them and send follow ups asking for feed backs etc. Keep the conversations going. Never guess answers to their questions – be accurate, find the correct answers.

Make sure that whatever you recommend to them that they do, for example setting up a Standing Order, entering contests etc.., make sure that you are doing what you are preaching. Lead them by example. Work alongside them, urging them along and acknowledging their achievements.

Teach them how to sponsor and coach their PSAs, how to promote SFI and TripleClicks, how to care for their teams. If you are an Awesome Sponsor, they will become Awesome Sponsors and will become great Duplicators.

Persevere is the answer.

All the successful members would tell you that they have masses of inactive affiliates. They will also tell you that they have large numbers of people who simply sign up to TripleClicks but seldom or never purchase anything. This is simply part of the business and we have to push past this and persevere. We have to persevere and continue searching for committed affiliates that would see how great this opportunity is. We have to persevere and encourage our inactive team members to become active. We must persevere and continue promoting TripleClicks.

People who sign up as affiliates are inactive for a variety of reasons. Some never login and simply signed up and never come back, perhaps have forgotten about it. Some were simply 'tyre kickers' and were never serious about SFI. Others perhaps could not understand, are afraid, don't have the time, too busy with something else etc.. Whatever their reasons are as long as they have not opted out, the potential is still there for them to become active.

Our role is to encourage them to become active. Continue to be in contact with them, supporting them and trying to help them become active. Don't give up on them. Monitor their activities and if they login encourage them to continue being active.

Tell them stories of successes, show them how to be successful in this business, give them examples, encourage them to take part in Triple Clicks competition, acknowledge and reward them when they achieve some milestone, run some team competitions. Elicit the help of your uplines.

At the same time don't let up in your recruiting efforts and promoting TripleClicks. Keep on keeping on. If you are able to - issue some gift certificates to potential TripleClicks customers. These might start them off purchasing items from TripleClicks and hopefully they will continue to do so.

Have a look at your 'movers' and work with them. Do not neglect your inactive affiliates but focus on your workers. They are the ones that are likely to help you build a successful SFI business. If you don't they might become inactive.

Avoid the following:

- giving the impression of instant riches - if you sign up
- stating how much a person would earn - within a period
- offering 'bribe' for signing up - money or product etc..
- giving promises of easy money - don't have to do much work
- 'bad mouthing' other similar business - by name or insinuations
- providing incorrect data/information - need to be very accurate
- revealing how much you or others have earned in SFI - this is frowned upon
- a shoddy unprofessional ad with bad spelling, grammar, bad appearance etc..
- using photos etc that are copyrighted without authority
- nudity and obscene images - these are inappropriate for SFI ads

In all cases avoid anything that would tarnish the good name of SFI. This can have a devastating effect on all of us.

Unless you are well established I would recommend that you stick with the 1st 3 earning streams. These are interlocked and you really cannot advance without focusing on them first. It would be unwise to focus on just one and ignore the other 2.

Other than what I have outlined below there are other income streams, as you are well aware but I would highly recommend that you focus on these and set up your business on a firm base. You can always have a look at the others at a later stage.

1. Accumulating VersaPoints. ** Earn as many VPs as you possibly can every month. The more you earn the higher your rank will be in SFI and the more benefits you will receive and the bigger your share will be in the big country wide TripleClicks Executive Pool. You only need to earn the minimum of 1500 VPs each month to share in the Executive Pool.

2. TripleClicks Sales.** Increase your earnings by generating sales at TripleClicks. Its your store and the more people that you refer to TripleClicks buy from it the more income you get. You only need to refer a person to TripleClicks once and every time they purchase something from TripleClicks, you receive 45% commission. Isn't that generous!!

3. Sponsoring & Duplication & Co-sponsoring. ** This is the key to generating a major and a residual income in SFI. The more affiliates you sponsor or co-sponsor into successfully duplicating the above two points to more income you will receive. This is because of the Matching VP system and also the commission sharing program. As the sponsoring affiliate you will benefit from the VPs earned by your downline of EA2 level or above. The VPs they earn is matched and added to yours, thereby increasing your share of the Executive Pool. Further to this, you will also share in the commission they earn via TripleClicks purchases.

You might also be interested in ECAs. This is another way of generating sales at TripleClicks. You earn lifetime royalties on CVs of all the sales of the companies that you refer to TripleClicks and who become ECAs. You can also become an ECA yourself.

They are obviously not login in to SFI so send messages to their email addresses. If you can connect with them on social networks - Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.. do so.

Get alongside them and talk about how you are getting on at SFI. Be positive. Talk about the new things happening within SFI eg the new games. Answer any of their queries and let them understand that they are missing out on an amazing opportunity. Let them see your passion for the business and arouse their curiosity, hopefully enough for them to reactivate their accounts.

Once they reactivate their accounts – stay close to them and encourage them to keep on keeping on being active. If you are able to set up contests designed to keep them active and motivated.

YouTube is the way to go as its one of the fastest growing medium today and the range of people who look at YouTube is vast. Its not restricted to the young anymore. It appears that people nowadays do not want to spend too much time reading websites etc.. but they will spend a long time watching YouTube videos.

To use YouTube, simply prepare a video an upload this to YouTube. The video can be an active one with people acting out roles, it could be just one person (front person) presenting, a series of text, screen shots of SFI and more and any combinations of these. Use you imagination. Be creative. What is important is that the correct message about SFI is presented and that it is done professionally. You represent SFI and all of us on YouTube.

Regarding Skype, I suggest you contact you prospectives and arrange a time for a Skype conference call. Prepare in advance what you are going to say and prepare answers to any anticipated questions from your audience. At the arranged time of the Skype call make the calls and present your material. Be confident in your presentation and if you don't know the answer to any of the questions, don't guess. Tell them that you will find out the answer for them. Make sure you do this and follow up afterwards.

Even if there are no outstanding matters, do make follow up calls and keep the conversation going.

The most important goal I have set for my SFI business is for myself and team members to be awesome sponsors and team leaders.
I realise that this will not be achieved overnight but with determination and persistence I am certain the gol is attainable.
I believe that if I really focs on developing my sponsorship an leadership skills m team members will naturally see what I am doing and step up to be leaders and grow duplicaion.
I can easily measure the successes by the number of active team members, new leaders and by the rating comments at the begining of each month.
Why I have se this goal is because as we all know team building and duplication is really the way to go in order to be really successful in the SFI business and I want to be successful.
