You have asked which is best for you to participate in. If I have to choose between the two, then I would pick S-Builder Co-op, but that’s for me.

W3 and S-Builders are completely different.

W3 is a free program designed to help attract new TC members. You join the programme and promote it (car sticker, leaflets, word of mouth, on line etc.. getting people to join as W3 members with attractive free benefits. The idea is to attract people to the TripleClicks store and hopefully increasing your sales and your commissions.

S-Builders are promotional co-ops recruiting both SFI affiliates and TC members. You purchase the co-op units and depending on how successful the co-op campaigns are you will receive Affiliates and or TC members.

Because these are different and are for specific reasons, I participate in both.

My preference however are the S-Builder units because I get better results there and most of the people I get are Affiliates.

My current business strategy is to build up my team. I therefore need to recruit Affiliates more than TC members – thus my preference for S-Builders.

Your welcome message greeting each of your new PSA must be WARM & GENUINE. This is Your message to Your PSA, make it a personalised message.

This is the first of hopefully many messages between you two so do make sure that you make a very good 1st impression. I suggest that you have a look at the affiliates snapshot page first, if possible. Use some of the information you can glean from there in your message.

The tone of the letter must be warm, welcoming, supporting and encouraging but at the same time be professional and reflecting something of you. You want your new members to feel comfortable with you and hopefully start building trust in you. Dont send robotic messages - be yourself. Fakes are always found out.

To develop any good relationship, the parties must be willing to give up or share something of themselves. Its the same with the sponsor/affiliate relationships. I suggest that you the sponsor must be the one to take the 1st step. Tell your PSAs a little bit about yourself. Refer them to your leadership page.

The messages must also be informative.

Explain to your PSAs your role as the sponsor, that you are there to HELP them grow their business and that you are readily contactable if they have any issues etc. Give them your email, Twitter, Facebook etc.where they can contact you.

Remember also that the PSAs are probably wondering what to do next. Keep it simple/ step by step: - Login - go to Affiliate Center - click on Start button - SFI Basics - Launchpads and the To Do Lists.

Remember that the affiliate is also receiving messages form Support as well as the co-sponsor at about the same time. Avoid overloading your affiliate with too much information at this stage. So as I have said before - Keep it Simple.

You can send them detailed instructional messages at a later stage, but for now, keep it short and simple:
- Welcome them congratulating them on their wise decision to join SFI
- Explain who you are and what your role is,
- Show them what to do next
- Emphasise that you are there to help them and that they can contact you for assistance & support.

The answer to this question varies from people to people.

It depends on what you would consider 'a profitable business' and what you want to get out of SFI. Some people a quite happy just being an Executive Affiliate while others strive for higher levels and bigger payouts.

Then there is the question of the amount of time you spend. I think it really depends on how you use that time of 1 hour or 7 hours.

It also depends on your other skills and abilities such as time management skills, business skills etc..

I would say that the minimum actions you should do daily are these:
- Action your 'To-Do-Lists'
- Sponsoring activities : emails, tips etc..
- Promotions: recruiting affiliates and TC members / selling

How long it takes you to take action in these areas and how profitable you want your business to be will determine how much time a day you should invest in your business.

I know the system says you only need 5 committed affiliates, but why limit yourself! Go get as many affiliates as you are prepared to sponsor.
I say ‘prepared’ because there is no point in recruiting people if you don’t look after them and sponsor them well. If you don’t, the bulk of them will soon become inactive or opt out and even worse could ruin the reputation of SFI.

Even the ‘committed’ affiliates for all sorts of reasons do drop off, leave or become inactive, so keep on recruiting and sponsoring.

This should always be an ongoing activity if you are to build a successful business. Don't limit yourself.

It really depends on the PSA and their indicated level of experience in marketing.
In their first month in SFI, I do not actively encourage them to do any marketing. I would mention the fact that it needs to be done but I urge them to concentrate more on learning and getting to know the system. They would be able to market effectively if they know the systems well.

In the meantime I monitor who the workers are. I check their profiles and see what experience they have had at marketing. If the profile says that a PSA is comfortable with 'warm' markets for example, then I would encourage that PSA to do just that. If the PSA is not comfortable with 'warm' markets then I would still mention it but would not encourage the PSA to pursue it. Its really a case by case situation.

I believe in capitalizing on their current strengths and skills while gradually developing new ones. By doing so, they will get results and will be inspired to continue with SFI. If they try something new at this stage, they may not succeed and we run the risk of then getting disheartened and then leave SFI.

I try to be in constant contact with my PSAs. I explain to them the need for promotion & encourage them to contact me regarding among other things, marketing strategy. Unfortunately not many of them take up my offer. Its mainly only the 'workers' that make contact & I help them in a case by case situation.

Have a look at the 'Goals' tab on the Affiliate Centre.

I encourage my affiliates to visit that tab daily and action it - monitor their own progress and adjust their goals if necessary. Not only will they collect for themselves 1VP, but visiting this tab also keeps them focused on their goals (dreams/targets)

Most of them tend to set unrealistic long term goals when they start, such as the income level they want by certain dates and also leadership levels. Encourage them to adjust these dates and set new goals and I would suggest doing this once a month.

As with most goal settings, the goals must be realistic and achievable but at the same time challenging. There would be no sense of achievement and the motivating buzz would be missing if the goals are easily achievable without challenge.

The games that seem to generate the most TCredits are the Time Machine and the Gold Streak but with all of them you have the chance to win TCredits.

You earn MRP for playing Gold Streak, Time Machine, PTP and Knockout Trivia. The MRP you earn are unlimited.

All the games will give you VP every time you have to pay a TCredit to enter.

Which games you choose to play will depend largely on what you like and what you are hoping to generate. I suspect that with the main prize being TCredits (which you can use for earning other TCredits at auctions, VersaPoints and MRPs) one should go for the high TCredit yielding games such as Gold Streak and Time Machine.

I personally prefer the PTP game - no clock to race against and I can be methodical and do my research in picking the price.

Qualifying for Fast Track and being a pin recipient is quite an achievement and it shows that you are a committed member of SFI and that you are going places.

The best way to use it to attract sign-ups is simply to wear it wherever you go. Whenever people notice it and comment on it, tell them what its for and what it represent. Invite them to join you in SFI. People like being associated with winners. You are obviously a winner and people will want to join you in SFI or at least have a look at what SFI is all about. The pin adds a lot more to your credibility then if you just tell them the normal information about SFI. Use it to your advantage.

If you are having printed advertising material, proudly state the fact that you are an SFI Fast Tracker and have an image of you pin imposed on it. You can also do the same for online promotions.

To build a successful business in SFI you need to focus on duplication.

Duplication is SFI’s most important tool. That is getting members of your team to do and repeat what you have done – such as recruiting members and then sponsoring them. They in turn will build their teams, recruiting and sponsoring their own teams who then keep on repeating the same process. It should keep going on like this. This is duplication.

Duplication of course does not stand alone as you can see. Good sponsoring, recruiting and team building are essential to ensure duplication.

You can certainly make a lot of money by simply promoting TripleClicks products and services by yourself. But what if more people in your team are doing the same with the upward flow of benefits to you the team leader? You will make a whole lot more money. There is no need to reinvent the wheel.

Goto https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoopNew for the easiest way to set one up. I believe that it is the best way. If however you are capable of setting one up yourself by some other means, you should set one up. Be creative.

The main thing here is promoting your co-op within your team. Its a great way not only to build your affiliates own downline but also to encourage team participation.
