You don't know unless you try. Here are some things, however, to consider.

1. Are you teachable and eager to learn new things?

2. Do you love working with people?

3. Are you patient with yourself and others?

4. Are you persistent, no matter what? Do you keep going, even when things seem to turn out wrong for a time?

5. Do you try to do things your own way, or do you find out how things work and follow rules and instructions?

There are two basic ways to set up a co-op for your affiliates.

1. Set up a co-op by using the Co-Op Manager in the Tools Section and use S-Builder's Key Code. You can either reward affiliates for reaching goals or whatever you like, or you can ask affiliates to join your co-op and have them share in the cost.

2. You can set up a co-op, using the Co-Op Manager, and either do your own advertising on PPC or free sites, with your own Key Codes; or you can join a co-op

Here's what made me realize that SFI is the real deal.

1. It is free to join. I've never seen any business that claimed that!

2. There is no spending requirement. I've never heard of this in any other business either.

3. SFI is not a "get rich quick" venture. That says something right from the start.

4. Commissions have been paid every month on time.

5. Support staff and Gery Carson himself have always been available

There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

All actions are very important. However, to start, affiliates should spend time, after watching the movie at Start and reading SFI Basics, at the VP Ledger and the To-Do List. Why? Because it is from here that everything else progresses. All the tasks are seen there. From there you can go to any task and complete it and gain VP.

Always make sure that affiliates log in every day! This one thing cannot be stressed enough.

If you were to start over with SFI, what would you do differently, knowing what you do now about this business?

This is not the easiest question to answer, because I joined SFI 14 years ago, when most of what we have now didn't exist. However, I think that I would have done what I do now. The only thing I would have done better is to log in every day and perform tasks to help my business grow, tasks that did exist. At one point, I was involved in other pursuits, supposing that extra money could be made in other areas. One month I didn't earn at SFI because I didn't log in. So, if nothing else, let this

What is the most effective promotion/incentive you have offered your downline to become (or requalify as) an EA?

I have found that the most effective incentive I have used is the gift certificate. This has been used, along with encouraging affiliates and continuously communicating with them and congratulating them and posting their achievements on the Stream. Affiliates have shown their appreciation for the gift certificates. The amount of the gift certificate is something you must determine. if someone asks you for a specific amount, then try to fill that need. If you cannot do so, then tell the affiliate

How does one support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed VersaPoints if he/she does not have any funds?

First of all, make sure that the affiliate really does not have any funds. Then offer a gift certificate and/or some TCredits to help. Show the affiliate how to best use the TCredits. Also, encourage the affiliate to bid at the auction and then purchase more TCredits with MRP. Show the affiliate how to do this and get the most VP.

If the affiliate asks for a specific gift certificate amount, try to provide that amount. If you are not able to do that, be honest and say so. Do what

This is a question everyone has probably asked at some point. Here's what I think.

I believe you should encourage affiliates from the first day in your welcome message. Make sure the affiliate knows how to get started in that message.

Next, starting with the welcome message and along the journey, tell the affiliate that you are there to help and encourage in any way possible.

If the affiliate asks questions, answer them as soon as possible.

I'm an EA2. What should my next objective be and how should I fulfill it?

Becoming an EA2 is a great milestone! The next objective is to gain Bronze Team Leader (BTL) status, as soon as possible. How can this be done? By building a team of affiliates, both PSAs and CSAs.

A number of options are available to reach BTL.

1. Purchase items and new affiliates at TripleClicks to gain reach the total of 2000 SVP and gain more AVP. You can do this by winning these affiliates at auctions or purchasing affiliates with TCredits or MRP to save money.

Here are some suggestions for information to give new affiliates in your welcome letter.

1. Introduce yourself and tell them you are their sponsor. Let them know that you are there to help them succeed and that you are very glad they joined SFI.

2. Give them the basic info about SFI in the sample letter provided by SFI.

3. Advise the affiliates to begin with the Start button and then the SFI Basics. When they understand the information given there, start
