Send a team mail message out highlighting the point, be honest about it, and be honest about your willingness and enthusiasm to understand the negatives and how you intend on improving the current situation to bring forth a more positive attitude towards SFI.

Discuss the positive aspects of SFI with them and remind them of why they joined SFI. Make it fun and be enthusiastic, too. People love enthusiasm. Make your aim so much fun that your down line will want to share and engage with you.

Bring some life back into your team. Offer them rewards, incentives,organise fun contests through your leadership page, help those close to reaching their rank by giving them a gift card, praise and recognise them, sometimes a simple well done is all that is needed to lift someone’s spirit or to change a negative attitude into a positive one.

Remember, there is no I in Team, and as leader you will need to inspire a positive attitude, so make sure your message in one of positivity. We all hate being told what is, as opposed to being praised and recognised and offered solutions.

SFI provides you with all the necessary training materials, a massive knowledge base in the forum you can refer, a translation platform you can use and show them how to use, there are various websites that assist with translation, Google and for difficult languages i.e. Russian, you can use local web translators to assist them.

The art of convincing people who do not speak English to join SFI and to work with you lies in the “Psychology of Convincing”. Convincing someone to believe you is all about convincing them to either accept a new belief or update their knowledge or beliefs about an existing idea. Belief. Knowledge. Sceptics. Not all people will accept your ideas from the first attempt but the good news is that there are rules that can increase your chance of convincing other people to believe you. If the person you want to convince has prior knowledge or experience about what you're trying to convince them with then your primary goal is to shake their beliefs and to prove them wrong. After doing that you can present them with your own idea, SFI. If the person does not have a previous idea about SFI then you can just start by telling them about your beliefs in SFI right away.

To increase the probability of your success when trying to convince someone these techniques are:
Shaking Existing Beliefs if any.
Provide Proof of SFI’s success for the Skeptic.
Program Their Subconscious Mind.
Believing in Your Idea.
Repetition and the Law of Attraction.

Be more assertive and confident. Speak in a confident way, use confident body language gestures, use a confident tone of voice and you will find that the person will start tuning in to your beliefs about SFI quite quickly.

Personal mentoring may be the best technique to train them and show them the SFI way.

Hard work and persistence will pay off, like anything in life, they have to believe as much as you do that SFI is a tried and tested successful affiliate program.
