For my SFI business budget, on what should I spend the most?

Within 1 and 1/2 years of your joining SFI what you have achieved is really impressive so far and I am sure you are a motivation and inspiration for your downline and as a fellow affiliate like me.
I am sure since you are now a Silver Team leader Your budget will be different than mine who is just an EA2. I generally spend on Standing Order of 1500 by purchasing 125 TCredit pack. If some month my budget don't permits to continue the SO, to keep my EA2 level, I purchase 6 to 7 single TCredits through the MRPs I earned to maintain EA2 status or I purchase single pack of TCredit using card.
We should also try to purchase products from local ECAs from our own country for our commonly used items depending on budget.

How can we make the most of the new TripleClicks homepage to boost sales and attract more PRMs?

I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs...but I don't want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?

Dear Tatjana,
To fulfill your responsibilities towards your CSAs, you should do what you do for your PSAs. You will not be able to know all PSAs personally who have sponsored those CSAs who are under your team and also will be unable to know how your CSAs are receiving support from their PSAs.
So to be a good Co Sponsor you should fulfill your responsibilities towards your CSAs by teaching them personally to those who ask and solicited your help. To those who are not doing any conversion with you, send a weekly team post to them telling them about new happenings and news in SFI/TripleClicks.
Use all the other available tools like SFI Messenger, Stream Post, ECards to communicate and congratulate your active CSAs when they accomplish any goals and reach milestones, on their birthday, anniversary, etc,

For sure, you should spend your commissions and signing bonus back to the SFI business just like any other business where earnings are pushed back into the business.
Some of the ways to spend back the amounts include
1. Using the amount to use in Standing Order
2. Using the amount to make any TripleClicks purchases
3. Payoneer Debit Card Ordering
4. Advertisement
If you are gaining handsome commission than apart from what is used for above, left overs should be kept for future use in the business during bad months.

You should tell your active affiliates to communicate with you any time per their wish using various tools presented to us by SFI. You should tell them that they can connect with you through
1. SFI Messenger
2. Email
3. Phone
4. Other tools like Skype, Join.me, WebEx, etc...for group communication can be used by setting up mutual convenient time for your team.
For your inactive affiliates you can't make them understand the importance of communication in SFI.
As for your active affiliates or for that matter your upline team leader effective way to communicate is to as quickly as possible reply to the questions raised with correct answer and showing the right path. Better even is your affiliate should directly connect with you instead of raising the issue in Forum at first. If they are not happy with your reply, then only they should raise the issue in Forum to get expert views.
Through effective communication with our team we can teach them how they will be able to get success in SFI through duplication. And through effective communication only we will be able to build strong bondage and relationships with our affiliates which is going to be one of the most important factor for success.

How do we know that if we stay with SFI that we will make money and become successful?

If you are already a SFI affiliate who is regularly logging in the SFI/TC website, you should have some understanding by know that we can make money and become successful in SFI.
How fast you will earn money will depend on the steps that you take and the step by step goals that you set. Someone can start earning within few months and for someone it may take a couple of years of persistence or more to earn any significant income which will be able to balance the cost that they incurred for giving Standing Order each month to become at least an EA2.
If we follow the duplication of our sponsor and ask him/her how they are successful you will surely make money. Just by earning VP daily or giving Standing Order each month will not give you any significant income to talk off. You should try to sponsor few active affiliates and teach them what they should do. You should promote TripleClicks product and try to sell the products to your friends and relatives which will give you handsome income. Better if you recruit some ECAs and their product start gaining significant traction in purchase you will be the winner.

Fastest way to build a team of affiliates in SFI is to learn the tricks and trades of SFI concept properly at first yourself and know the different avenues that are available for earning money and showing the affiliates that you recruit yourself those strong points. As the saying goes: "Rome was not built in a day", so there is no fastest way to build a team of affiliates in SFI that will be a working and productive affiliate if they don't understand the concept and play by the rules set in the system.
