How do I convince prospective ECAs that TripleClicks can be great for LOCAL sales?

That TripleClicks is a place for every one, this is where local and international activities happen, Affiliates who list products for sales, and those who have successfully turning their home into a ware house. All you have to do is to register with this amazing TripleClicks and before you no it your product from local will go international.
What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

That's a nice question....
Make him understand that what he had done to achieve the barge of EA for the first one
Month is remarkable, because is not every one who can make it to that stage.
Tell him to change how he approach business and go back to what he was doing that enable
Him achieve the first barge. Make him understand that at the point of success at times we feel we
Can move forward again, but after that trial period everything will come back normal.
Finally make him understand that SFI is long term investment that needed dedication and courage to guide him through. But the basic true is that know matter the advice whoever will
Stay will stay. Because you can only force a horse to the river, but you can force him to drink

My advertising is not providing satisfactory results. What should I do?

When your advertising is not providing satisfactory results, it could possibly be that you are
Using the wrong advertising firm. Or the methods of such advertising do not match your
Marketing plans. Every one enters into a business for one major purpose of making profit,
But when it didn't work out one seek for an alternative.
There for, this is what you should do, simply try another advertising firm who will go an extra miles in promoting your product rather than been stock with something else. Hope that help.

If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

First it should be a thing of joy that Affiliates under you are fast progressing, that makes you a good sponsor. Impossible make then understand thing they don't know since you are advanced in such because there success is your success. Impossible teach the how duplication is made in other to succeed more.
Finally don't forget to also learn from them as you also teach them. Been below you does not
Mean you can learn from them. Hope that help.
What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

You should understand one thing for sure, that the first one month SFI is a self sustain and self contained business organisation that don't need a penny to kick off.
However before any budget is needed it should be on second month. But as a starter one is loaded
With enough task through which all VP Needed that month is achieved. Therefore I will kindly advise you to shift your budget to the second month.
Never the less with little like $300 to $350 should keep you up and going for the second month.
Reason is that you have to place a Standing Order which should cover for the 1500 VP needed. Hope that help.
