Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

Personally,I think that online recruiting is better due to the following reasons;
First, there is opportunity to advertise to a larger audience who can inturn research on SFI to get the needed info that will further convince them to get on board.
Secondly, since the world is now one global village online recruiting gives access to diverse affiliates from various background
Thirdly, because SFI is all about building a stron g and formidable team, having affiliates from allover the world who will be contributing in different wonderful ways is a better option.
Lastly, the emergence of so many social network communities where advertisement can be done to get willing and hardworking affiliatesakes online recruiting the best.

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

Well,there is an African adage that says " it possible to force an horse to the river but, it is impossible to force it to drink water. "
The same goes for any lazy and unmotivated affiliate, the sponsor can try his or her best but only those who have the same mindset will replicate and duplicate their sponsor.
Another point is that most unmotivated affiliates thinks SFI is what they can do in a day and money will start coming in stream. So what is the solution:
Right from the day they join it is good to let them know that it is not a get rich quick thing but, a stream of life time income for the hardworking one who do not give up no matter what happens but keep pressing on toward the goal; afterall "no pain no gain"

What exactly do you do other than the daily To Do List to really succeed in SFI?

SFI is much more than the daily to do tabs. It all about learning, applying and growing, so what other things do I do to success here?
Firstly, after completing the to do I proceed to tripleClicks to play all the games available and see if I will win prizes that can help me move my business forward.
Secondly, I answer some of the newly submitted ASK SC questions to see if I'll win VPs that will increase my earning.
Thirdly, I try as much as learning new development by reading through the newsletters, team leaders mail and the rest which I know will help me in the long run.
Lastly, I see what is happening with my a2a friends in order to learn new thing and stay abreast of my business. You won't believe I met one of my long lost college friends again on a2a forum.
All these and more do I engaged in to boost the success of my SFI business.

What are the best ways to show your appreciation for the efforts of your most active affiliates?

As your question read; the best way to appreciate hardworking affiliates in your team are:
1-: E-Card - There are many e-cards available for the sole purpose of appreciating the hardworking member on your team.
2-: Gift Cards- These are very useful tools for boosting the morale of the active team member.
3-: Team mail- You can appreciate active one through the mail you send to them.
4-: Stream post- It is always good to appreciate them through your home page tab, this will make everybody on the team see those who are really active and also motivate them further.
5-: Re-assigning of PSA- These is best done for affiliates that are participating in any competition set up by you or those that are in your co-op.

How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?

As an Affiliate it is important that your sponsor know you are on the team, so to get notice by your sponsor the following is needful:
1= Availability: Always be available on his
movers tab.
2= Creativity: You need to be creatively active, in your first few days place a standing order as this will definitely get him to notice your are there and he will have to reach across to congratulation you. If you haven't do so now.
3= Teachability: Be ready to learn from your sponsor as he motivates and encourage you, always try as much as possible to reply to his mail.
4= Notice your sponsors' leadership position and strive to surpase it as the saying goes "greater works than these you will do" This will definitely get him to notice you as a gem in the pack and cause him to reach out and direct you in your SFI business.

Many of my affiliates have blocked my emails. How can I be an awesome sponsor if I cannot contact them?

This is one of the tasks being face by almost everyone now a day. Many affiliates join without having proper understanding of how SFI works.
The way out I think is to keep sending motivating and encouraging team mail to them and if you have other means of contacting them do so occasionally remember they are the one that took the active step to block so don't rush them.
One last thing, one of the rule of success is never to be trouble about those who willingly resign and say they cannot cope.

to money, of what use is money that is buried?
To me, one of the best way to use it is to first place it on you where people will not but see it every single day. Secondly, try as much as possible to call people attention to it whenever you are in a crowded place, like the courtship behaviour in certain animals.
Lastly, if you are the religious type wear it conspicuosly on you when going to your place of worship, you won't believe the goldmine of potential sign ups that are there.

How do you work with and motivate an affiliate who has very limited internet access?

Motivating and working with affiliates with limited internet access is like teaching a lame man how to walk; it has to be a slow and gradual thing.
First, you need to find out why he is having access problem and encourage him not to relent. Let him know the big picture cos this may prompt him to change his attitude.
Secondly, think like him because in this business you need to work with the worker so think like him; what is he facing and help him solve part of his problem.
Thirdly, let him know that even though he's having limited internet access that cannot prevent him from achieving his goals in SFI, all he need doing setting a standing order that will give him the minimum leadership position and to always make good use of the limited access he has whenever it is available.
Lastly, always encourage them by telling them that for every dark cloud there is sunshine around the corner and that perseverance will always pay off at the end.
