What is the best way to help my affiliates build their downlines?

The best way to help your affiliates build their down line is for them to join a Co-op.
Through this Co-op, they will receive a favorable amount of Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA) directly into their down line.
The good thing about Co-ops are that they are cheap. You could also start a Co-op for your team.
You will not be disappointed.
Which will better help me attract affiliates...promoting TripleClicks, or promoting SFI?

If you are seeking to receive Personally Sponsored Affiliates, then promoting SFI is definately the way to go.
SFI is the affiliate marketing engine of TripleClicks.
PRMs are more inclined to make Sales, Purchases and play games.
If you are seeking Affiliates to make a team who will create duplication, then opt to promote SFI instead.

How can affiliates residing outside of the United States promote Privacy Maxx--which is available only to United States residents?

You will have to target USA citizens only.
How can this be done?
Check your Affiliates and PRMs to see if they are from the USA.
Make note in your blog, website, or newspaper ads that it is for USA citizens only.
You need to outline the benefits of this program.

How do you work with and motivate an affiliate who has very limited internet access?

To work with an Affiliate who has limited internet access, you have to resort to alternative means.
You can call or text this Affiliate to convey data.
Encourage Affiliate to do as many activities as possible when the internet connection is strong.
Your Affiliate can use a family or friend data, or internet café, whenever possible.
In the meantime, your Affiliate who has limited internet access and has a team, you need to use your internet connection to convey data on behalf of your PSA.

These are the best ways to scream to your most active Affiliates that you really appreciate them:
1. Provide them with Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.
2. Ship an item or 2 to their mailing address - make sure that you receive consent first.
3. Transfer Affiliates to them.
4. Transfer TCredits to them.
5. Communicate with them regularly.
6. Give them team building tips.
7. Provide data credit for their smartphones.
8. Write about them in your Stream and Team mails and recognize them in the Forum.
9. Shower them with praise.
These suggestions will work magic.

You should pursue your PSAs/ CSAs until they either refuse to hear from you or their account has been cancelled.
In this business at SFI, it is glorious opportunities of uncertainties.
Your PSA or CSA who has not logged in for months, can show up on your "Movers Tab" and become active.
I have that experience as a leader of my team.
Each time that you make contact with them, have a positive expectation and never give up on them.

It is indeed better to contact your PSAs through SFI because:
1. Your mail will be sent to their SFI inbox and their personal email account simultaneously.
2. If their email address is fake, then SFI will not send your message their.
3. Response are screened through SFI preventing offensive messages.
4. You can easily report an abuse.
5. Overall, it is safer.
What is SFI's most important tool to use for building a successful business?

In a successful business, you have hard working team members, you also have a satisfactory flow of income, and there is profit remaining after your expenses are deducted.
Therefore, it will more than likely that you will need more than one SFI tools to complete your goal.
It will be a combination of Advertising, Marketing and communication tools.
Set your goals and then access which tools will get the job done efficiently and effectively.
