This new JMT Gateway which stands for "Join My Team" is a great splash for any type of team building promotion. I intend to use it with all my social promotions which include:
1. Paid-To-Sign Up Offers (PTSU)

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

I can answer your question by analyzing profitability in the two popular activities on the TripleClicks Store, i.e. of Games and Auctions.
The Games and Auctions are both fun, however one takes more research time, know-how and a certain level of Tcredits to be profitable.
Games are fun as expected to be but still have less winning strategies than participating and winning at an Auction. All you need to do in a game is to review winning tips and play and have fun. You may or may not win due to the random nature of the games.
However, an auction can be equally fun but is more a strategy "game" of sorts to win or even participate. The basic tips are not enough and you need your own winning strategies.
Although I would recommend having about 500-1000 Tcredits for winning an auction, you can use this bench-mark to determine when to play a game or do an auction.
With the new B&B program where 50 Bids = 1 PSA, I would say with 50 or more Tcredits Auctions can be more profitable. Less than 50 Tcredits playing a game may be more profitable where you can win more Tcredits and other prizes.

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

Your intro should precise and detailed.
By that I mean short and succinct outlines that carry the body of what you want to put across.
Follow up the outline by an engaging and interactive question that will prompt responses.
This way when serious and interested respondents present themselves then you can expand on each outline section.
Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

For success in this SFI business we should always pursue PSAs. CSAs come mostly as icing on top of the cake where they are not your PSA (direct affiliate) and someone has already contacted and coached them. How SFI has designed CSAs you mostly get them as prizes and in terms of value they are less costly to buy and to maintain. Hence the commission structure is different. Pursue PSAs and CSAs will follow. However once acquired CSAs your approach should be the same since the chances of getting a more quality CSA increases since they have already been exposed to their sponsor. You may give them new information that they were unaware of and make a more quality affiliate out of them.

What are the best products for a 1500 VP Standing Order to maintain EA status that are also useful for your SFI business?

In my opinion products that digital are better since you will still have to pay shipping for physical products and this extra cost in a Standing Order might not work well in terms of profitability if you live outside the US. The very best and affordable combination of 1500 VP is the 125 Tcredit pack you get 125 credits to play in games and bid in auctions. If you are wise you can use those 125 wisely to get 1250 MRP in double MRP auctions and all actions will result in 125 Action VP not including any VP (via Tcredits) you win in auctions or games. So total value for $36.25 = 1626+ VP and possibly 1255 MRP which can be used to purchase at least 10 more Tcredits.

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

The better goal is the latter: Develop small numbers of EAs. It takes less time and is more profitable and residual. Although purchasing several PSA/CSA to go packs initially seems instant and more profitable in terms of numbers you have to depend on the chance that percentage of those numbers go on to be EAs, but rather it is easier to work personally with smaller numbers coaching them along to do what you do and derive affiliate commissions when they develop their own business. The latter is more time-consuming initially but in the long run (vs. hundreds of PSAs/CSAs) is cheaper (you don't have spend money on a co-op unit or pack) and faster to develop .

Hopefully you have developed a list of contact info for most of your team so they will be accessible through those means. The main activity here would be to discuss the unavailability of the affiliate center comparing notes as if it is a local or widespread event. Outside of communicating with your team, associates, prospects and customers you can also try communicating with the Support center for a more direct confirmation of the inaccessibility. Finally spend time doing other stuff that will build your business without having to go to or refer to the affiliate center like writing team articles and coming up with new sponsoring strategies.
