A lot of your PSAs will learn how to get Versa Points to maintain EA status, and they will understand Compensation Plan. You will send them weekly motivational emails and you will become their friend. But that is not enough!
A lot of people start their SFI business without much knowledge about MARKETING. A lot of them do work hard at the beginning, but give up eventually because they do not get any results.
So, be a great sponsor and focus on providing for them useful information about marketing, advertising, and all other things that will bring them success.

What are the components of a great advertisement when marketing TripleClicks products?

Try not to advertise, try to provide valuable information.
To promote TripleClicks products, you can include basic info from a product page: price, photo, details, etc.
But I think the best way is to promote a product you have actually bought and used.
Share your experience, tell a story about the product, and show them why it would be useful.
People like stories better than ads. :)
