"First of all, question yourself. Are you ready to become a leader? Leading an alliance is not all fun and games.

Leading is a massive time commitment. You will need to be super active if you want to become a good leader. You will be overseeing actions within the SFI, sorting out requests, overlooking the forums, researching other affiliates. Last of all, but by far not the least, you will be leading your affiliates members.

As a leader, you are the "face" for the SFI. If you aren't working well, or if you are not active, members will lose trust in you and lose morale. If you the leader isn't performing, you'll see that the rest of the alliance steadily falls apart.

See that a SFI is a model that has been homemade. The leader is the glue that holds it together. The weaker the glue, the less the "model" holds together. However, if the glue constantly performs, the closer the model will be. This model will hold together if the glue is stronger and doesn't weaken over time.

If you feel that you are a good enough, experienced leader as well as being active enough, it is time to plan your leadership. What type of work do you wish to create? How will it work? You have a number of options?"

Hi,

I personally have adopted this method, I made a pattern where I see in real time the clocks of all my affiliates.

As for the different cultures, I try to respect the different aspects informing me, I have many friends of affiliates all over the world and as I said the basis of everything is respect.

At the beginning of my adventure in SFI had a little bit of fear in the face and confront people with a different, but then I realized that sincerity towards our neighbor is the best thing.

Of course, if some people have problems with the language, I try to write them in their language and I saw that it is much appreciated.
However the basis of everything is always the greatest respect for every person of any culture.

my basic theory is that a good salesman must have at least two basic qualities: empathy and ego drive.

Ability to feel.
Empathy, the important central ability to feel as the other fellow does in order to be able to sell him a product or service, must be possessed in large measure. Having empathy does not necessarily mean being sympathetic. One can know what the other fellow feels without agreeing with that feeling. But a salesman simply cannot sell well without the invaluable and irreplaceable ability to get a powerful feedback from the client through empathy.

A parallel might be drawn in this connection between the old antiaircraft weapons and the new heat-attracted missiles. With the old type of ballistic weapon, the gunner would take aim at an airplane, correcting as best he could for windage and driftage, and then fire. If the shell missed by just a few inches because of a slight error in calculation or because the plane took evasive action, the miss might just as well have been by hundreds of yards for all the good it did.

This is the salesman with poor empathy. He aims at the target as best he can and proceeds along his sales track; but if his target—the customer—fails to perform as predicted, the sale is missed.


On the other hand, the new missiles, if they are anywhere near the target, become attracted to the heat of the target’s engine, and regardless of its evasive action, they finally home in and hit their mark.

This is the salesman with good empathy. He senses the reactions of the customer and is able to adjust to these reactions. He is not simply bound by a prepared sales track, but he functions in terms of the real interaction between himself and the customer. Sensing what the customer is feeling, he is able to change pace, double back on his track, and make whatever creative modifications might be necessary to home in on the target and close the sale.

Nobody teaches us that fall in love with ourselves, in everything, is the single most important thing to live a happy life.
 
And so we find ourselves constantly searching for something or someone that we complete, and we are convinced that without that something or someone that we can not be really happy.

  Until proven otherwise on time, of course.

  Think that 80% of the world population suffers from this same problem.

  Oh yes, even those that do not aspetti.Potrebbe surprised how many people who seem so confident, in fact, deep down believe not to be enough.

  They build protective armor for not to show it, but inside they are never satisfied.

How to get rid forever of this fear?

Here are my tips:

I personally think that building a team efficient does not depend absolutely on the type of language you speak, sure maybe if you have affiliates who speak the same language you can easy to explain all aspects of SFI.

However nowadays even if you do not know other languages perfectly, you're helped by translators like that of Google that allows you to translate from your language in almost all languages of the world including less used and still a good percentage of people in the world read and write in the English language, therefore, as I repeat there is no difference, the important thing is not the language you speak, but to have a relationship of respect and sincerity with the people that make up your team.

When it comes to being involved in a business, it doesn’t take much to see if one is or isn’t serious about it. I’m sure most of us have joined a site for one reason or another, right? Often, just because one colleague asks one if you join mine I will join yours? Most of us have done that to absolutely not accomplish anything whatsoever, unless its merely a referral contest going on, to collect emails.
Seriously though, what is our goal in joining a business, is it to just check it out to see what its about, or to get a person out of hair to stop asking. I understand for sure that we often do to check it out. But what are we seeking in a business? To be quite honest, if you are looking for a fast way to earn money without any participation , you better look for the lottery or someone leaving you money in a will. What you can count on here though, is that with the right attitude and the desire to succeed, there is a lot of money that can be made, without having to be a slave to a job – if you’re willing to learn.
We used the word SIMPLE above – and it is! It’s not easy though – being successful requires dedication and commitment. So, do you have what it takes?

I personally use both methods, when place an ad on a site that allows the use of gateway SFI, when placed in sites that do not allow it, I put a link to my site with the explanation of the work in SFI.
