These are the big pictures that i do:
1. To build a residual and leverage income for my financial freedom.
2. Building a monthly income of $2,500 for me and my team. I call this my promise land.
3. Setting up of an ECA Store which i have done.
4. Creating as much as 400 ECA Referrals. I've already began referrings, most have been preapproved. Crazy, right? No. I've a plan in place of going offline and that's by going professional by purchasing the following in my Tripleclicks store:
A. Tripleclicks headed letter to type into and give to managers of companies.
B. Tripleclicks Envelopes.
C. Tripleclicks T Shirts/ Caps
D. SFI/ECA T shirts.
With a good skirt jeans and good shoe, i'l be irresistible to any company to refer. I've good image already and the way am dressed is the way i'l be addressed.

1. Advertising: we need to let as many people as possible to know about SFI and the recent developments it has established down to help people succeed on the net.
2. To make number 1 successful, we need a workable strategy and that is to identify two major factors :
a. Our immediate target audience.
b. Our sales write up: what do i mean? Our advertising needs a great sales letter that can convey in full what SFI is all about and the result yielding great sign ups. That is the real key and to make that sales letter work, we must write without sounding salesy, that way people will know that SFI is not another sucking funnel company.
3. We need to help promote Tripleclicks products more and help more people with it.
4. Storming new market and new waters.
Recently, i remap my tripleclicks products to new audiences, storming a new market that are yet to know SFI/Tripleclicks.
It important to test new waters. There are still so many places that are yet to know about Sfi.
Just today, i created a page on FB for my ECA Store which am building to include my Tripleclicks Products and my SFI link and everything about SFI that i love and i have passion for and to convey it to millions on fb. How? Through facebook itself. Facebook uses my page address to make my ECA Store visible to people at once, covering more grounds and new audiences.
With this recent development, i decided to stop adverts on fb, thus launching to other social networks that are just springing up.
5. Is to sponsor SFI/Tripleclicks on the social network covering larger audiences that i probably would not have done. It is $5/day on fb. Think of what $25 will do for 5 days on fb and to do the same on twitter and linkedin as well. This is pulling the whole customer base of these social media to my store, expanding both the store and SFI, making SFI to have better and a big year.
6. To restructure another blog or website to cater essentialy for SFI and Tripleclicks and promoting it on both paid and free advertising sites.
These are what am presently during this year to make my business bigger, thus making 2016 big for SFI for she deserves it all.

I love brain storming and it is showing in my SFI business.
How did i do it?
First to brainstorm means the using of your brain to make huge profits in business. To do this require in depth thinking which is known as Meditation.
Meditation brings illumination and insight in generating creativity.
Secondly is Gathering of Information. Mental distinction comes as a result of the volume of information.
What makes your SFI business successful in building your team is information on your leadership style, planning, advertising and business strategies, marketing techniques etc.
These require training. Through training, you rub minds with greater minds to improve your brain.
The mind controls the brain and it is the seat of knowledge, wisdom, creativity, invention, innovation, understanding and to tap into all these is to develop your mind via information and training. These two lead to learning.
You cannot build your team beyond what you know. So to build better and bigger, you need to learn it.
Thirdly is by sitting to plan your goals and dreams for your team on what i call Vision Board. This is where you activate and execute your plan and purpose that you have. This is where you'l know what worked and what did not work and how to use it to guide and lead your team.
These are the ways that you can employ to get benefits of brainstorming to build your team.

What to do is to:
1. Categorize the different aspects of SFI and Tripleclicks. Both are multi packaging programs.
2. Build each category with each program separately on different pages.
For instance in my blog, i created a Tripleclicks Banner where i categorized different aspects of Tripleclicks on different posts with the Label as Tripleclicks. That means, every post falls to the Tripleclicks page via the Labels. I do the same for my SFI,creating different pages and connecting each page with my link.
I do this to create order and simplicity of information.
3. Most important thing is to first co ordinate your thoughts on how to organize these programs in such a way that your visitors will not be confused.
Organization matters a lot in this.

To be a good leader is to know how to lead and to become an awesome sponsor to your team members and to do this requires:
1. Understanding your team members and assisting them equally. What do i Mean? For instance, Not all fingers are equal. This means there are some that are financially handicapped to get their SO or need more help than others and some are capable and some are more than capable.
2.To be a good Team Leader is to help and assist more those who are weak in your team giving them extra help if necessary till they are able to stand on their feet.
To those who are capable and strong, you assign more responsibilities to build their team by reassigning CSAs and PSAs to such.
To those who are more than capable, you invite them to the DD program to make them even more effective, stretching them further to build their SFI muscles, creating Successive Leaders in your team.
John C Maxwell said, 'Leaders Stretch In Challenges, Followers Shrink in Challenges and Quitters Die In Challenges.'
3. To be a good leader to your group is to teach the followers and quitters in your group to become Team Leaders like you for that is the whole purpose of SFI.

1. Identify the language of your recipient. Trying to locate the language at times can be confusing. I've experienced it before.
2. Use the google translator at your SFI homepage.
3. Evaluate the person's level of English. There are some who will know the basic forms of English. You can begin from there.
4. You can also learn if possible the basic form of the language of the person you are trying to communicate with. This will even build your rapport even more.
5. You can ask for an interpreter if possible. May be you have friends or family members who know the language in question and ask for their help.
6. Ask the person in question to use the google translator at his/her affiliate center to pick his/her language that way you can communicate better.

2. You must identify the ones that most appeal to you. That's where your passion lies. The core of your advert and voice is your passion. Which one do you love most: The FIFA EU, the cricket, the NFL etc? This gives you a force in your advert and raises curiousity in your audience.
3. Identify and target those who really love the game. They are your true audience. Not everybody will love the game, you must identify those does and reach them.
4. Identify your sports fans. Speak of it at home, amidst friends, colleagues.
5. When you go out, check out for sports related discussions and share the game with them and what they stand to gain.
6. Distribute flyers when possible. Go to stadium to watch the games yourself when you've the chance, discussing the Uber game intermittenly, giving the X Cards or flyers as proof.
7. Try and win the game multiple times, sharing the Friend Challenge link, thus creating curiosity in your audience.
8. Post the banner on your blog or website.
9. Use your Uber game gateway on Traffic Exchange websites.
10. Participate on sports forum on the social networks. This gives you an opportunity to speak their sports language and you are able to share yours.
11. Join Game groups or websites and advertize.
