My personal opinion is that there are no topics related to work and earnings in SFI, that we should not touch it!
About all we can talk.
Earnings is the first of what we need to talk ....... because this is our job marathon, not a 100 meters race .... it's good to know right from the start!
This is a job for the patient and persistent, but also those who have vision!
You can talk about everything .... especially if you believe in this program and SFI - then you will not be difficult to attract people into our business, because you speak from the heart and from the bottom of my heart!

I could say that about most depends what will be a career in the SFI.

The best way to communicate with your team's personal mail.
It is important to start to learn each of your active PSA, the system of work in the SFI.
Because later, when the team is bigger it is very difficult to correct mistakes of the past.

The start is very important that you have them at hand and provide help in the work.
But they need to become independent as soon as possible, if you want to be successful in SFI!
Do not jump you perform tasks that they need to work.
If you learn it, you will you all do - they will exploit it.
In the long run you certainly lose with such work.
You have to focus properly on a daily basis what is and how it works in SFI!
Give them a fishing rod - do not let them fish!
Teach them to work in SFI - do not you do their job!

In my opinion, if you have your own product, handmade, or some kind of patent - you should immediately offer worldwide.
A lot more you can get, but you risk.
Likewise, the result comes later ... you have to be patient until the first offer.

Because in a lot of questions - the answers are very strange ....... there are more reasons.
-one of the reasons is that people respond very superficial and insincere.
-other reason is, different cultures and climates have different views of the world.
- What is normal in the west to the east, is contradictory and immoral.
- Likewise, the response we count on from where most of the staff - and their questions look different than us, and vice versa ...
- All in all, there is no general rule for success.
You need a lot of knowledge, with a lot of luck to get a more normal questions when you are in the quiz.

The answer is very simple. If you are doing this job seriously, professionally and you think you're part of this story, then it is quite normal that you invest in the work that you do. Also, realize that this is your personal project. If this is true - then it is normal that you will invest the money and time and effort in your vision.

From personal experience I can tell, it's better to contact strangers.
Why strangers?
Because to them we practice, and we will not be disappointed if you do not take jobs that offer them.
As for relatives, friends, and it was very strange kind of people they should just say with what we do. Because if we do not happen to someone else bring in business.
Our friends and relatives, will immediately enter the job, but we will watch us go the job. But for 4-5 months, but it is possible.
