Hi, good question!!

Obviously try to log in everyday and get all of your daily, weekly, monthly points... Some other answers have nicely detailed these for you!

The best ways to get more VPs are...

Buy single Tcredits... These cost $1.99 each, so they are an expensive way to buy them, but you get a massive 102 VP (sales VP) for each one! And if you have stored up MRP you can use them 126MRP to buy instead of money.

The other way that is great for getting

What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

Firstly, have they said they don't want to recruit PSAs, or are you guessing that? Either way, try to find out the real reasons... Maybe they think they will need a lot of money to recruit, or they don't know enough about SFI yet, or they don't think they have the skills to build a team yet... There can be many different reasons so try to understand them as an individual.

Secondly, never make them feel guilty! Ultimately it's each person's choice what they do and how they want to develop

I've been in SFI for one year now with no success. What should I do now?

Hi,
Do you really mean no success, or not as much success as you wanted or expected?
Either way, I would start by analysing what you've done over the past year. Identify exactly what it is that you're disappointed with. Are there some areas of your business that are doing well, but others that aren't? Were your initial goals too ambitious or too vague? Did you not have enough money or time to invest, or not as much as you thought you'd have?

Next I would go back through the SFI

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Good question!
I think that for most people, the first few days in SFI, if they are active, are a bit overwhelming with so much information being sent that it's ok to send a preformatted message to them, as long as you use ~FIRSTNAME~ to personalise it if you use the genealogy mailer.
What is more important is a follow up message in the next couple of days, and that is better if it is individual/personalised. You can check on the Movers tab to see who has done something and just send to

Hi,
You don't say what your current approach is so it's a little hard to say exactly, but my suggestion would be to debrief yourself and your current approach for attracting new affiliates!

What do I mean by that?

First you have to think about exactly what is that you have been doing until now. You can brainstorm this into several categories, e.g. How much time you spend trying to get new affiliates, what marketing methods have you been using, how much money have you invested

How can I use Skype and YouTube to promote SFI and TripleClicks?

Great question!

First Skype - what a great tool for communication! To promote SFI and TripleClicks to people who aren't yet joined up may be a bit limited, but it's a good way of talking to all your existing contacts instead of just emailing them! It will take a bit longer to get all their Skype addresses, or to persuade them to sign up to Skype if they aren't already using it, but once you have it set up you can call or message so easily!

The big benefit I think is with your

I'm an ECA. Will getting a TCurrency License help to increase my sales?

I think the answer is probably 'yes', but I don't have experience of that myself...
Why don't you contact some affiliates who have a TCurrency licence and ask them about their experience? Maybe some a2a contacts are licence holders, or you can look on the leader boards to find people who have a TCurrency licence and then contact them through a2a.

All the best.

How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

I would tell them your own story with SFI and try to get them to connect with some a2a people who've built solid businesses... I'm sure most of them can say that it didn't come overnight!
If you don't know of any specific people yourself why not encourage them to check out the leaders on the different leader boards and try to connect with some of them on a2a!

I hope that helps.

All the best.

Good question!

Avoid..

> anything untrue or exaggerated - already too many new PSAs drop out before they get going, we need to be honest about the opportunities and not lead people astray in any way!

> too many words, or complicated words - Keep It Simple - for many potential PSAs, English is a second language, and no one wants to be made to feel stupid by 'clever' use of words!

> anything that you personally don't understand, don't believe in

Which is most effective for advertising SFI...a regular hosted website or a blog about SFI?

Most answers suggest using both, or at least that they are both as effective as each other.
My question to you would be which format are you more comfortable with? If one is much easier for you to start with, then start with that one, and build up knowledge to use the other one later.
For example, even if you yourself have no experience of setting up websites or blogs, you may know someone who can help you start one or the other, so draw on others' experience and help if you can.
