I would say
1. To Do List
2. Tripleclicks - Members Section and TConnect Visit Daily
3. Pick the Price contest
4. Play the Games
5. Bid on Auctions daily especially those with Double MRP
6. Visit the forum daily
7. Send out PSA and CSA mailings
8. Update Leadership Page Daily
9. Send a Blog Daily
10. Rate your sponsors when you need to
11. Purchase things from your Tripleclicks store often instead of around your community this will give you more points
12. Submit your own questions and answers to the ASK SC community, great learning tool as well, its a two win situation, shows you also how much you have learned to date.
13. Of course I forgot you need to login to your SFI account every day even if its for just a half of an hour to do your tasks
14. Answer your emails
15. Check out the news section daily for more great things from SFI.

"As I build my downline, what are the common mistakes I need to avoid?"
I would have to say the answer to that in my opinion is
1. Not to make them too dependent upon us, I mean we are here to answer questions and point them in the right direction but it is up to them to do it. (kinda of like "you can bring a horse to the water but you can not force him to drink, lol)
2. Do Not provide any money gifts some will ask, I mean we are all in this to make money and that will just not be right if we have to pay their way through. I would rather have stronger members who see the importance of what they are doing and how this can change their situation if they see the vision like I do. Sometimes we have to spend a little to get a lot, nothing in life is free.
But that is just my opinion.

Why should an SFI affiliate have his own domain, what are the advantages?

Owning your own domain has many advantages and all of them are great reasons to own your own domain....
- It is definitely more professional.
- Search engines will index your domain faster especially if the lifetime of the domain is for a long period of time
- Security reasons - hackers can not redirect your url to their own and steal your commissions
So why wait, if your really serious about SFI, grab your own domain and set it up to your link or you can always win one SFI gives them away as prizes too.

Its Free, they deliver everything they promise unlike anyone else on the internet today.
You are guided step by step and will succeed if you follow the directions and take it seriously, reading is a must and applying it as well. You also have to treat it like your own business or you will not succeed and show up each and every day.
SFI Delivers and I am so glad I found this program when I did, yes like you I wasted a lot of money on other programs that wanted more and more money, however SFI is FREE, it i up to you to spend in here.
I am here to stay forever and you should too, you will not regret your decision however keeping in mind this is not a get rich scheme but a residual income.
I am so happy I am part of SFI, you can too come on and join in on the fun and making money the same time, how easy is that.

First of all I have to say thanks to SFI for bringing this game on board, I love it, challenges my mind.
The old saying " Practice makes perfect, will eventually make you a winner, however if you are wanting to win quicker then you should play with a few friends, like I do. This is fun and rewarding and peaks their interest to become a member as well.
Having a couple browsers open to query the internet for words you do not understand as well is helpful however remember there are timers.
I do not focus mainly on winning, its all about fun to me and eventually I will win.

If you already have your five future PTLs identified (per THE PLAN), should you keep developing more first-level stars?

Yes I would not stop at 5 Future Platinum as per the Plan but rather keep reaching for the stars. The more people you have under you and led to success the bigger it will get. Make them believers and they too will make more believers and so on and so on, imagine how big it can get. I for one and I know you do too want it.

I would welcome them back and try to have a conversation with them to let them know I am there for them now and always and develop a friendship with them so they know I am human and care about their success too.

Your Movers Tab is Very Important it will tell you
(1)Who is a Mover
(2)If they are serious about SFI or not by the amount of VP Points showing
(3)and When they logged in last
(4)Provides a direct link to their VP ledger in which we as Team Leaders can monitor in the event they need assistance with undone actions
(5)and it shows if they are online at the moment and allows us an opportunity to have a chat with them, keeping in mind if they are a begginner they might not know how to use the chat tool yet
My opinion is the Movers Tab is Very Important and I check this very often

Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

Cold calling using the telephone in my opinion is a bad place to start. I would personally discourage my downline to not do this unless they are couching someone they know over the phone.
Not always do you find someone receptive on the other end and this may discourage you into giving up.
I would stick to advertising online, you will get better results on there as people all over the world search daily for opportunities online and you will not have to convince them like you would via telephone.

You can not expect it to happen overnight, keep plugging at it and it will happen. Do not give up.
Also Tripleclicks offers PSA's To Go, you can always participate in that, I do when I can afford to its twofold, you get your PSA's plus you also get VP Points.
Hard to beat that deal and they come in different size packages for what you can afford to invest, remember its your store too, and you also get commission on the amount of sales.
