Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

I think that you should not make difference between pursuing PSAs or CSAs.
It is clear that you will make more benefits pursuing a PSA than a CSA, but imagine that your PSAs doesn't work like you want. In this case you will be very pleased to get benefits from the work of your CSAs. So it is better to sponsor in the same way PSAs and CSAs. It means doing more job but the benefit it worth it.

The single most important thing you should be doing in duplicating.
You should teach to your downline what you did to became a Team Leader.
You should also teach them all that you will read and learn to became an awesone Team Leader
By making like that, you will build a downline with many awesome Team Leaders.
What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

Of course, it is better to teach EAs who could each develop EAs themselves.
But to get EAs you will be obliged to sponsor hundreds of new PSAs. It's not so easy to get and maintain EAs. Most of the time you will get only a small number of EAs among hundreds of new PSAs.
Search of quality is good, very good, but don't let it make you waste too much your time. Be sure to keep an open smitten about sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs

The best way to talk to them in a simple and easy way is to talk with your own words.
But talking to them with your own words means that you red and learnt a lot about the SFI business on the SFI website so that you get clearly aware of the culture of the business on SFI. Usually i'm not good at talking to people too, but i can easily talk about SFI TripleClick and my business as an affiliate.

Good question!
If you can't acces the SFI Affiliate center whatever the reason, you can spend your time mainly advertising by all the means you already know.
But you can also update your Leadership Page, read the news, visit TripleClicks website and all other website support of the SFI activities.

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

In their first month new affiliates should Read and Learn a lot.
They should read daily informations on the affiliate center and mainly read and learn the LaunchPads.
New affiliates should also read FAQs and the inputs of the other affiliates on the Forum.
After a month of hard training by reading and Learning, the new affiliates should be ready to start building a strong and thriving e-business based on duplication strategy as they will teach to their downline all that they learnt.
