In the first month of its operation in the new SFI members do not have to spend their T-credit at the auction. Should keep them and collect.
You should not avoid the forum and they are ashamed to ask about things they are not clear.

Focus on your business. That's the most important thing. Stick to your plans for the future and do not let anyone demoralizing. Increase the the dynamics of of work. Take a new step in your business.
Show off your hard work, your team how to follow. Be always with your team, and help them if they have any questions or concerns. If you see someone on your team drops will to work, try to cheer and instructions on how to operate successfully.

Which is better...doing two separate blogs about SFI and TripleClicks...or a single blog about BOTH?

My opinion is that it is better to do a separate blog. I have separate blogs. In a blog on SFI can write on about the work Company SFI. With them attract new members, and with it help new members find their way in this business. For the blog go special links and banners to join new members. In the blog Triple Clicks, write abaut ECA stores, advertising of products ,and the link is going to open a store ECA. Advertising W3, Zebra game, T-time, pick the price, time Machine, music month,auctions and the rest of Triple Clicks. I hope that's my answer helped.All the best!
