Best way to motivate members of your downline to become team leaders is to ask them what lifestyle they want to live and how fast they want to reach that goal.

Ask them being EA how are they planning to reach their goal. How long they want to wait to reach their goal. What are the steps they want to take to reach that goal.

Find out from them if they understood the compensation plan.

Show them in a table if they take actions REMAINING EA how long will it take them to earn their target income .

Show them in a table if they become Team leader and duplicate their actions through their downline how long will it take to reach their financial goal and what will be the profit they will earn in how many months. This table should have field to enter the number of PSAs who will be EA2 and it should show the income for 6 months from now . It should also have field to enter for the number of EA2 PSAs for each of the EA2 PSAs

Explain them the table and the calculation and matching points and the direct commissions and how they have been considered while arriving the income .

It will be evident from the table that if the no of EA2 PSAs increase in your downline and if we help all of them to duplicate the same , we can reach our financial goals faster than just being EA and not expanding the downline of EA2.

Flyers are to be distributed to reach the prospects whom you cannot reach personally.
However you can hand them personally too.
So there are to be used in places where there will be presence of prospects.

- CAR PARKS- Put them on each car below wiper
- Traffic signal- your presence is required, distribute to pedestrians and in the cars
- insert in news papers and magazines
-distribute to students - need your presence
-in the gym
- Out side place of worship
- near subway
- near train station
- at the dispensary
- music club
- business associations/ manufacturer's association / traders association during their meetings

please use your imagination , to select the places.

Using auto -bidder for winning Price Benders solely depends on the situation at time of bidding.

In a single auction, there can be instances you use auto bidder and and instances you put off the auto bidder. When there are more than one person who are bidding before the timer reaches 0 , or immediately after a bid has increased by 1 cent, do not use auto bidder. Chances are that you can save your T credits because someone else has used auto bidder or has entered the bid and is interested in winning.

Use Manual bidding when you have a lot of time available till completing the auction and you have enough t credits . Use manual bidding when the auction reaches it's peak.

Do not be under the impression that the winners of PTP have won PTP because they have predicted the EXACT price.

Please read the rules of the games. It says who ever first chooses the price of the winning bid ,if not exact , then nearer to the winning bid will be declared as winner.

Please note that we only come to know the WINNER. We do not come to know what winning Price he / she predicted.

So key to be a winner is choose a bid that will start after many hours. ( Hoping that no one has put their entry before you)

Then for that item see the winning history of the auctions. Suppose the bid is going to happen at 15 hours, check from the history, what was the winning bid price around 15 hours in last 10 days. Select the price just below as your prediction.

Be consistent so even if you do not win PTP , next time predict same price for say 10 times. May be you will win ONCE.

There is always first time. So somewhere you have to start. I advise you to start shipping internationally. And what if you do not have sufficient members of Tripleclicks in your country?

You may have to find out about the shipping costs and other aspects associated with international shipping such as drop shipping, who is the reliable courier, which countries have highest shipping costs etc. You will learn new terms such as e packet .

If you are having your own products that you manufacture , international business is the best way to grow fast.

You may also have to find out if there are certain certifications required by other countries for the products to comply .If you do not have such certifications just exclude those countries from list of countries where you will ship.

Your decision also depends on what type of products you are going to sell. If you have products only your country specific like some magazine subscriptions in your local language , shipping internationally is no use.( this is just an example) .

International shipping will give you chance to study the international market and to look for product in demand and products that can contribute more profit.

If your country's currency is inexpensive than USD , shipping internationally is more worth . You will earn more $$$$$

When I am just and EA2/ Team leader in SFI , my source of income would be earning commissions on Sales on Tconnect page or Earning through purchases made by down line.

If I become and ECA I will have an added Identity in SFI business. As an ECA I can decide which products to be sold, can decide the price and expand the opportunities of earning because the visitors to triplclicks will have to buy products through ECAs. It will be challenging for me being a businessman to identify the right products , fix right prices ,advertise about ECA.

After becoming ECA I will not have to be dependent on Active Downline. Entire TripleClick membership becomes my Customerbase. So all my actions will be oriented towards how I can advertise, win orders, execute them and get repeat orders.

Becoming an ECA will entirely change my priorities in SFI business and It will help me in reaching my financial goals early and the entire process of being an ECA will be enriching me as a Businessman.

If you have identified ECAs to be part of Triplclicks and you are going to be their referrer, you certainly stand out from rest of the members of SFI/ Tripleclicks. Congratulations to you for achieving this.

Since you know which product they are manufacturing or they can source, you can advice them only about the products they have now. Let them study the products already available on TripleClicks store and decide which products from their own set up suit TripleClicks shop.

If you are capable enough to advice them which product they should sell, I would recommend you to become ECA yourself.

Same goes about the pricing of their products. It will be their business. To be successful in their business they have to take major decision.

You will earn royalties for sure. So do not worry about helping them in selecting products and pricing.

There is no other standing order product that gives 1500 VP or more except T125 and IAHBE( and 200 TC pack)

There can be many products from ECAs but selecting them depends on your choice.

The reason most of the affiliate select T125 for SO is T credits can be used in many places in Tripleclicks, auctions, games etc. 1500vp Worth SO gives you 100 Bonus VP extra.

I am suggesting you not to give preference to 100 Bonus VP. Instead I will suggest you to go for either T 100 pack. and remaining ( $36.25-$29) you use for placing standing orders for 1 T credit each all on different dates. You can even go for SO Combination ( 50+balance 1 Tc each or 20 + balance 1 TC each)

This strategy is recommended when you have minimum 4-5 EA2 under you. If you are supporting them will and your EA2s are increasing the above selection can take you to BTL level without having 125 TC SO. I am going to experiment this myself may be from next month onwards. The reason I am suggesting to break up the order is because every day you will get chances to get in to daily draw ( every day more than 20 VP if you earn you have one entry in daily draw + you need to have 30 Ask sc answers rating daily to have 1000 entries daily)

Point here is try our luck with same investment and supporting the team with the T credits you buy as their rewards.

It is worth trying.

What you loose- The colored badge you get for 1500VP SO, instead it will be Black and white
