How can I learn to be a good Team Leader for my group?

I think, to be a good team leader, the leader of the team should communicate with other members of the team frequently, especially those that are new here. During the communication, the team leader should discuss with the team members about everyone' s role and let them be clear of what they should be doing daily, weekly and monthly.
And a good team leader should make it clear to the team members that he or she intend to respect every team members and acknowledge to them how important and vital each one of them is to the success of the team.
Plus, a good team leader should be eager to answer team members' questions.

Good question. My answer is "yes". Brainstorming do help in building SFI team. By brainstorming you can conceive many good and beneficial ideas that can be applied in building team. For example, by brainstorming you can apply the computer knowledge to team-building, you can build-up your own site, or blog wherein promote SFI links or products. You can also utilize modern devices like print-machine, cell-phone, e-mail to establish your SFI teams.
All in all, there are many options can be applied if you brainstorm and can think of !

You can extract simple while important messages from guidelines of SFI, informing these extractions to your team members and let them understood. You should teach them how to set-up banners, how to place ads in social media.
When promoting SFI at social media, I think you should also let your team members know that what message is attracted to the audiences, like milestone shares, or products in TripleClicks. So that, they can introduce some products in social media while simultaneously promoting SFI.

After choosing a suitable E-card, you need to write the username of the person you want to send on the E-card. If you want to congratulate him or her, you would write:
Hi, congratulation! I've noted you achieve (something), I feel very happy to see you arriving at your goals.

Organizing also requires effective communication with others about their tasks. Similarly team leaders must communicate effectively with their team members so as to achieve the team goals. Thus, we can say that "effective communication is a building block of successful organizations, like SFI. In other words, communication acts as organizational blood.
So you can inform these summary to your affiliates:
1, Communication promotes motivation by informing and clarifying the affiliates about the task to be done, the manner they are performing the task, and how to improve their performances.

Hi. There are many options that you can choose when greeting your PSAs, CSAs or new Designated Diamonds. For example, if you really don't have any idea about what to say to your new designated diamond, I suggest you to use other tools like e-card. You can directly mail your preferred e-card to your new designated diamond and simply type down something like "congratulations! and wish we can co-operate successfully", or "Welcome, and wish you have a bright future here."
