Great question. My answer is short but sweet.
When they look at your leadership page and see your success, warm welcome message and how long you have been in this business, it tells them there is hope for them to do the same.
Reach out to them and always be honest offering them a direct way to contact you such as E mail.

As I believe both should be pursued, I will give you my reasons for each to help you with your decision.

I believe that PSA's are the back bone to your actual team. There is follow up and supportive work to be kept up. Their commissions of course are highest. Being their main source of support, you are responsible for assisting them when they request help directly.

While CSA's do not bring the higher commissions, they have a sponsor to help them with the program and you are that sponsors back up. CSA's commissions start to ad up when you are rewarded CSA's for your activity monthly. I do reach out to my CSA's at least weekly. I am supportive to my moving CSA's as well.

The Commissions for both really do start to ad up monthly.

I love this question. There is so much you can do off line with SFI to build your business.

Mail out post cards to contacts.

Spend time in coffee houses. Once you have a relationship with others who are regulars, hand them your SFI X card. This can be done in any venue. You must have a relationship with them if there is a sign up for no marketing etc.

I have even done this at local libraries and my local deli.

Hang signs at your colleges and vocational schools for "part time income available".

Get the SFI T shirt and wear it. Someone is bound to ask you "What's SFI?".

Put your card or flyers up on the local bulletin boards at grocery stores, restaurants, churches and club houses.

Place ads in your local newspaper.

Leave your cards as a tip when you dine out.

Hold classes at the library or club house on working at home with SFI.

Go to the library and place your link on ad exchanges. Many are free and they do work.

Visit a senior homes or indoor apartment complexes with bog Common areas and post your ad.

Building your team is a great way to earn passive income for the future.

Place your TripleClicks sign on your cars. I bought extra so they stand out and are on all my vehicles.

Tweet SFI links from your phone.

Build your friend base on social media sites and network with other SFI members. You can do this from your smart phone. Announce when you have won something or what you will be doing with your SFI check tis month. Raise curiosity. I limit my posts to one daily so as to not overwhelm my friends and I choose different times of the day to catch different friends and contacts.

There is a little planning that I put into my Price Bender Bidding.

First of all. I have my standing order of T Credits monthly.
From this I can be awarded 1 PSA for 50 T credits spent up to 2 PSA's daily.
Even if I lose the auction, I've won because I have two new PSA's on my team.

Also I look for the new affiliate auctions. If you have under 9 wins, you are allowed to bid in these auctions. I like to choose CSA's because they are not as hot an item as PSA's and I genially win with less T credits on auto bid. Once my earnings are higher, I'll buy more T credits monthly and go for the PSA's as well.

I also choose my time of day and day of the week carefully. If there's a football game on I find SFI to be less active. Certain times of the day for me have shown a pattern of lighter bidding and lower priced wins. It took me a while to see the pattern.
