The best way to use the Fast-Track lapel pin is to wear it all the time and in all occasions, and to be prepared to answer questions about it. Wear it at work, when you go shopping, and whenever you are likely to meet people. The Fast-Track lapel pin is very attractive, it can certainly draw attention and you can use it to promote your business. Answer all the questions people may ask about it, and it willhelp you attract new sign-ups. It would be great to have business cards with your SFI link prepared for additional promotion to distribute to all those interested in your business, such as Grow A Second Income X-Cards or TripleClicks X-Cards. In that way, you will be able to direct them to become a part of your team.

In what creative ways are you planning to use the new JMT Gateway?

When I saw the new JMT Gateway for the first time, I was really thrilled - it is so beautifully designed. My first impression was that it was a real eye-catcher, and that I should use it as much as possible. Here is how I plan to use it:
- post it as a registration link in my blogs (I have two of them, in different languages);
- add the JMT Gateway link as a signature in my e-mail messages;
- add the JMT Gateway link on my website for online business promotion;
- since I am a member of several different forums, I am going to add the JMT Gateway link as a signature for my posts.
I believe that this list is not complete, there are certainly many ways one can use the new gateway. However, this is what I can do for now. I strongly believe this new link is going to attract more new affiliates than usual, and that it will be beneficial for my business.

Is it better to build a team within your own spoken language and environment...or go beyond these boundaries ?

SFI and its sister company TripleClicks are meant to be international, with so many different countries involved and affiliates coming from all over the world. If your mother tongue is English, then you can be "safe" and stick to your own spoken language. However, if you are like me, from a country with less than 10 million inhabitants and a unique language, you must not have any doubts - you simply have to go beyond boundaries and start building your team regardless of the country/countries your team members come from.
Of course, it is much easier if you have your team members from the same country, speaking the same language, but it very difficult in practice. From my point of view, I would always try to advertise and expand my business on the international level. This is the only way for your to be sure that your team is going to expand.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

There are many people who believe that you should be born for a particular business to be successful. However, I strongly disagree with that. It is true that if you are interested in marketing or if you have previous knowledge about it, it will be easier to understand how this whole system works, but it will not make you a leader. Great SFI Team Leaders are made, not born. Look around SFI – you will see ordinary people who are successful leaders because of their commitment and determination.
So, what is it you should do to become a successful leader?
1. Read. Read a lot every day. You will learn about other people’s experience. You will learn from great leaders.
2. Follow the Rules of Success – everything you need to be successful is there, carefully prepared for you. Use it!
3. Duplicate. Support your affiliates the best way you could – for every step there is a piece of advice waiting for you.
4. Your affiliates will learn from you by following your steps. Show them that you are hard working yourself. Help those who are willing to work, but do not neglect those who sign up and never make a single VersaPoint. Send them regular mails, some of them may come back.
5. Treat your SFI business as a real business. You are the head and the leader of your company – the more time and effort you invest in it, the more successful you will be.

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

After several months spent with SFI, I strongly believe that SFI is NOT supposed to be run on any kind of autopilot. The whole system of this company is adjusted actions that are done on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and thus enabling you to read and learn a lot. You should treat SFI as you would treat your own company, and nobody runs a company on autopilot.
If you are new to SFI, it may seem to you that it is all about clicking red tabs, especially while rating answers in Ask SC section. In fact, all these actions should help the affiliate to learn more about SFI and thus acquire knowledge necessary for making success. What is it, then, that can be run on autopilot, and is in connection with SFI? The answer is simple – advertising. How can I get my affiliates to see the benefits of playing games like Knockout Trivia so they will play them?

Benefits of playing games are numerous. Knockout Trivia is a perfect example of a game in which anybody is able to use TCredits the best possible way. Your affiliates should be aware of the following:

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

After being in SFI for more than eight months, I know that there are several things I should have done differently:
1. I shouldn't have rushed after VersaPoints during the first month; I should have stopped after reaching 1,500 points. It is much more difficult to become EA2 after doing more actions than necessary in the very beginning.
2. I should have asked my upline more often for everything that I didn't know in the beginning. Since my sponsor left SFI shortly after I joined it, it was hard for me to find the real course of action - SFI is so huge and so packed with information that I got lost and wondered for a couple of months without doing anything special but maintaining my status.
3. I would have set Standing Order of 125 TCredits at the very beginning of the second month.
4. I would have joined more FB groups and would not miss a day of advertising.
All in all, I would have done what I am doing now, and now I treat SFI as real business - I come here every day, more than once, I read a lot, and try to improve both myself and my business. That is why I have good results.

What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

There are several reasons why I do not plan on quitting SFI:
1. Determination to make SFI my permanent business and perhaps a family business as well, because my son is becoming more and more interested in it.
2. SFI is huge – this is one of the best organized places where you can learn about internet marketing in general. The more I learn, the more aware I am that I have just scratched the surface of it. There is so much more to learn there.
3. I love this job. I haven’t realized it before, and I haven’t thought about it that way, but now I know – I love this job, and this is something I would like to do for good. And when you do something you love, success is sure to follow.
