To be a Team Leader presupposes the fact that you must have a group of individuals one leads, in this case, psas and csas

The best way to be a Team Leader therefore,is that you should do the following:

a. Read all the training materials presented to you at the affiliate homepage center, assimilate and apply the knowledge gained to your business

b. With the knowledge gained, start sponsoring affiliates massively both offline and online whom you will eventually lead.

c. Mentor your affiliates you recruited to duplicate your effort

d. Try to have at least 5 Psas to attain EA2 to give you 100 VP each

What is required of a new affiliate in SFI is to have a thorough grasp of the business model on which SFI is built.

With certainly, I would say that sfi is good for student (18 or older) for the following reasons


1. in most countries of the world, 18 years old is regarded as a major who has the legal capacity to enter into any contractual obligations. Sfi being a business, is good for anyone of that age bracket including students.

2. The age bracket of 18 + have the added advantage of early exposure to the internet revolution than the older generation, thus Sfi falls into their purview.

3. As students, they have more prospects to sponsor PSAs from among themselves as they have a high level of interaction with eligible prospects.

4. At 18 years or older, they should be about rounding up their studies and about to take their first step into employment or self employment. This is where sfi comes in.

5. Sfi is good for students (18 or older) because they has the ability to earn income for the student while in school thus reducing financial stress on their parents.

6. In concluding, not only will SFI benefit the student, it will also be beneficial to the countries of origin of the students as there will be less dependence on the government and corporate concerns for employment which are in short supply, upon graduation of these students.
