A good starting point would be because you are successful. For most it will come down to timing. The opportunity happens to present itself when a person is at a crossroads in their life. At a time when they are ready take on something new and challenging.

Most will not know much of anything about SFI when they join. Advertising by itself is not going to provide allot of information. Like most of us did, we learn as we earn. If someone goes to research more about SFI the chance increases

You should not convince your team members that playing Eager Zebra games is beneficial to them. Neither should you want to. This approach is to forward and will turn some off. It is better to provide valuable information. I happen to be one that has no interest in online games. People are either interested in online games or they're not. No amount of convincing can change that. Does that mean I will never play any of these games? No! I will play occasionally.

I come from a big family.

When it comes to the subject of Fast-Track 2.0 I believe it is better to provide direction rather then to many details. You don't want your new team member to become overwhelmed.

In my welcome letter to new PSAs and CSAs I only provide the following:

You can now Fast Track your success in SFI with our new Fast-Track 2.0 Membership. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity. For details and how to qualify visit https://www.sfimg.com/FT or search "Fast-Track" atop

How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

You do not need to motivate your downline. For starters you should not be referring to them as your downline as if they are below you. These are real people on your team and they will be responsible for their own teams. Your job is to lead your team in such a way that they will want to duplicate what you have done. The best way to this is through value. Are you following the pattern of an awesome sponsor? Does your team value your leadership? Have they benefited? Does it show in the ratings and comments

Immediately to words come to mind. These two words can be included in a question however you choose to ask it. The two words are "Affiliate Marketing."

I have gotten my best results from prospects with the use of these two words within my question. In today's world with the internet and the expansion of ECommerce it is on the minds of many people. Someone is just waiting to be asked about Affiliate Marketing.

If you ask the question and they perk up and respond

Is it better to promote SFI to friends and family...or to strangers?

Not all family relationships are equal. For one person it could be better to promote SFI and for another not so good. You've heard it said that familiarity breeds contempt. Your family - those closest to you are really good for that. They are often the most equipped to hurl criticisms in your direction and they always know what buttons to push to get you upset. If my family grew in numbers, formed their own nations they would become nations at war.

In my case it would be better to promote

How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

Not having a Credit Card has nothing to do with whether or not one is able to become a Team Leader. It may be used by someone as an excuse not to move forward. If you are using a computer and logging in to SFI then you have many payment options available to you. Just type "Payment Options" into SFI Search.

You even can use TCredits, TCurrency and MRPs.

The methods you would employ to assist someone on your team that does not have a credit card would not change in

1. You are not responsible for those below your first level (front line PSAs).

2. You work with (the workers) your active PSAs on your first level and your CSAs.

3. You teach them how to grow and lead their active teams. If you are leading as an awesome sponsor your active team will follow your lead and example.

4. The active PSAs in Levels 6 - 12 have the option of contacting you and following you in the Forum.

5. If your front line PSAs

I know what it is like those first 30 days more or less not having the support or assistance of you Sponsor and Upline Team. Those early days are most crucial. It seemed I was running with blinders on - never knowing what was around the next corner. Having questions and not knowing where to get the answers. I was doing allot of reading in SFI and found much emphasis being placed on the importance of being a good sponsor and team leader. This only made me more upset about my circumstances and I almost
